Lady Mara Jade

...It's midnight outside Sith Empire HQ. Mara walks through a forest slowly as the wind flows through her hair. Looking down she realizes that she's wearing nothing but a long white silk nightgown and is barefoot. Stopping for a moment she begins to look around slowly then hears a noise behind a large rock. Moving closer her foot suddenly falls into a small rodent hole and she twists her ankle slightly.

"Ouch!" She falls backward and sits down, picking her foot up and taking a look at it.

"You really ought to be more careful," Mara looks up, startled as the noise behind the rock reveals itself.

"Turbogeek, what are you doing here at Sith HQ? Leave or I will call my Sith out here to execute you." Mara says as she begins to stand up. Clumsily she falls down again. Turbogeek offers his hand to her.

"Actually, Lady Mara it is you who will be executed if you are found here." Mara thinks for a moment then takes DT's hand.

"Yes, of course." Mara shakes her head slightly. DT places his hand on her waist and pulls her onto her feet slowly. Reaching behind him he plucks a flower from a vine and hands it to her. Mara smiles just slightly then takes the flower. The moment she touches it the peddles wilt and the plant dies. Mara looks back toward Turbogeek.

"What does it mean Master?"

DT looks down, then shakes his head slightly. He turns and begins to walk away. Mara tries to speak but as she takes a step forward someone comes up from behind her and covers her mouth with their hand. She is spun around quickly only to look into the face of Venom. Struggling she tries to free herself but cannot. She turns her head and looks frantically toward DT but he continues to walk away without turning back to look...

::Mara sits up from her bed quickly, nearly screaming out in freight as she looks around the room. Slowly she begins to regain her memory of the past few days. Her torture inflicted upon her by the Lounge Lizard and the rest of the Rouge Sith Order then her return to the Jedi only to find that her Master, Darth Turbogeek had left. Walking toward her mirror slowly she looks at the spot where a scar inflicted upon her by Venom had been just days ago. Breathing irregularly she puts on some clothing then tosses on a robe and packs a duffle bag. Slowly she begins to walk down the short hallway of the Jedi HQ located on Dagobah then walks out the door and toward a small path leading into the wilderness::

:: On the other side of the Galaxy....

Night on the planet. The air was fresh and smelt of blossoms as the single huge tree on the plain shook slightly as the Jedi Master climbed out onto one of the upper branchs. This place he had found, so quiet and peaceful, somewhere where he could get away from the demons that had chased him for the last years.

Even the one that had reared from a past he rather thought he had left behind, from so long ago

He was not dressed in the usual Jedi robes, but he instead had a simple jumpsuit, veritile and tough, patched from hard use. In his hands he carried a sword - not a lightsabre, but a honest, for real STEEL sword, beautifully made, but tarnished. 5 feet of cold steel, he believed it was called a 'claymore', odd name, but seemed to suit this weapon. He repositioned himself on the branch, then took out a 'wetting' stone, used apparently to clean and sharpen such weapons. The story Turbogeek had heard was that the first Jeid Knights had used weapons like these, before blasters had arrived.

The stone scraped on the blade, and a small shine began to appear. A few more strokes and it became a spot. Some more work and the lusterous shine grew and grew and after an hour of full concentration, the blade was clean. The Jedi lifted it up in front of his face, seeing his dim reflection in the blade by the light of the full moon that came through the tree leaves.

What a weapon he thought. How it must have been to see a Knight of yore, weilding a blade like this. The Jedi stood up on the branch and then using the Force, leapted off and laned on the ground, many meters before. The grassy plain stretched out, the island's weird weather making this place moonlit and dare he say it, romantic with it's soft breezes and fragrant air. About twenty meters away lay the mud hut he called home and it was raining on that. It was quite bizarre and added a subtle mood to this place where he was alone.

He stared at his reflection in the blade's surface again. A harsh man, a mouth thin and taunt, eyes bitter and weighty with all he had seen and all he had done. Not much sympathy in those eyes. None he had ever given, not for years.

Maybe it wasnt Jedi like. He didnt care. Long years of fighting had rubbed out the boy he once was, turning him into the warrior he was today. He often viewed the relationships he had seen as a weakness, never understood what it really meant.

Well, not now anyway. In the past.... He slammed that thought and wrenched his mind back into the here and now, where it belonged. He was a Jedi and that was all he could give a damn about......

--

Asllep not long later, with the rain on the roof drumming, he dreamed off bieng on a cliff face, a single red rose in his hands. Looking over the cliff, he sniffed the rose and then with sadness cast it into the sea, cutting off a part of his life he never wished to revisit

Was it the future?

No said his mind, his memories. It was your past.....

OOC: Tell me if this is done wrong DT.

*Lynch trudges through a jungle region wearing only a pair of dark pants carring his lightsaber. He stalks his prey even while he is stalked, it's time for him to reclaim the edge. A rustle to his right warns him of his query, the huge Yuuzhan Vong burst out of the bush his arms raised as it prepares to strike down upon the Sith, Lynch leaps back but not before getting his saber knocked from his hand and a over the hand strike against the face. The Vong creature again leaps towards the Sith who counters by rising his boot hitting it square in the face.*

*Getting to his feet he looks to the side for his weapon, in the corner of his eye he sees the Vong rise to it's feet and rushes towards the Sith. The Vong is usually faster and more powerful but it is not smarter. Dropping to the ground Lynch strikes out his leg nailing the creature in the knee dropping it to the ground, jumping forward lowering his hands he grabs the side of the Vongs head and snaps it back. Reaching up snapping down a vine he wraps it around the Vongs throat and begins to choke it with all his might but it still got plenty of strength and knocks Lynch off. Grabbing the Sith it puts him in a bear hug trying to squeeze the life out of him, Lynch grits his teeth as he pushes out his wings snapping the creatures arms off him.*

*Grabbing a sharp pointy rock Lynch turns to face the beast as it turns to face him, the faster one to survive. Lynch fakes an attack and ducks underneath the Vongs counter attack only to rise up jamming the pointy rock deep into it's jaw shoving it deep into the beasts skull into it's brain. The Vong moves in pain trying to scream until it collapses dead. Lynch looks at his opponent and smiles knowing he still is the edge. Taking out a device he scrapes up small sample of the creature and puts it in a side pocket upon his boot.*

*A few minutes later he finds his lightsaber and returns to base camp, leaning against a tree staring at the fire he looks up into the starry night thinking of the past as he slowly nods off to sleep*

::As Mara walks further into the wilderness she begins to shiver as the cool air breezes past her. Stopping for a moment she begins to look around slowly then hears a noise behind a large rock. As she walks closer a large feline like animal emerges and begins to limp toward her. Looking down she realizes that it's right foot is severely injured. Putting down her duffle back slowly and carefully she begins to walk toward the feline. Growling at her fiercely the animal swings it's left leg forward and tries to claw at Mara. The Jedi leaps backward in surprise::

"Now now... calm down. I'm not going to hurt you." Reaching out with the force Mara attempts to calm the animal. Slowly, it begins to back up. Then, to her surprise it turns it's back and leaves. She looks at it sadly for a moment then picks up her bag and continues walking toward the landing pad on the otherside of the wilderness. After a short while she reaches it and walks toward her small ship slowly. Running her fingertips along the side of it she is suddenly reminded of the person who built it. Suddenly the communicator in her duffle bag goes off. Sensing who it is she picks up the comlink and adjusts the frequency. Jedi Boricua's face appears over the screen...his mood quite evident. Before he can ask her where she is going Mara asks for Darth Turbogeek's location. Boricua hesitates for a short while then finally he speaks::

"Master Turbogeek has gone back to the old Sith Empire headquarters...the one that you built before you were driven from it by your former Apprentice."

::Mara thinks for a moment:: "Mara, don't you think about going there by--" before JB can say anything more she shuts off the transmitter and tosses it back into the wilderness. Boarding her ship she takes her seat in the pilot's chair and beings programming in the coordinates for the former hidden planet. As Mara leaves the atmosphere and makes the jump to hyperspace she smirks slightly at the thought that the Sith Empire HQ was once only a few light-years away from the Jedi HQ on Dagobah and they never even realized it. Shutting her eyes Mara clears her mind and begins to meditate.

After several hours past Mara's small ship drops from hyperspace and enters the atmosphere of the planet. Calling up a short display of life signs Mara brings her ship down on an island, south of the equator and near the tropics. Gathering her things Mara exits the ship and takes a long look around at her surroundings::

:: The Jedi Master is in the place what he calls the Kitten Playground, where a large brood of cats and kittens live. Lots of rodents live on this large island, nearly 50 km’s at it’s narrowest, so food for these playful creatures was not in short supply. Where the Jedi Master live, it was near the abandoned base of the Sith Empire, long ago a place of evil that was surrendered to the Jedi after a battle with the Sith of that Empire. The first thing the Jedi had done was to cast out the evil that had lingered here and then set up the now deserted base as a home away from the Jedi of sorts. Now, with his decision to leave the Jedi Order and strike out on his own, it now had become his permanent base.

A curious place this was. Long abandoned by intelligent life, the planet was now basically his. Not knowing what to do with a whole planet, he put into the Galactic records the claim for control he had and then left the place alone. It was mainly water anyway. Only one real land mass existed, along with thousands of islands, one day he might decide to explore them, but for now they could for now keep their secrets. All he could really say that this was a peaceful place, a place a Jedi could actually be what they were called to be.

