[Nichos Marr]

OOC: This is a challenge to a Sith. I know Jedi don't make challenges, but I'm not a stereotypical Jedi. Basic SWFans rules apply. Play Along...

IC: Nichos Marr, Jedi padawan to Warren Azalin was practicing his Jedi techniques on a grassy field. The sun shone brightly in the sky, and the sweet scent of flowers filled the air.

Nichos inhaled deeply, and allowed himself to enjoy something for once. He had taken his training seriously and was not one to joke around often. He could feel the force around him. It binded him with the grass, and the insects in the sky. Everything was connected with the Force to his understanding.

He senses a disturbance in the Force. Something dark approached. He shivered from the thoughts of evil entering his head. Nichos blocked them out with the force and stood ready to defend himself.

[Skroth da Ripper]

*Landing his ship away in the distance, Skroth exits it. He was in a very bad mood. While walking along the field, he sensed a presence of a jedi. The sith apprentice quickly followed the signal to the jedi and lit his sabers, and got in a defensive stance.*

"Today you will meet your maker jedi."

[Nichos Marr]

Nichos stands there and looks up at the Sith. This was a very tall one. He ignited his saber and stood in a defencive stance.

"Sith first."

[Satine Capashen]

Satine watches the Jedi from the shadows.

[Sith Kiran Lera]

Kiran walks out of the tree's and sees the jedi fighting the sith.

"Dang. I'm late. I was hoping for a good jedi/sith fight." Kiran says and sits down watching the fight.

Kiran glances into the shadows and notices the other jedi Hiding the the shadows watching the fight.

[Dyne Darkforce]

In the shadows, Dyne watches his comrade and the Jedi.

[Skroth da Ripper]

*Skroth feels the presence of the other 3 people. He quickly nods to Dyne, then glares at Nichos. Quicker than a bolt of lightning, Skroth runs up to the jedi, and strikes him with his arm-saber. The padawan blocked it, and tried to counterattack, but Skroth easily blocks that strike. The Sith kicks Nichos in the chest, he stumbles backwards, and receives a second kick, this one to the side of the face. The padawan falls to the ground a small cut is on his lip. Skroth then kicks Jedi Marr in the ribs. He then backs off a couple feet, and gets in a defensive stance, awaiting the jedi's attack.*

[Nichos Marr]

Nichos raises from the floor and wipes the blood off his lip. His golden lightsaber shines in the brightness of the day.

He stands there for a second, gathering force energy. Nichos executes Force Blind, and watches Skroth claw at his eyes. The Jedi moves in and uses the Force to strengthen his attacks.

He punches Skroth in the face and swipes him off his feet. The 7'8" Sith hits the ground hard. While on the ground, Nichos kicks him in the side.

He slashes down hard with his lightsaber.

[Skroth da Ripper]

* Skroth quickly reaches out with the force to see the blade. He then crosses his 2 sabers in an X pattern to block Nichos's saber. Skroth then kicks Nichos in the chest, and flips him over his head. Nichos lands on his head. He feels a surge of pain go through him as his head makes contact with the hard ground. The padawan ends up facing towards the dark cloudy sky. A massive headache rises up within Nichos. He tries to shake it off, but can't. Skroth meanwhile has made it up to his feet, and advanced on the grounded jedi. His sabers lit, he slashed at Nichos's saber arm. He screamed in pain as the saber cut through his arm's skin, and muscle (not the bone though). The padawan gets up just in time to block another one of Skroth's strikes. He holds his arm, and backs away. The dark apprentice back flips a few feet away and awaits Nichos's move. *

[Nichos Marr]

Nichos looks down at his arm and smiles. He switches arms, being one of the only Jedi who could fight with both arms. He wraps a bandage over his arm and looks up at the Sith.

Nichos blocks the pain from his mind and rids of the emotions in his head. There is no emotion. Only peace. He walks toward Skroth, reciting the Jedi code over and over. Skroth looks at him quizzical and begins to laugh.

A strong Force Wind begins to form behind Skroth. Nichos stands only 6 feet away from the giant. Skroth looks behind and watches the wind, only to be knocked into the air. He stumbles toward Nichos' foot. Skroth makes contact with his foot, and hears a load crack in his nose.

