Perhaps Larbel did not follow all the "rules" regarding the Auctions for America that ebay is doing now?

Apparently you have to do it through their Billpoint system, I believe.

I have heard that if you have an auction stating that you will donate some or all of the money to the cause, you must go through the "Auctions for America" system or the auction will be pulled.

Maybe because since Ebay is footing the bill in regard to waiving the listing fees and such if you use "Auctions for America" they want to make sure they get the tax break at the end of the year?

Nope... They pulled it :( Int'l seller are not allowed to register with BillPoint, and I list this auction according to the special email instructions from eBay support...

Sorry for the confusion... What I meant is BillPoint does not allow int'l seller so I email eBay yesterday, and the support replied saying I can list it as a normal auction then donate the money afterwards. But eBay pulled this auction because of the copyright thingy again, not because I didn't list it properly... Anyway, I've already made a straight cash donation to United Way via eBay so... :p