The claymore was now the weapon he carried, strapped to his back via a sheath he had created, plus a leather strap. The sword rested comfortably on his back, the hilt poking upwards beyond his shoulders. There seemed to be no need for a lightsabre here, so the two he carried, the Athona and the standard blue one now were ina case in his mud hut that was his resting place here. A Pod racer and a fighter/transport he had repaired from a crash sat near the hut and the tree, ready for use. Somehow he doubted they would be called into play for while He was discovering the simple joy of walking through a grassy field, allowing nature to go undisturbed by his passage. Also the taste of clear spring water, the thrill of a brilliant sunrise or a spectacular sunset.

This was a place he had always hoped he would find, a place to feel at peace.

A little black kitten regarded the Jedi, turning it’s little head to appraise this strange creature it saw. The Jedi smiled, then turned away as he suddenly felt something in the Force…. An arriving ship. Strange, who would come here? And more to the point, to this island? Now with Force senses in full alertness, he slowly got up and then looking briefly up, began to jog back to the tree and hut, not far away.

When he arrived, he paused long enough to fetch Athona from the hut, again marvelling at the weather change, the hut always raining, the tree in perpetual spring twilight and sunshine. How that happened, he would love to know. He climbed the tree, knowing it was the best place to look out from. He reached out through the Force, feeling the passage of this ship as it began it’s decent, trying to work out where it could be landing.

The answer didn’t take long. The ship was going directly to the former Sith castle, not too far away. Now the Jedi was intrigued. Why would a shuttle be going there? He decided to find out.

Leaping out of the tree, he began to jog to the castle. By the time he was at it’s walls, the shuttle was in sight and true to his projection was indeed landing at the former Sith landing pad.

Well. Time for a few questions to be asked he thought. If it was a plain citizen, he would ask them to leave. If they were Jedi, they would be welcome. Sith on the other hand…… Turbogeek’s hand went to the hilt of Athona, but then he had a better idea, With a hissing sound, he drew the steel blade, the polished metal glinting ominously in the light. He moved quickly to a hidden entrance he had found and the moved through the corridors to where the landing field was, believing that by the time he had gained a hidden vantage point, the person or persons on the shuttle would be disembarking and he would have a clear view of them.

He just made it. Looking out from a culvert, he saw a ramp lower on the now landed craft and then a single hooded person walk out. Oddly, he could get no real sense of this person, so he decided to go closer.

And the closer he got, the more uncertain of the Force sense of this one he got. That was not good… it was as if they were trying to hide themselves. Okay, thought the Jedi, two can paly that game.

Using the knowledge of exploratin he had, he used a secret passage to get to the hall he thought this person was going to. A few minutes waiting and he heard cautious footsteps and he sensed a person getting closer. Using the Force to hide himself from a possible Sith, he waited until the footsteps got closer, his hands gripped the sword as each footfall got closer. He waited until he saw the cloaked figure sneak past and then with all the quietness he could muster, he moved behind the stranger. He reached out with the sword and then got close enough to press the deadly blade against the back of the neck of the stranger. He heard a mute gasp and the figure froze, obviously taken by complete surprise.

“Turn around”

The figure did so, the hood making identificarion impossible. Turbogeek pressed the blade to where he knew the nape of the neck to be.

“State your business and why your trying to hide from me. And make it quick, I didn’t appreciate being disturbed” he snarled.

The figure reached slowly to pull the hood back…..

Removing the hood completely Mara looked up at DT and squinted slightly.

"You certainly are in a bad mood," she stated as she placed her hand on the top of DT's blade and moved it away from her throat slowly.

"Mara, what are you doing h--" Stopping DT from speaking Mara placed her fingers over his lips. "Shhh...the questions can wait." Mara looked behind her toward the entrance to the former Sith Empire HQ. Taking DT by the hand she slowly walked toward the gate and punched in a series of codes.

"Have you ever been inside, Turbogeek?" The Jedi shook his head. "Well, we might as well. This used to be my home after all and I've not visited it in nearly a year."

With a whining of gears the gate whooshed open. Mara started to walk inside and looked around the area that was once her garden. Vines and weeds had grown up out of what was once beautiful rose bushes and taken over the entire area. Mara looked over everything almost sadly as she and DT walked toward the main entrance. Several weapons came online suddenly and aimed themselves at the two Jedi. DT lifted his sword in the air ready to take out one of the lasers but Mara quickly grabbed him by the wrist.

"Don't, if you destroy one they will all fire," Mara pointed toward 10 firing cannons all across the perimeter. "They won't go off unless they can identify both of us as intruders." Mara moved slowly beside the door and activated a small view-screen.

<font color=red>Computer scanning retina...

Mara stepped away from the screen then pulled DT close to it.

Mara typed in a few more series of characters then took a step back.

<font color=red>Jedi identified as being prisoner status. Access granted.</font>

Slowly the shielded door started to open up. Mara took DT by the hand once more then guided him down the long hall and into the main meeting room. It was a truly magnificent place. The pillars that surrounded the room were made of solid marble and stretched up nearly 30 feet only to blend into the dome ceiling. In the very center of the dome hung a large chandelier made from crystal and decorated with rare stones. Directly below the chandelier was a table. The legs made from iron intertwined together at the center then spread out once again like branches on a tree to offer support to the glass tabletop, the edges lined with gold plating. On the East and West side walls of the room set five glass windows, each ten feet tall and four feet across in width. Mara walked around the room slowly then took a seat on top of the table and looked back toward DT.

"You never said good-bye."

*In his camp grounds by his ship Lynch sleeps soundly under the stars after the kill his mind drifting to a time long ago, a planet under siege, fire ringing from the sky that had turned many shades of red, he remembers the sound of the wounded, the stench of the dead, the crying of the damned, a sound stops him in his tracks and he turns to see a person standing in the darkness....*

*A sudden disturbance in the force snaps the Sith out of his dream like state. He stands looking up at the night sky into the depths of space trying to pinpoint the disturbance. Entering his ship, Leaving orbit Lynch uses the dark force to sense where to go. Looking at a star chart, he notices that his path is leading to a place he thought he would never visit.*

*Taking precautions of any past security that may still be active he cloaks the ship setting down upon a clearing. DAGOBAH

::The night had fall at the mistfull swamps of Dagobah. The gnarltree forest whispered a whistling sound as the wind flowed. Now and then there was the ocational growl from a giant swamp slug as it hunted for prey. Ocasionally, a thumping sound was heard as the knobby white gnarltree spider broke off from its parent tree, and fell to the ground. It would then roam the swamp hunting and feeding on nightbats that got stuck in the slicing wirewebs between adjacent gnarltrees, spun by the butcherbugs. Eventually it would take root in a clear spot to grow into a new gnarltree. The wings of a reptilian flying creature could be heard in the the distance as it searched for rodents. Apart from that, it was quiet::

::Close to the swampy waters there was a clearing with, filled with carnivorous fungi and flower-fruits on the ground. Prismatic vine-flowers reached to the ground from the top of the treeline. A nest with a family, with a family of colorful Jubba birds slept peacefully in their nest resting on the end of a branch pointing toward the center of the clearing. At day, their whistling and soothing song could be heard but not now. It was too late::

::A spiritual presence moved through the swamp. A blury image appearing as some kind of small creature could be seen moving toward the clearing. It picked up beatifull blue and white orchid that only grew on this very spot. The creature looked at the flower and brought it toward his nose, slowly inhaling the air, trying to feel the smell. He could not. He was dead. At one with the Force. All he once had was lost. There was a time when he went here every day, trying to gather his thoughts, trying to clear his mind and get some perspective on how things were. Did he really make a difference? Sometimes he wondered. Darkness flowed through the Galaxy and there was not a thing he could do about it. Had he wasted his life for nothing? Who knew. Only time would tell. Somehow, he felt responsible for all the misery the Jedi Order had experienced the last couple of months. The Force iluminated the ground as a new flower grew from the spot where he had picked it::

*A tear of sadness could be see in the corner of his eye as he stared into an emty undefined spot at the ground. "Yes, alone I am..", he said*

Learning to Cry.

DT looked over the table that used to be the headquarters of the Sith Empire. He shook his hand free from Mara’ grasp and moved over to one of the seats.

“I’d rather you didn’t do that, and so what if I didn’t say goodbye?”

“Do what?” she asked innocently

He sighed, taking a seat at the head of the table. He placed the sword on the polished wood, somehow that ancient blade seemed to be the right thing to be carrying here. “Yeah, right as if you don’t know. Now, what are you doing here?”

“I’m your Padawan. Shouldn’t I be here?”

“Mara, I may be a Jedi, but I’m no fool. You didn’t come here because of that, there is plenty of other Jedi more qualified than me to train you. And besides, I left the Jedi Order and went out alone. Don’t you think that being trained by one like me is going to make you a pariah?”

“No, not particularly. You know quite well the Jedi see you as some sort of Lord and would follow you, even now. Do you think being your Padawan would make anyone think any less of me?”

Turbogeek had to admit quietly she had a point there. “Still, I don’t understand why you come here. It’s not like anyone else is here, it’s not like there are others to learn from, it’s not like there is the facilities here. So, why did you come here and no jokes or falsehoods You know how short my temper can be”

Lady Mara smiled, herself remembering the last time she was on the receiving end of that infamous anger and notoriously short fuse. “Yes…. I remember well. The last time I found out, you threw me through a wall and caused the cleanup crew a week’s worth of work. But I was a Sith then. Surely you would not do that to a Padawan?”

