Any body know what type of shot gun was used
on the SST Morita

Looked like a Remington 12Ga to me.

It was an Ithaca Stakeout. 12 Gauge I believe. Same one used in Aliens by Hicks.

I believe it was a Remington 870 (wingmaster or express.) The only difference is the finish between the two.

The 870 was used in the Pulse Rifle.

Morita = Ithaca 37 12ga. Same as Hicks' "close encounters" shotgun.

A Japanese airsoft is available in three different configurations [a plastic pistol grip like Hicks' gun, a full wood stock and grip, and a "cut-off" wood grip] but it's expensive, about 50,000 yen in Japan. I've seen a cheap Taiwanese version which I think is a full stock version -- you shouldn't pay more than $50 for it, but I don't think it's full scale; more like 3/4ths or possibly 7/8ths scale. I haven't bought one yet to check the scale with a Morita casting
