That emblem is from M.Bisons group in SF is it not?

Looks nice, although seemingly evil or dark for a group who consider themselves neutral.

Actually, nowthat you mention it, it does kinda look like the SF M bisn emblem but his had a hat no tips on the wings alot of mnor differences......just noticed that now, thanksfor pointing that out...