She stared as the Jedi’s only answer was a thin lipped smile, more of a snarl on those lips. Lady Mara felt a chill go down her back, wondering if this was a wise idea to come here alone. After all, this was a man who was reputed to be solely without remorse, believed to be capable of anything that didn’t cross into the Dark Side. She remembered some discussion that Turbogeek would make a Sith Lord like none other, such was the rumoured cruelty and lack of compassion that really made one wonder if he was a Jedi at all. There was debate if he was a machine rather than a human. But…. But she knew better. She had seen glimpses of something else, something deeper and secret that the Jedi Master did not voluntarily show. No-one really knew of his past before he was Jedi, maybe there was something that made him this way…?

She took a breath, shaking away the thought, coming back to the present and focusing on Turbogeek, who was looking at her with that expressionless face he usually wore.

“Off in the clouds again Lady Mara? How do you expect to become a Jedi if your mind does not stay on the here and now? Remember, your focus detirms your reality.”

“Yes…. Yes Master”

He leaned back. “Good. Now, are you going to tell me the real reason you came here?”

“No… not yet. I don’t believe the time is right.”

“Fair enough.”

The Jedi lasped into silence, turning to look out the window.

Making his way through he reaches a cliff, taking out a hi-tech device he scans the distance to which the force seems to be leading him here. Yet why? Perhaps other Sith were here, could it be? Others lured here by the past Sith involvement on the planet, the planet itself might have been a beacon drawing the Sith here in the first place...after the others had left did more arrive only to find the ruins of the past?*

*Holding out his arms he gently leans forward until he falls off the cliff, falling down, down ever faster and further until he rises his wings catching the air current sending him back into the sky. "It is time I trained you Mara. Is there a training area in this hulk of brick?"::

Lady Mara Jade
Aug 29th, 2000, 01:13:48 AM
A few days later...

Mara wakes in the night and begins walking down a long corridor. At the end she sees a dim light...she begins to walk toward it. As she looks down slowly at her bare feet she notices that she is walking in puddles of cold water. Placing her hand on the side of the walks she feels the cold smooth brick on either side as she runs her fingertips across them. At long last she reaches the end of the hallway. Looking down she picks up the light. It is circular shaped and quite warm. As she looks into the center it suddenly becomes unbearably bright, she closes her eyes to avoid hurting them. Slowly, her eyes adjust to the light, she begins to open them.

She is now standing in the middle of a bright white room. The table, curtains, bed and chairs are all the same bright white color. As she begins to walk around the room slowly she notices an open window that leads out onto a balcony. She turns, then walks outside and looks down below her at the ocean. Suddenly, the doors behind her slam shut. Everything begins to shake and the balcony under Mara's feet suddenly gives way and Mara begins falling rapidly toward the rocks below...

"AAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIEEEEEEE!!!!"

Mara wakes up in a cold sweat and jumps out of her bed. Still badly shaken up she tosses her cloak around her shoulders and walks out into the hallway of the old Sith HQ. She begins to walk down the stairs slowly then exits the fortress and makes her way out into the massive gardens. As the cold breeze swirls around her she shuts her eyes then looks up toward the starlit sky. She continues to walk slowly but after a short while senses something sinister and stops dead in her tracks as she ignites her lightsabre.

From the place I had been watching the Jedi and his apprentice, I move forward. My armour, black as space helps me blend into the undergrowth as I move with unnatural grace for someone so huge as I am. I see movement. I sense someone, someone close.

I sense it is the Padawan. I feel it coming closer until I feel the presence so close... I see her. With some surprise I recongnise that it is Lady Mara Jade and I stare with a burning hate for this Sith who betrayed the Dark Side. My rage builds. How can one like this walk freely? How can I allow one like this to live?

Moving carefully, I stepo ut behind her, planning to follow. Instead, I step on a twig and it snaps, she spins around and I can see she has her sabre lit. I swear quietly, this is not what I wanted.

Stepping up to my full 8.5 foot height, I shake my hands loose of my cloak. My ees behind the visor of my helmet study this Lady Mara Jade. She motions forward with her sabre, forcing me back

"What do you want Venom" she says. I hear fear in her voice, yes, but I also hear detirmination

"I came here for you Mara. I have come to take you back to the Dark Side"

I wait her answer, all the while beginning to plan what to do next

:: The Jedi Master looked over the new training droid he had designed, one that would help with the physical fighting aspects of Mara's training. He had decided he himself was going to try the droid out. Putting on his training padding, he soiccered the controller into the air, catching it and then pointing the device at the droid, switched it on. The droid jerked, then powered up, coming into a open defensive stance, electronic senses beginning to probe around, electroic brain beginning to compute an attack.

The Jedi snapped into a backstance, one arm forward, the other in position to stike. He began to move slowly, keeping his eight on his toes for maximum balance and reaction time...

The droid struck, powering a punch at his head. The Jedi bent backwards and then seeming ly stumbled away, enticing the droid in a followup strike. The Jedi swayed again and a looing cresent kick knocked the droid backwards. The Jedi swayed and stumbled, his movements unpredictable but fluid. The droid's processors tried to work out and predicte where the Jedi would be next, but usually it would be wrong and sometimes would get tripped, kicked or punched for it's trouble. It was the art of Drunken Master, the martial arts that honed flexibility, movement and balance all the while the practicioner looked drunk, weaved and walked as if they we not in control of themselves.

The bout continued, the droid beginning to learn what was going on and in some ways imitating the Jedi's motion.. It finally poredicted where the Jedi was going and a metal fist shot out....

... and a metal head went spinning off and hit a wall as the Jedi suddenly snapped upright and executed a huge back kick to the droid's jaw, smashing the head clean off. He stayed in attack positon until the droid dropped to the ground and the Jedi breathed out, allowing the tension to be expelled, his whole body relaxing and his focus shifting from his opponent to the whole room and also himself. Sweat bathed his body as he moved over and picked up a drink bottle, consuming the energy fluid. He breathed out, feeling tireed muscles begin to come back to likfe, a few aches and a few bruises on his arms and one on his leg from blocked attacks.

I'll have to repair that droid later he thought.

Changing into the regular Jedi cloak, he clipped his lightsabre - not the Athona, but an ordinary blue one to his belt, he also picked up the Claymore, spinning it in his hands as he looked at the shiney blade. Twisting in the air a few times, the blade whistled through the air. Food, I need some food he thought and then also picking up the archaic blade Athona, he moved out of the training room and switched off the light at the door.

The Athona shone in the darkness that followed.

The Jedi loked in puzzlement, seeing the ancient lightsabe was actually glowing. How...?

~ This is a special blade... it will glow when evil is near...~

Turbogeek quiclky began to search the area with the Force, he saw nothing, but yet Athona still glowed. He put the claymore into a steath that he had made, tied to his back and called out.

"Mara? Are you about"

Nothing.

The Force was beginning to warn him of danger

"Mara?"

Nothing again. Damn it where the hell was she?

"MARA!!!!"

His danger sense began to flare and the Athona glowed even fiercer. Ginog into full alert he slowly began to walk down the corridors, the ancient lightsabre giving off enough light to see. He decided to head for the gardens out side.

He made it outsie, all the while his danger sense screaming something was wrong. Calming himself, reaching out fo rthe Forc, The Jedi Master looked about, heard a sound from above. He saw a winged being coming in to land and then through a gap in the trees he saw two figures, one female, the other an utterly huge black armoured figure, easily 3 feet taller than the female, he could tell was Lady Mara.

The armoured figure's Force sense was pure evil and somehow.... familiar. Not careing he began to rush to Mara's side, almost making it before he was coathangered by a wing. Crashing to the ground he slid to a stop as his atacker came into view

Jedah Lynch? With wings?

That must mean....

He wasnt given time to go further as Jedah Lynch attacked.

*Soaring forward Lynch brings his elbow deep into DT's throat knocking him backwards to the ground*

That means dear Geek that it's time for all good things to end.

*Flashing a smile he ignites one lightsaber slicing it against Darth Turbogeeks left shoulder. The Jedi grabs his wound as blood seeps between his fingers, Lynch moves in bringing his fist to DT's jaw then elbows him in the chest*

Your lost alittle of your skill old Jedi.

*His wings spreading out Lynch begins to lift off the ground his powerful wings keeping him airborne slightly*

The DT I knew and heard of would never have let himself go as you have. Your edge has become dulled, your skills dilluted over time due to conflicts not of the battlefield...now I wonder....what would your wife have said to see a Jedi once so powerful lose himself so very much? Lose almost his identity? Your fault or their fault I wonder?

*DT's mouth almost drops at the mention of his wife the swipe of Lynchs arm across his face and the warm blood pouring from his lip and nose brings him back to reality only to receive a kick to the stomach as Lynch flys down knocking the Jedi into a tree. Grabbing DT by the hair Lynch pulls him up then drives his fist into the Jedis stomach and tosses him to the ground only for DT to roll and recover as soon as he hits. Lynch moves to intercept the Jedi who springs forward at the sith, Lynch seeing the Jedi meaning buisness brings his lightsaber up to block, the sabers meet a crackle of energy behind them.*

*Using his momentum DT pushes the Sith back then channeling the force, force pushes Lynch backwards lifting him off his feet sending him through the air. Lynch lands on his back tumbling slightly, coming to a stop he quickly looks up regaining his lightsaber seeing the Jedi shaken yet determined begin to rush towards Lady Mara Jades position over concern for his padwan fighting a monster like Venom*

Not this time..never again.

