Im off on holiday at the moment & im going to make a cast of my new Fett helmet, (1995 white vinyl version), for my own private collection of course.
Im going to make the helmet in fibreglass. Itll have a white gel coat finish backed with fibreglass. The plan is to mix the white gel coat with aluminium powder to give a metal effect that you can, according to the supplier, buff to the desired metalic finish. Dont know how well itll work but it could give the look of an aluminium helmet if it works out.