Nichos spins around with a roundhouse, and slashes Skroth across the chest before he falls with his saber. Blood flies across the grassland.

Nichos jumps back and assumes a defencive position.

[Vega Van Derveld]

:: From the shadows near Dyne, the Warrior observes his fellow Sith in battle. ::

[Skroth da Ripper]

*Skroth flips up to his feet, and checks his nose. Broken, just as he thought. He let the blood trickle down his cloak. It wasn't that bad of a cut as his skill as an assassin allowed him to dodge part of the blade. Yet still it caught Skroth in the chest just enough for it to spit blood. The Sith apprentice ignores the pain. He kept his eyes on Nichos.*

*Skroth rapidly runs up to The Padawan, and strikes hard. The jedi blocks, but falls to the ground from the force of the blow The dark apprentice then stabs downward towards Nichos's good arm. The jedi blocks it, but then feels a sharp pain in his leg. He quickly tried to look, but Skroth kicks him in the face before he has a chance to. Nichos feels his jaw pop out of place. Skroth leaps backwards several feet, and got into his defensive stance as Nichos saw his leg. A large curved assassin's blade stuck out of it. Blood covered the padawan's leg. Skroth chuckles as the Nichos looks at his bloody leg.*

[Nichos Marr]

Nichos laughs even harder then Skroth. This assassin blade won't stop him. He plucks it out with the Force and throws it aside.

Nichos stands up with the aid of the Force and blocks the pains he can feel. He jumps high into the air and strikes down at the dakr apprentice. The two blades meet and make hissing and crackling sounds.

"Your ignorance makes you weak Sith."

Nichos strikes again, but it is blocked. Suddenly, Skroth looks down at his ankle. Nichos summoned the blade while they were slashing at eachother with sabers. It now stuck out of Skroth's achilles tendon. He could no longer use his left foot to walk. Skroth knelt down somewhat, and met Nichos' knee in his face. The Sith fell back with a roar.

"Don't you ever watch holomovies? Good always triumphs over evil. Even in reality."

Nichos uses the hilt of his saber and strikes Skroth on the top of his head. The Sith fell to the floor completely. Nichos reveals a dagger of his own and uses the Force to plunge it into Skroth's shoulder.

Nichos jumps back into a defencive stance, panting and sweating.

[Skroth da Ripper]

*Skroth gets up laughing. Drawing strength from his own pain.*

"Awwww... Is the little jedi tired. Here, I'll help you sleep."

*Nichos is confused by what Skroth said, and shifts his stance a bit. All of a sudden he feels a hard blunt object slam into the back of his head. He falls to the ground, and his saber flies out of his hand as feels the blood rushes down his face and onto the ground. Nichos looks up and sees Skroth with the dagger no longer in his shoulder, and putting some weight on his damaged foot. He also sees a large bloody rock next to his head He then sees Skroth quickly bend over, and jam another curved blade into Nichos's good arm. The sharp pain raged through the jedi's arm, as well as the even worse pain of the blade being twisted, and pulled out. Cutting through the different layers of muscle. Skroth jumps back, and calls Nichos's saber over to himself. He lights it as well as his other 2 sabers, and also prepares to deflect any incoming projectiles.*

Nichos uses the Force to correct his stance, and stands on one knee. He looks at Skroth and blinks a few times.

"Sith, you fail to see that one does not need their limbs and weapons, as long as the Force is with them. I will fight you until I am no longer able to fight."

Nichos' eyes become narrow. He can feel the Force around him. He begins to heal himself internally. Nichos smiles and finds his inner peace with the Force. He allows the Force to enter his body, becomes one with it. Nichos implants a picture into Skroth's head. The Sith turns to the right.

At that second, Nichos knocks Skroth back. Skroth's head hits a rock and causes him to go unconscious. Nichos crawls over and takes his saber back.

Nichos knew the Sith wouldn't be awake for some time, so he went into a deep healing trance.

[Skroth da Ripper]

OOC: Nichos, that was god moding. Edit that move. A padawan could never do that.

OOC: You can't just say it's a load of God Moding. I will edit my post gladly if you point out what was god moding.