*Focusing on his rage he brings the darkness within him then focuses it upon the Jedi striking him in the back with darkforce lightning. DT falls to his knees as wave after wave of the darkforce courses through him searing his skin burning his clothing on his back the smell of burnt cloth and flesh flairs DT's nostrils. Trying to stand the Jedi feels wind upon him and the sound of flapping turning over he sees Lynch hovering near him his wings keeping him afloat with his lightsaber held into the air ready to strike down the Jedi Master once and for all.*

All good things end....and sometimes it deserves to end..it's time...

:: The Jedi Master trips over a branch and falls over, stunned and battered by the sudden attack. He was so fouced on Mara's predicament, he walked striaght into a trap. His mind reeled as Lynch's words went through his head

What would you wife think?

It rattled him, confusing him. How... how? what?

Spitting blood and feeling the burns on him, he stumbles again, trying to reconnect himself to the Force, trying to be calm, but he couldn't. Seeing Mara against Venom, hearing mention of his wife... he just couldn't. Indeed, he had failed as this Sith had said...

All he could do was stare up at the flapping Sith ask

"How did you know?" The voice came out pleading, a scream from his soul. A raw wound was reopened as the Jedi slumped, unable to continue.....

Jedah Lynch

*Staring at the Jedi the Sith can only begin to laugh then reaching his palm out towards him utters a single word*

Burn.

*DT is once more again assaulted by darkforce lightning smoke begins to rise from his clothing. With a gesture of his hand Lynch force throws DT across the yard into a wall with a sickening smack. Getting to his knees trying to stand the Jedi is drove down to the ground as Lynch again soars down driving his boot into DT's back knocking him to the ground pushing the Jedi Masters face sidwise into the mud*

How do I know......how do I know?

I know isn't that simple enough?

No...of course not....

You want to know?

I saw her body...

*Grabbing him by the neck DT's head is rammed repeatedly into the wall, with each thud of the Jedis skull hitting the wall his hair becomes alittle redder stained in his blood from a cut inflected by the damage. Taking one loose brick from the wall Lynch rams it into the Jedis face, each blow knocking more of the Jedis blood to the ground, his face awashed in crimsion red, knocking DT to the ground Lynch again drives the brick into the Jedi Masters face shattering his nose.*

What are you going to do.....save Mara? You didn't save your wife...did you? So what can you expect do do here and now with your precious Padawan...

*Grinning he picks up DT driving his knee into the light warriors chest followed by a elbow upon the back. Moving his left arm up he stretches out his wing clipping DT in the jaw knocking him flat against the wall*

Nice wings huh? You could say they are a engineering feat. New body as well, all made after I almost killed her before. You remember that don't you? Her lifeless body?

*Bringing up the other wing he catches DT against the face leaving a small scar. With his lightsaber hilt he begins to beat DT again and again not giving him a chance to recover knowing the torment his mind has been thrust into, a pain that the Sith can only smile at*

Master Yoghurt
Aug 30th, 2000, 11:57:37 PM
Dagobah

Yoghurt could not bear this anylonger. In a moment of deep injustice.. a moment of darkness, he had been sent into silence of the spirits. Far away from the physical world. He was part of the Force. Part of the energy field that surrounded everything.. binded the galaxies together. He once taught his students that we all were luminous beings.. and at one point.. if calm and in complete unity and understanding of the Force before the moment of death.. you would become one with it. You would become a spirit.. a being of light emerged from its shell. However, he would never imagine how lonely it could be on the outside.. to never be a part of the life you allways knew. To not be able to stop your friends from suffer.. to watch evil take place in the farthest corner in the Galaxy, and not be able to a thing about it. Furthermore, he could not smell, touch, see, hear or.. feel as he used to. All he could feel was desperation. Nothing were the same. It was painfull.

The Spirit in the Force turned and looked at a Gnarl Tree Butterfly flapping its wing as it hovered right in front of a flower. Not concerned with the past. No responsibility. No heavy burden. All that mattered was the present - to survive another day.

Perhaps that was the problem. He had been to busy thinking about the past; what could have been done, instead of thinking of the present and the future - what could be done.

The present and.. the future..

The blury image in the Force fainted slightly as the Jedi Spirit focused on the chaotic future. Allways in motion the future was.. cloudy.

He could see friends.. Boricua.. Figrin.. they were busy at the Jedi Temple.. debating Council procedures. And the old Sith Headquarters. Not much going on there, except.... a masked dark figure lurking in the shadows.. some kind of warrior. Right in cross of him, there was a woman. As she turned toward the tall dark warrior, her face was revealed. It was Mara. She looked frightened. The Force turmoiled around her.. and the warrior radiated pure darkness. The images shifted as in a speeded movie.. there was Darth Turbogeek. He was bleeding.. he was fighting someone.. another Dark Warrior.. but this one had wings. The clouds moved rapidly across the skies in the stormy night. The pale light of the moon broke through, white allmost blue colored, iluminating the face of Jedah Lynch as he smiled evily in triumph.

The Jedi Spirit focused to break through the clouds of the future, trying to see what would happen next.. Jedah Lynch would.. no!

The vision blured as a if a rock was thrown into the clear surface of water, creating ripples. The Jedi Spirit looked toward the butterfly again as the realization rushed through. It was time to forget the past and think of the present. It was time to make a difference. There was no fate. If there was one, it had to change.

The shimmering image of the Jedi Master disappeared he became a flowing motion in the Force. A tidewave traveling through the vast distances of space.. a chaos of light in all colors wizzed by as he travelled in some kind of tunnel.. at the end of the tunnel, there a just a bright white light..

*****

A minute later..

Outside the old Sith Headquarters - the gardens

A vortex of light swirls though the night, just a few meters from where Darth Turbogeek and Jedah Lynch fights in a struggle for life and death - a battle between the Dark and the Light. A 3 feet area in midair becomes less and less transparent, until the point of where the image of Master Yoghurt can be seen..

Lady Mara Jade
Aug 31st, 2000, 02:06:58 AM
"Are you delusional? Your very best efforts to turn me when you held me captive failed! Are you a sucker for lost causes or something, Venom?"

Mara's eyes narrow as she pulls her lightspear out quickly and ignites it. Venom also raises his weapon and charges toward Mara. He swings the deadly weapon down swiftly above her head. Mara raises her weapon barely in time to block the shot. The large Sith begins to bear down nearly causing Mara's arms to collapse. Mara's eyes light up suddenly as she uses the force to push Venom backward. Catching her breath she looks up at him, realizing that she only managed to push him back a few steps. The Sith lunges toward her once again, this time swinging his LS across the middle of her spear and cutting it in half. Looking down in alarm Mara tosses the useless weapon aside right before Venom swings his saber across her head. Mara drops to the ground quickly, narrowly escaping the massive blade. Grabbing hold of two tree roots beneath the soil Mara quickly slides herself forward between Venom's ankles. As she does the Sith swings his LS down to the ground, but misses her as his reflexes were a split second too slow. Mara leaps to her feet quickly as Venom begins to turn around and jabs him in the spine twice. As he faces her she punches him several times in the stomach.

Blinking twice she looks up. Venom simply grins at her then tosses his weapon aside. Caressing Mara's cheek softly with his right hand he moves it down to her neck then begins to lift her off of the ground. Mara swallows hard and places her hands on Venom's fingers, trying to loosen his grip. As he begins to squeeze tighter Mara shuts her eyes slowly then swings her ankles up and latches them around Venom's neck. The Sith looses his concentration momentarily and Mara just has enough time to slip her arms between his and smack his wrists off of her neck. Falling backward she braces her arms on the ground then swings her legs forward with all of her might, sending the massive Sith soaring forward and slamming through several large tree branches.

I guess I have my answer I think to myself crashing into branches and snapping them as I am forced backwards by the Jedi's kick. I slide to a stop and then raise my hand, calling my sabre back into my hand. I reclip it back to my side and then, sloly reaching behind my back I arm myself with my preferred weapon, my modified Force Pike, 2 meters of steel and electronics, the most lethal weapon of a Royal Guard, a weapon I learned to use with the utmost proficency. I give the weapon a brief swing, allowing muscles to loosen, feeling the familiar weight of the weapon in my gloved hand.

I see the Jedi pick up a branch in response, readying herself for resuming the fight. I stride forward and without pausing, I swing the Pike, the pommel aimed directly at her throat. She blocks and I this time, swing for the crown of her head. She blows again, a loud crack sounding out as the Pike meets the wood of the branch she is using. A swing at her an few more times, building a rhythm, a flow to the attacks. She blocks. However she doesn't realise what I am about to do....

