whatever happened to the guywho was going to check out a anh vader helmet.

He was suppossed to post pics of hs find, but I never saw or heard anything.
Did anyone else get an update from him?????

I also e-mailed him too, like many others I suspect.

Left you a response in my previous thread.

Strange how these people suddenly disappear after being so keen to get underway.

We'll see I guess.

Yep, I have heard nothing either. Unfortunately thats the way of things sometimes. People go into stuff with the best of intentions, but who knows what happened. Perhaps he had a family emergency, perhaps he had to devote his attention to another job... Who knows? Anything is speculation at this point. I think its safe to say the project is derailed for the short term.

Hopefully he'll pop his head up in a few months and say, "Hey, I'm still doing this!" We will see. I wouldn't send anymore emails though.

didnt he have a list of peoples contact email addys..??..

He was supposed to go to L.A. and caste the helmet in a 2 week period..

I got 1 up-date email from him and that was that....

...hmmmm...

... I have his email addy somewhere on this puter..

I have a girlfriend in England who has a pull from the original Vader helmet. This original sclupt is way off and crooked so she cleaned it up and corrected the anomalies.

She's made a few copies over the years. If there is any interest in one she may be persuaded to make more. I know purists would balk at the poor sculpting job having been corrected, but the hemlet looks incredible.

Barry, I would be interested in seeing some pics of th helmet

As far as the otheruy, I don't have his e-mail so I never was able to ask him directly what going on.
I know I did express interest but I never got an update from him