OOC: Actualy a padawan can do that. It just depends on the skill level. Obi-wan Kenobi did it to a few droids in the begining of ep. 1. I was able to do that as a padawan.



Please don't kill me I was just reading the string, don't be mad at me.

OOC: I'll break down the move.

Nichos uses the Force to correct his stance, and floats slightly above the air.

(takes way too much consentration and focus, you made it seem like second nature)

He looks at Skroth and blinks a few times.

(Too advanced for a padawan to use, its a masters' move I believe)

The Sith turns to the right.

(Actually I would turn left. J/K)

At that second, Nichos releases an awesome Force Blast

(This is way too powerful for a padawan to be able to use, plus it sounds like a Sith move.)

that knocks Skroth back. Skroth's head hits a rock and causes him to go unconscious.

(I wouldn't go unconsious from falling on a rock, maybe get cut, but not go unconsious)

After the Force Blast died away, Nichos floated over and regained his and the Sith's lightsaber. He put them both in his pouch and floated back.

(Your flying around like you have wings. Which I don't think you have)
(also my lightsabers are mounted on gauntlets. Like on my pic, just thought I'd point that one out.)

[Skroth da Ripper]

OOC: YOUR NEXT KAT!!! j/k.

IC: *Skroth tries to make flip up to his feet but can't quite make it. So, he makes it into a crawling position then slowly makes it to his feet, being mindful of his damaged ankle. He sees the padawan in deep meditation not far away. He lights his sabers, and runs at the jedi. He ignores the pain in his foot. The main thing on his mind was victory. Quickly before Nichos can snap out of the meditation, Skroth slashes him in the chest. Nichos rolls backwards, blood stains his cloak. The padawan gets up and lights his saber just in time to block another one of Skroth's saber strikes. Skroth then quickly follows up with a footsweep, sending Nichos into the air. Before he can hit the ground, Skroth delivers a savage blow to the jedi's chest, sending him on a faster, harder, and more painful trip to the ground. Plus the blow hit Nichos in the slash that he just received from Skroth.

Skroth had made the mistake to forget to jump back into a defencive stance. Nichos blocks all the pain he feels. Nichos uses the Force to move properly. He grabs at Skroth's leg and uses the Force to strengthen his arms. Nichos swings Skroth, right into his knee. The knee makes contact with Skroth's stomach. The Sith bends over in pain.

Nichos calls his saber and smacks Skroth across the face with the hilt. He kicks the enormous Sith back.

Nichos can feel some parts of his body healing. He runs forward and quickly jump kicks the Sith, popping his jaw outta place.

[Skroth da Ripper]

* Nichos had made the exact same mistake that Skroth had made. The Sith would make him pay for it too. Skroth grabs the padawan's leg, and before he can react, force pushes the top half of Nichos. Nichos falls to the ground, much like he was tripped. His saber again flies out of his grasp. Skroth flips up to his feet, and quickly pops his jaw back into place while igniting his sabers. He then quickly calls the jedi's saber over to him, ignites it, and Slashes Nichos on his leg. Blood flows from the wound as Skroth steps back a few feet, and gets into a defensive stance. He incorporates Nichos' saber into the stance blocking his midsection. *

Nichos lies on the floor for a second. He gathers all the power left in him and stands up, ignoring the excrutiating pain. He walks right up to Skroth and stares at him straight in the eye.

"I'm not scared of you Sith. You have one for I can no longer battle. But you are not a threat. Even if you kill me one day."

Nichos dons his shades and spins on his heel. His pride was far from being hurt. He ran a hand through his hair and walked away.

[Skroth da Ripper]

*Skroth de lit his and Nichos's saber. He cliped it onto his belt, and walked back towards his ship. He knew one day they WOULD meet again. He didn't know exactly when, but it would happen one day. He force pulled all the stray daggers on the field back to himself. In one last move, he caused a rock in fromt of Nichos to go transparent. The padawan trips, and looks around, and sees Skroth's ship hovering overhead. It then turns and exits the atmosphere. Nichos then heard a voice in his head.*

"Til we meet again jedi."

Dyne quietly leaves the training grounds after witnessing the fight.