A low swing is easily blocked and I seem to overcompensate, she moves to counter and this time, this time I truly unleash the true musclepower my frame is abbe to generate. The pommel of the Pike weigthed three kilos, at the end of a two meter handle, a the end of my arms, a good half meter plus centimeters longer than a normal human. The centrifical force I was able to create with the massive swing shattered her improvised weapon, sending splinters flying like small fragments of a bomb. I allowed the weapon to curl around, I spun and in a massive two handed chop, bought the weapon straight at the Jedi's head. Even with my speed, she saw it coming and moved to defend herself - she almost managed to get out of the way, but the pommel caught her shoulder, a crack sounding out onimously for herr as her face began to twist with pain. Not giving her a chance to recover I swing again, this time for the stomach, the vicious blow doubling her over and also sending her tripping backwards. Forward I step, size her up and issue a massive snap kick, aimed for ther face

Darth Turbogeek
Sep 4th, 2000, 05:00:53 AM
The Jedi reeled as he was yet again hit, the sabre hilt drawing blood as it was pounded into the top of his head, the Jedi’s vision blurring as the nerves in his brain shortcircuited momentarily, his legs struggled to keep him upright, the only thing supporting him being the wall he was thrown into. Another caught him under the chin, the nerve ending there causing pain to wash through his jaw. He stumbled off the wall in a desperate attempt to get clear, to try and esc ape this assault all his training, all his power in the Force had proven unable to cope with. He took another step, only to have Lynch smash him in the back of the head, right ath the top of the spine. This time he couldn’t cope and he collapsed to the ground, hard into the dirt and mud that littered the path that he had found himself. A small stone cut his face, adding to the mat of blood that was already there, dripping onto the ground. He tried to look up, trying to take control of his body, trying to connect himself with the Force that had been his ally for so long, now seeming to have deserted him. For what seemed to be an eternity, he strained to raise his head, to look at what he was sure was the deathblow, that would surely be coming next. The Jedi managed to look up at the Sith, Darth Lynch would even now was lighting his sabre, drawing this out no longer than he needed to, other than to savour the moment when, he Jedah Lynch would take the life of the most feared and powerful Jedi of the time.

It was alomsot like all the defeated and destroyed enemies were with Lynch, in spirit urging him on, to exact the final revenge so many others had tried but failed. The fire of hate welled in Lynch, Turbogeek could see it in his eyes, as the Jedi managed to face the Sith in one last show of strength, of bravado. Of course it meant nothing. There was nothing left, his brain refused to enact the orders to move, his limbs felt like lead, his face could only look stupidly on as Lynch lit his sabre and then begin to swing it down, aimed directly for Turbogeek’s head.

I have failed, he thought. I betrayed all I loved and knew with a second’s worth of inattention, of not focusing where he should have, of running too fast and not looking out for danger.

I have failed.

The sabre seemed to slow as it finished the upswing and then almost seem to stop, as time seemed to slow to the point of not moving. He seemed to see a vision, a blue glow. In it there seemed to be a woman, one recongnised, dressed in purple, a simple ribbon in her hair. In this strange still time, where there were no sounds, she took a step forward, her face becoming clear, a face he knew so well. Seeming to smile, she began to turn away, the Jedi, stunned mind struggling to catch up screamed out in the Force to her, pleading for his wife to come back, to be with him. She seemed to stop turning, a small smile on her lips as she shook her head. All the pain he ever experienced, all the tears he had never shed, all the moments of grief he had never allowed his mind to express crashed into existence, further overwhelming the Jedi

It’s not time……

She disappeared and in her place was a small green vision, a vision of a Jedi he knew. His presence in the Force was incredibly strong, so strong in the Force. The presence in the Force appeared only a sabre away from Jedah Lynch, who was still swinging down at the Jedi in this slo-time, his face twisted in an insane anger.

The words of the vision echoed through his head, echoing the three words.

It’s not time…..

IT’S NOT TIME!!!!

Time seemed to speed back up and the deadly blade seemed to move in it’s track slightly as Jedah Lynch realised there was something behind him, some thing strong in the Light Side. Committed to the blow, the Sith began to turn slightly, to see what had suddenly appeared at his flank. The Sith’s sabre shifted target fractionally, no longer on centre. Turbogeek insticively tried to move, at last his muscles beginning to obey the command his brain issued, trying a last ditch attempt to save his life….

An object, flying through the air cut into the beam of Lynch’s weapon, the object immediately glowing red hot but surviving, the sabre blade de-ignigiting just as it reached it’s mark. The Jedi felt the heat of the blade on his hair, fully expecting to feel nothing else….

He opened his eyes, not realising he had closed them. He looked up, to see that Lynch was staring at the suddenly turned off blade, looking at the weapon that had so unexpectantly failed. Screaming in hate, the Sith reignited the weapon and with all the hatred he could muster swing again, however this time the Jedi had regained enough time to recover from the previous pysical assault, from the mental anguish to be able to roll away, the sabre blade still striking the ground periliously close to his face, red hot gravel was spat upwards, catching his hair, his clothes, his face. One bit sizzled on an eyelid, the pain firing a jolt straight into his mind, clear and firey. It seemed to burn straight through the grogginess, straight through the confusion and directly into his mind, like a shooting star smashing into a planet. The pain burned away any thoughts of defeat and with it he reached out with the Force, finally touching the Light Side, calming his mind, he searched out with the Force and grabbed the object that the spirit of Master Yoghurt had thrown to save his life… the archaic lightsabre Athona. He called it back to his hand, the stil redhot blade, it’s cortoris shield blue hot from the energy of the blade it had shut down. His hand grasped the handle, the Force protecting his hand and then the blade, colour shifting from red to blue, came to life. Lynch smashed down again as the Jedi came to his knees, Athona’s blade intercepting Lynch’s sabre, the air filled with the screaming of two sabre blades. The Jedi, slowly regaining the Force, going deeper and deeper into the calmness of a true Jedi. He looked at the place Yoghurt had been, offering a silent thanks as he powered his way to his feet, then throwing Lynch away with the Force.

The Jedi took what felt like the first clean breath for hours, stood in a battle stance, letting the Force block the pain, ignoring the blood on his face.

Maybe my wife is dead, he thought, but Lady Mara still is alive. And I’m going to see to it that it stays that way!

He leapt at Lynch, forcing the Sith to back away……

Jedah Lynch

*Lynch keeps his distance while in his mind wonders how the hell did the Jedi manage to recover so fast...and that blade he now wielded... This lowly Jedi was certainly full of surprises, no wonder he had survived when most of his allies and friends had perished or succumbed to the agents of time. Moving forward Lynch spins his lightsaber in to draw DT out in a feint but the battle aged Jedi had seen the trick once to often giving the Sith Lord a cut along his waist for the trouble.*

*Griping his wrist he leaps forward at DT bringing his lightsaber across the Jedis, the glow of the sabers reflect upon each others face showing a different expression upon each of their faces. Each having a look of determination, the Jedi with an almost tranquil despite the battle after overcoming his own personal demons, upon the Siths face is one of rage and hate that screams for blood, if nothing else he would lead demons into battle.*

*Both warriors of different philosophies that each put their momentum into their lightsaber that are still connected, energy crackling in their wake. Both reach out to grab the other seeking to gain an advantage in momentum to defeat each other, grappling Lynch suddenly brings his knee to DT's stomach knocking the wind out of him. Leaping over the Jedi, Lynch spins his lightsaber downward grabbing the hilt with both hands seeking to impale the warrior or light through the back, to no aveil. The lightsaber hits dirt, turning to spot his foe Lynch receives a righthouse kick to the face over his eye.*

*His wounded eye shut the Sith scream in fury, charging at the Jedi while dragging his lightsaber against the ground leaving a black burnt mark from the heat generated from the weapon. Again the sabers connect driving the Jedi back his taking a stance preventing him from loosing his footing.*

Everything you know is dying or dead! Your wife! The Jedi! Soon to be you! We will track down and kill everyone of your accursed kind! The galaxy shall be ours and we will burn all those who oppose us. Your defianceis but a fleeting one, there is no escape, only one thing you can do...DIE!!!!

*With savage intent the warrior or darkness brings his lightsaber up knocking the sacred weapon from DT's hands to his right a few feet away. Kicking DT back Lynch pulls back the lightsaber planning to make one last vicious swing and cleave the Jedi's head from his shoulders*

Seeing the blade poised to seek his life again, the Jedi this time reacts as he should have done before. Even while off balance from the kick Lynch had given him, he reaches into the Force, moreout of instinct than thought, he pushes off with one foot, allowing the Force to power the jump, the Jedi goes into a back flip, the deadly blade of the Sith passing beneath where he had been only a heartbeat before. Turbogeek landed on his feet, calling his sabre by the Force, finding the ignition button with his mind so the blade was alive when it came into his hand.

Not before time. The blade was hardly in his hand when Lynch attacked again, anger clearly written in every move, hate and rage adding to his power as the Sith tapped deeper and deeper into the Dark Side. The Jedi allowed himself to give way, allowing the fury of the attacks to wash over him as he calmly blocked, continuing to allow his mind to become more calm, more at peace, more one with The Force.

Danger!

The Jedi reacted immediately to the warning in the Force, ducking as one of Lynch’s wings followed up on a sabre attack that had drawn the Jedi’s sabre low, creating a defensive gap. Turbogeek continued to squat, his sabre held in front of his body to guard himself as the Sith resettled into an attacking stance. The Jedi smiled, knowing the Force was finally on his side…..

Oomph!

Maybe not. The branch came flying through the air, clouting Turbogeek in the side of the head. He spun away as Lynch followed up the branch he had thrown via the Force, with a sabre blow, aimed at his chest. Shaking his head to clear the sting, using the Force to deaden the new pain (I’m going to have a headache after this is over) and to keep the calm a true Jedi had.

The Jedi began to think he slowly backed away, planning his next move. A branch brushed his arm… Jedah Lynch attacked again, coming at the Jedi once again. This time, Turbogeek stood his ground, suddenly going toe to toe with the Sith switching from defence to attack. Lynch replied with equal ferocity, swing at the Jedi in return. The Jedi’s blade was forced to the side, it touched some branches, the blade setting fire to the leaves, the Jedi deliberately allowing his blade to go further, the smoke pouring out of the branches it had cut. He used the Force to fling the burning pieces into the startled Sith’s face, using the distraction to snap kick Lynch into tree, back first. The Sith hit the wood hard, then getting a blow to the head as Turbogeek double-stepped, executing a roundhouse kick to Lynch’s cheekbone. The Sith barely saw it coming, moving enough to stop it from being a knockout kick. He swung his sabre, trying to get the Jedi away before Turbogeek could strike again.

The Jedi somersaulted back, landing some feet away. Reaching to his belt, he revealed a second sabre, igniting it. Now with twin sabres he stared at Sith.

“Move aside or else”

The Jedi lowered himself into a defensive stance, both sabres ready, the normal blue and the pulsing Athona, waiting for Lynch to answer

*Putting his hand to his mouth as the blood flows out over his tunic and skin he glances up at his opponent, slowly he stands up, removing his hand from his face DT sees a grin on the Siths face. Taking both of his lightsabers and igniting them fully the Sith takes a battle stance with one lightsaber pointed over his shoulder, the other held in front of his chest at an angle. The Jedi ready for the assualt is turn to one of perplextion as the Sith then turns off both lightsabers and kneels on the ground in front of the Jedi*

*More than alittle surprised DT is caught off guard by this sudden unexpected move. Slowly he walks towards the Sith both lightsabers ignited for any treachery the Sith might show when Lynch begins to speak again*

Do you know how this will all end DT?

*The Sith rises his face to look at the approaching Jedi with yet again another smile on his face*

In FIRE!!!!

*At his command transmitted through a comm link in his arm guard Lynchs ship the Raven rises off the ground it's three ion cannons and laser cannons begin firing towards the former Sith Empire base. The force warns the combatants to the coming danger as they hear the sky torn apart by weapon fire. Ion blast and lasers tear all around them striking down trees, several blast tear into the old HQ blowing out huge chunks of it sending debris all around them. The warriors of dark and light all try to stay alive avoiding the blast*

DT: Are you mad Sith?!

Lynch: You tell me..

*Aboard the Raven a hissing sound is heard before a large boom sound is heard, a high impact weapon is fired. The force again warns the four warriors of the threat coming*

Lynch: Ever see a diamon boron missle up close?

*A sudden swoosh sound is heard hitting on the far side of the old SE HQ followed by a blinding light, the force of the blast knocks all the combatants to the ground. Bits of ground and rock fall around them from the impact.*

*Noticing DT getting to his feet Lynch charges ramming the Jedi with his shoulder and igniting both lightsabers while trying to ignore the ringing in his ears. A lightsaber to each side Lynch bows low as he suddenly rises up with both sabers attempting to catch DT in the chest imapling him with both blades, DT leaps back then counters with his sabers the four blades met with a powerful sound of crackling energy. Both instead of trying to over power the other leap back then charge again only to leap in the air bringing saber against saber as they pass.*

*Landing to the ground in a crouching position, the Sith smiles then stops looking down noticing a cut on his stomach and blood upon his suit. Turning to look at the Jedi he sees that he made his mark upon DT also who has blood trickling from his left arm, standing up and glancing at his opponent the Sith warrior catches his breath before ripping a fusion gernade from his cloak and throwing it at the Jedis position making him avoid the blast only to be caught in the face by Lynchs elbow.*

*Force pushing him backwards Lynch grabs DT on the arm and flips him over to the ground then with his lightsaber brings it down only hitting the ground as he rolls out of the way. Throwing dirt in the Siths eyes DT jumps forward bringing both sabers down only for the Sith to block them and headbutt the Jedi in response as he sees a opening in DT's defences.*

Lady Mara Jade
Sep 11th, 2000, 02:19:25 AM
::As the massive Sith swings his leg toward Mara she quickly throws up her arms and crosses them in front of her, managing to protect herself even if only partially. Venom's foot plows into her and she is thrown several feet backward and smashes into Lynch just as he headbutts Darth Turbogeek. Rising slowly Mara holds her head then picks Lynch up and throws him into Venom. As she does this Mara spins on one foot then falls to the ground, catching herself with both of her hands. Moving toward Turbogeek slowly she sits on her knees and picks his head up. Slowly she wipes the blood from his lips then takes his hands in hers for a moment and closes her eyes. Lynch and Venom begin to move closer but are suddenly taken aback as light energy begins to surround the two Jedi. The Sith begin to back up as it begins to expand toward them slowly. Suddenly without warning it rushes into them and covers them like a blanket then dissipates. Both men fall to the ground as energy begins to spurt from their eyes and mouths. Mara senses their agony and remembers when she had experienced the same thing once. The lightside was an utterly horrible thing to a Sith. An abomination to all that they believed in. So much was a Sith in tune with the darkside that he would reject the Light in such a manor. What would not normally be a painful experience to most...would be torturous to a Sith. Mara had remembered these feelings all too well.

Both Sith lay on the ground, nearly paralyzed from the agony that they had suffered through. Venom begins to rise first then extends his arm toward Mara and fires a bolt of lightning in her direction. Mara raises her arm calmly and sends a wave of force energy toward the bolt, causing it to first bend and then dissipate.

A large boulder sits at the edge of a huge chasm several yards away from the fighting pare. Mara begins to back up slowly toward it. Venom is elated and comes with vehemence believing that he has Mara trapped. Just as the Sith is lunging toward her she quickly darts around the boulder and as he follows she trips him, causing him to fall into the chasm. Then with the last ounce of her strength she lifts the boulder and hurls in after him::

Sep 11th, 2000, 05:07:05 AM
The Jedi succeeds in tripping me, surprised and only moving by reflex I manage to catch onto a rock, swinging downwards to dangle about twenty feet below the edge. My hands strain to keep my weight supported. It’s only by chance I look up, only to see a boulder about to be cast down on me. My reaction would, at a different time be almost comic, as would the words I said when I saw the situation I was in. The rock begins it’s decent, aimed directly at my head. With no time to concentrate, I flung my self sideways, using my hands and feet to propel myself, hoping to find myself another handhold. The boulder grazes a foot while I try to grapple a ledge, the rocks giving away under my weight, but still giving me enough time to find another handhold, another 10 feet down and 5 feet to the side.

This I admit to myself is a problem. Allowing myself to dig into the Force, I use my hate and fury to open myself to the Dark Side, then I use the Force to propel a leap straight up, the time taken in the leap giving me the chance for my hand to go to my belt to begin to extract my not often used sabre. I clear the ledge, use a somersault to bring myself above level ground, lighting my sabre to stop any attackers using the momentary period of time in my landing I could be vunerable. I think I am now very pissed off and I want these two Jedi dead, charging in to where I see Lady Mara. She sees me coming, but I’m moving too fast. The sabre sweeps in to take her life, only for an object at the last second to fly through the air, intersecting with the sabre beam, shutting it off. So startled am I that I crash into Lady Mara, smashing her to the ground, the impact throwing her off her feet, her head bouncing off my ribs. My momentum keeps me going, one foot steeping on the downed Jedi’s stomach, the other entangling in her legs, I fall into a barrel roll, going to the ground as well.

Picking myself up, retrieving my sabre from where it fell and also reaching out with the Force to pick up the Force Pike I had dropped when the diamond boron missile exploded, I glance around to assess what the situation was. Lord Lynch seemed to have recovered and was at this point standing a slight bit away, the Jedi Master is juggling his still smoking sabre, he grins and gives me an “up yours” (A cortoros shielded sabre handle? That would explain why my sabre being shut off by that flying object) and I see Lady Mara on the ground closer to me, struggling to get up. I can feel her pain in the Force, I realise that having 450 lb of human step in your stomach would be rather damaging.

Looking at the way she was trying to crawl, I can see it was more than just a bit damaging. I smile to myself under my helmet and come at her in a rush, my Force Pike swinging down viciously into her spine.

:: The Jedi Master allows the Athona to fly back into his hand, the red hot blade and it’s cortoros handle saving another Jedi today from certain death. Allowing the Force to protect his hand, a piece of his cloak touches the handle, instantly smouldering. The Jedi gives Venom the universal signal for Up Yours, a small smile on his face as he stands.

The smile becomes a bit fixed and sick looking as the Sith suddenly attacks Mara, swinging a device Turbogeek has only ever seen wielded once before, a poleam of some kind. The Jedi sees Mara is caught defenceless as the Sith moves to smash her spine with the weapon. DT engages force Speed, moving with all the pace he could muster, the Force allowing his feet to move with inhuman speed in a race to stop Venom’s strike. At the last step, the Jedi springs off the ground, moving in a dive to crash tackle the Sith to the ground.

Or, that’s what would of happened if the Sith had the decency to be a proper human size. Instead, the Jedi’s barely makes the Sith step sideways and the Jedi bounces, his shoulder suddenly screaming in agony from the impact. At least it stopped the deadly strike, allowing Mara time to get clear. The Jedi gets to his feet, using the Force to still the pain (there’s going to be a beauty bruise there tomorrow DT thinks) and then for the first time, gets a look at this Sith who the Jedi has only heard about., who is using a name he thought was long gone in the past. At the same time, the Sith stands to his full height and a light breeze allows his cloak to sweep backwards, revealing the full bulk of this …… By the Force, this could NOT be human. Almost a full meter taller and the already tall Jedi, easily 100 kilos heavier, none of it in fat by the appearance. Face covered by a helmet, the figure in black body armour. The Sith waved the pole arm, swinging it in a loop and then settling into a back foot defensive stance. The Jedi backs away to where Mara is beginning to get up. He puts a hand under her armpit, lifting her to her feet.

Jedah Lynch attacks the Jedi at that time, the Jedi using the Force to grab the startled with and slam him head first into Venom. They both fell to the ground, giving Turbogeek vital seconds to help Mara steady herself.

“You okay Mara?”

She coughed and spat blood. “Yeah, if it wasn’t for being hit by a low flying speeder. How about you?”

He grinned at her joke, pausing to knock the Sith down with the Force again, adding a hail of debris that was on the ground, surrounding the Sith in a storm of masonry, steel and rock. He continued to use the Force, allowing the debris to swirl, to twist and then to become a tornado. Almost teasing like, he waited till Jedah was on his feet, then let the two Sith be struck by the full power of the tornado he had created by the Force. A startled roar was drowned out as the Sith were pummelled, then buried as the storm of rocks grew and then subsided, the dust billowing out from where the Sith were caught.

“I didn’t know they had bred building with humans until now” said Turbogeek.

She smiled at the joke. “Yeah” She looked at the debris pile. “You think that will stop them?”

“No, so I suggest….”

The words tailed off as another dark presence suddenly made it’s presence felt.....

DT sensed a Dark presence approaching from behind.. a chaos in the Force. As he turned his head, he could see something moving from the corner of his eye for a fraction of a second. Something small.. and then it disappeared again. Only rock and metal debris in every direction. A metal beam tipped off from a huge stone slab, falling into the remains of an empty liquid tank of sorts. Glass shards flew in every direction as the beam made impact - smashing the allready shattered tank. What could have been inside the tank? There were some strange green and blue liquid flowing over the sides of the glass.. resembling some kind of slimy material. There were also remains of what appeared to have been some kind of prison cell among the ruins. The bars were bent after the explosion.. whatever resided there had escaped. Footsteps could be heard..

"Ahh.. so the entire family gathered allready is.. how cosy! Even my "twin brother".. hmm.. who to kill first?"

DT and Mara's stared in disbelief in what appeared to be Master Yoghurt, but not as they knew him.. before DT and Mara had time to react, the little creature charged his hands with pure evil as the hate and anger filled every cell in his body. Sparks of elecricity crackled into the air for a fraction of a second, resulting in a spray of Force Lightning bolts sent straight toward a very surprised looking couple of Jedi; Mara and DT..

*The Jedis attention diverted to the threat of the little green menance a rock from the pile holding the two Sith captive falls off and hits the ground. A blinding light begins to shine through the cracks before the rocks fly off, both Sith stand up with hate in their eyes, their focus turns to that of the small dark green creature that looks to be the Jedi Master known as Yog yet he is enguffled in darkness.*

Venom: Now this is a unique sight.

Lynch: Indeed, I never thought the little green bugger had it in him. Yet there is somthing else about him...

Venom: A disturbance surrounds him.

Lynch: I'll make sure a proper recording of this is done later but for now...

*Together the two Sith let their anger and rage flow and then channeling the force set it loose upon Mara and DT combining the Dark Yogs dark force electricity with their own knocking the two Jedi to the ground. Slowly the two Sith begin walking towards the fallen Jedi with lightsabers ignited.*

Lynch: And who my dark green friend may you be?

The shimmering image of Jedi Master Yoghurt hovered just a few yards away observing the bizarre event taking place. It was the mirror image of himself, impossible to tell the difference from sight, yet one major difference remained: The creature that stood among the ruins sending lightning bolts radiated pure Darkness and evil. Suddenly, it dawned upon Yog that many months ago, before the Sith Empire had moved their base, a blood sample had "disappeared" from the Jedi hospital after a major battle. The amount should be enough to create a clone. But of course, since the Sith were in the picture, they had made every effort to make the clone evil: Skilled in the Dark Side of the Force! The Sith never ceased to surprise with their devious scheemes - this one was particulary nasty. The possibilies for using a an exact genetical copy of the Jedi Master were many; breeding Sith with extreme midichlorian counts, infiltration, setting up traps for the Jedi.. and later, when the base was abandoned in a hurry, they had left their amusing little experiment behind in a prison cell. The cloning facility with the chamber holding the clone had collapsed due to the huge forces of the explosion.. and now the creature was released from captivity - full of hate and anger toward anyone. Especially toward the Jedi, who did not share his beliefs.

Yog looked in horror as his clone radiating the Dark Side of Force raged toward Mara and DT with with the flames of evil hammering from every direction, combining forces with Lynch.

This was unbearable, it had to stop! Furthermore, this was Yoghurt's chance!

A ray of rainbow colored light swept through the area as the spirit reached to the mind of the clone. The Dark little creature imideately stopped firing Force Lightning, looking first confused for a while, then frightened as he eventually receives a blank look to his face, staring at a non particular point in the horizon. The clone turned toward Lynch, appearantly to answer his question..

Clouds begin to form in the sky above as the fighters begin to calculate their next move. Looking up into the sky Mara Jade feels a slight shiver run up her spine. Rain begins to pour down rapidly as thunder and lightning begin to crackle. Turning her head slowly Mara notices a dark figure moving between the trees several hundred yards away. Suddenly, as if everything were moving at an accelerated rate Mara zeros in on a dark figure - the cause for the unnatural change in the weather. Mara edges toward the forest slowly. Master Turbogeek turns toward her.

"Mara." The Padawan does not acknowledge the call. "MARA!" She jumps slightly then shakes her head as if snapping back to reality. "What are you doing?"

Mara blinks her eyes and looks at Turbogeek, "Don't you see it?" DT looks at Mara as if she's slipped a cog. "See what?" Mara wastes no more time and darts into the forest, running at top speed until she reaches the dark figure in the clearance. Leaping into the air she dives into the figure and tackles it to the ground. Raising her fist she drives it several times down into the face of her victim. Blood begins to drip from Mara's knuckles. Suddenly, Mara begins to hear manacle laugher echoing in the distance. She raises her eyes but finds no trace of any additional people. Looking back toward the ground she is surprised as there is no longer anyone lying there. Turning her hand around she realizes that it was her own blood that had been dripping from her knuckles. Angered at being deceived Mara rises to her feet and ignites her lightspear.

"You may have hidden yourself from the other people here Callista, but you cannot hide from me. Remember...I have played your game before."

Callista Emerges from the shadows and allows the Dark Side energy she wields to casually slip from her fingertips. As Mara turns to face the Sith Lordess she is suddenly surrounded by several duplicates. "Yes Mara, you have played my game. The only thing is...I simply play it better." Callista extends her arm and bolts of lightning from each duplicate strikes Mara with a large crackling sound. Gasping Mara falls to her knees. Inhaling she shuts her eyes and reaches out with the force. All time slows to her perception almost coming to a complete stop. Callista's duplicates disappear. Extending her hands outward Mara begins to slowly push the lightning away from her body. Realizing that she has lost her hold on Mara mentally...Callista begins to intensify the voltage of the electricity but to no avail. Callista yells out loudly and suddenly as she is shoved backward by and enormous amount of pressure. She flies backward rapidly and smashes through several branches before finally crashing into the trunk of a fallen tree. Collapsing to her knees the Sith Lordess takes several moments to catch her breath.

The mind was clouded. Closing his eyes, he could sense another presence deep within.. taking a deep breath he opened them again, heading toward the prey. In a blur of motion, Mara run off toward the forest to face Callista. Swiftly, to prevent another escape, he called for the Dark Side of the Force, and combining his efforts with Lynch and Venom they released a storm of Force Lightning hammering on Turbogeek from three different angles. A spectacle of blue and purple energy danced over the ground, heating the sand into a glowing mass. The sparks of corrupted electricity that sprayed from the ground like a fountain, charged the air with Darkness, allmost to the point of explosion. Turbogeek cringed in pain as Force lightning rained over his body. Fueled with hate, the Dark little creature walked toward Turbogeek with lightsaber ignited and with triumph in the eyes. He turned his head slowly toward Lynch and started to speak. His voice was clear and determined with a sharp edge, yet there seemed to be an underlying emotion, a tone of bitterness..

Who I am? Matter that does? I am what I choose. To take or to die.. that is the only choice of importance. I choose survival and ultimate power. To take and to do what I want; true freedom and justice that is. No one can stop me.. no one. Those who try, destruction will face

He paused for a second to to make sure the Jedi did not try to escape. With contemt, he looked at his enemy - the Jedi Turbogeek.

The real Truth I accepted have: There is no peace.. there is fear and terror. I destroy the misguided naive fools who think otherwise. This non believer.. traitor.. must be prosecuted and punished; swift and with no mercy. When the shepherds of light fall, a new era there will be.. where Lords of Dark the Promised Land will rule.. with iron fist. As written in the Prophecy, unavoidable it is

A horrible chuckle was heared..

Jedi Order the rot of the Galaxy is.. now, behold as they the ultimate price pay.. for the Dark betraying. Watch.. to eternal damnation they are thrown to..

You first will be, Turbogeek. I will be the last

A thunder is heard in the distance as he raised the lightsaber toward the sky.. with a burst of rage, he twirled the lightsaber upward in an inverted letter S formation, ending the motion with a full extension of his wrist and arm. At the presice moment when full elastic motion potential was reached, he swinged his saber downwards in a 90 degree brutal and wicious slash. The Dark Green creature screamed in triumph as the blade falls toward Turbogeek..

<font color=red>AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!</font>

~~No!~~

<font color=yellow>Fizzzzz-crackle</font>

Sparks flies into the air as the blade burries into the ground and disignites. It is quiet.. a surprised look appears over my face. I missed on purpose? What happened? I hear a voice echoing through my mind:

<font color=cyan>"He is my friend. You will not hurt him."</font>

Ignoring the voice and determined to finish what I have started, I raise my saber again..

<font color=cyan>"First you will have to battle me."</font>

<font color=red>"Who are you?"</font>

<font color=cyan>"Time will tell. Question is, who are you?"</font>

My vision starts to blur and I become dizzy and disoriented.

:: The Jedi seizes a chance, to turn the tables on this ... colone... The Jedi can feel the clone's mind fighting with something not of this earth.

Turbogeek suddenly has a flash of inspiration, remembering a text he once read.

DT (via the Force) Master Yog?

MY : DT!! Save yourselves...

DT : No... I have a better idea. Be ready to act.

Without asking for a reply, the Jedi Master tells Mara to protect his back for a moment, as he switches off the Athona and ina move that stuns everyone, throws the handle at the clone.

The clone catches the sabre out of relex, a puzzled look on his face

DT (to Mara) : Get down!

The two Jedi fall to the ground as Venom and Lynch exchange puzzled glances...

The clone is at this point realising something is seriously wrong. He cant let go of the Athona and he cant move. A white glow emits from the blade, the glow getting brighter and brighter, reaching a level of intensity of pian if one looked at it....

Venom and Lynch shielded their faces....

A soundless explosion of Pure light erupted, covering the area in a pure white intense light. The clone screamed in agony as the power of the Light Side issued out from the sabre...

Mara : What's happened?!?!

DT : An ancient spell on that sabre, if one of the Dark Side touches it, the sabre itself will attack the soul of Dark Sider... now stay down....

The Force power of Turbogeek combined with Master Yoghurt and with the power of the Force spell initiated by the touching of Athona by the clone, the two Jedi Masters came at the clone's evil soul, battering at it with the Light Side, cutting the clone off from the Force in a sphere of light. The soul of the clone screamed...

DT : YOG! Now is your chance! Do it!

The Dark Soul screamed as it desperately tried to get back into the clone body.. the body collapsed to the ground.

"Fools, you cannot stop me. I will destroy the Galaxy. I will.. NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"

In a burst of flames, the evil spirit disintegrated and disappeared into the void. There is an explosion of light, as the spirit of Master Yoghurt flies toward the clone's body. Time and space seemed to stop to a halt from Yog's perspective as he fused with every cell of the body - body and spirit was one.

DT run toward the body "Yog, are you there?"

Breathing heavily, he finally gathered enough strength to talk: "I.. I am back! The circle ended is. At unity with the physical world!"

DT: Thank the Force!
MY: You saved me! Forever gratefull I am. Only one problem..
DT: Yes?

Yog pointed his finger toward two seriously pissed looking Sith: Lynch and Venom..

Master Yoghurt reached to his feet and rised up slowly, brushing the sand and dust away from his shoulders. He took a defensive position next to DT, guarding the left flank. He reached out to contac with the Force. The Force flowed like waves of the sea through his body, restrengthening him, preparing him for a heck of a battle of epic proportions.

Lynch - Slightly overpowered ain't they... Which one do you want to kill? The pale one or the green fuzz head one?

*Venom snickers*

Venom - What does it matter...by the time we're done with them they're both be blue and red.

*Laughing slightly Lynch holds up one lightsaber in front of him peering at the blade with a Jedi on each side. With the other lightsaber he then begins to point at each lowly chatting a verse*

One Jedi...*points saber at DT* two Jedi...*points saber at Yog* which is going to die...one Jedi...*points saber at DT* two Jedi... *points saber at Yog* which is going to die...Jedi all...fall....down!

*Taking two plasma gernades from his robe he throws them, one at DT and the other at Yog knocking both back. Both get up as they look forward only seeing smoke from the blast of the two gernades limiting their view of the Sith.*

Yog - There!

*Pointing at a huge black shape moving through the smoke the Jedi get ready for the attack. The force then warns them too late. Out of the sky behind them Lynch dives down crashing his elbow into DT's spine viciously knocking him to the ground. Yog turning in surprise looks quickly not letting his focus divert too much from the shape that must have been Venom. A second of Yogs attention diverted leaves him open to a kick to the head taking Yog much by surprise at the speed and agility shown by Venom for a man so large.*

*Pain coursing through his body DT leaps out of the way of the Sith's lightsaber meant to behead the valiant Jedi giving the Sith a kick to the face as a counter attack. Not taken totally off guard the Sith grabs DT's leg and snaps it to one side, quickly bringing his leg against the Jedis ankle keeping him off balance Lynch holding his lightsaber tight in his left hand attempts to drive the lightsaber straight up through DT's chin*

Lordess Callista
Sep 16th, 2000, 02:56:12 AM
Callista rises to her feet slowly and pins Mara with her gaze. Suddenly she begins to laugh.

"Look at yourself, the mighty Sith Leader is nothing but a pathetic Jedi Padawan learner! You have become what you hated the most. Your reason for living is gone. What is life without hatred?"

Mara shakes her head slowly, "How limited you are, Callista. You and those like you. It is you who has not a reason for living. You live for yourself only...you are
but one person and will not pass the span of time. You will die, just like those like you in the past have, with accomplishing nothing of significant importance. Personal gain is all that you have accomplished in this life...what happens when you are dead and gone?"

Callista thinks for a moment then replies. "I don't intend to die."

"You cannot live forever."

Growling in frustration Callista leaps toward Mara, "I did not come here to banter back and for with the likes of you, Jedi! I came for your head!" As Callista soars forward toward Mara she extends her arms and shoves Mara backward with the force. With a yell of pain Mara is sent airborne then slams to the ground with a thud. Callista lands swiftly behind her with perfect form, kicking a large branch
at the middle causing it to snap in half and fly upward toward her. With quick reflexes she catches it and twirls it around several times. Recovering slowly Mara rises to her feet and turns around just in time for Callista to slam the large branch into her mid-section. Mara stumbles backward nearly losing her balance. Callists darts toward her again and swings the branch at her. Suddenly, with
lightning fast reflexes Mara manages to catch the branch with her left hand. Gripping the branch firmly Mara pulls Callista forward as she spins around, locking her right hand on Callista's elbow. Callista yells in pain as Mara lifts her off the ground, successfully dislocating her shoulder, and tosses her forward while stripping the Lordess of her weapon. As Callista begins to stand Mara flips into the air then comes down hard and smashes Callista in the spine with the branch. Callista falls forward onto her face and goes limp.

"You have wasted enough of my time, Callista. Go home."

Not acknowledging Mara's statement Callista begins to whisper softly. "With the power I have rightly seized control of I now call to you Lucient, loyal slave of the
Darkside. Keeper of all that is evil...come to me now. Destroy that which you hate the most...destroy the light."

"Your fascination with witchcraft does not impress me Callista. It will not save you from the fate which you have chosen for yourself."

As Mara speaks she hears a low growl from behind her. Sensing a disturbance in the force like she has never before felt she turns around slowly. Raising her head she looks into the eyes of a massive beast-like creature. He was blue in color, with short fur that covered his body. Even though on all fours the creature was still easily Mara's height. His eyes were red as blood and his fangs protruded outward and hung below his lower lip. Both paws on his front limbs were covered with 5 claws, each roughly 3 inches long.

Gasping in shock Mara scrambles backward clutching at her weapon then manages to take a swing at the massive beast. Opening it's huge mouth Lucient grips the tree branch with his teeth and pulls it away from Mara with ease. Clamping down hard he shatters the branch, sending splinters flying out in many directions. Dropping the branch Lucient swings his massive paw against Mara's ribcage and tosses her across the clearance like a rag doll. Mara slames into a tree and slides to the ground. Rising slowly she looks down at her now blood dripping wounds. Taking off her cloak and tearing it into several pieces Mara wraps it tightly around the wound to help slow the bleeding.

Lucient eyes Mara carefully, then turns slowly and walks toward Callsita. The Sith Lordess rises slowly to her feet and embraces the dark beast.

Lady Mara Jade
Sep 16th, 2000, 03:10:06 AM
"Thank you for coming to my aid, my loyal pet," She says as she places her hands on the sides of Lucient's faces, petting him slightly. She then climbs onto his back slowly. Knowing instinctively what to do Lucient begins to run toward Mara. The Padawan, having retrieved her Lightspear from earlier, stands ready with her ever determined look upon her face. Lucient pays no mind to the weapon and plows into Mara with all his might. Mara manages to get a stab in on the massive creature before she is flung backward painfully but looks up only to realize that she had caused hardly any damage at all, and whatever damage she did cause was going to be masked from the creature by Callista. Charging toward Mara again Lucient swings his deadly clawed arm across her back. Barely managing to move in time Mara's shoulder is still grazed by the massive beast and she suffers an unexpectedly large gash to the shoulder. As Lucient lunges at Mara again she quickly flips above his head and manages to grab the still slightly weakened Callista by the hair.

Planting her feet firmly on the ground Mara pulls with all of her strength and yanks Callista off the back of Lucient. Yelling in surprise Callista is tossed backward and flies nearly 15 feet until hitting the side of a massive rock formation. Growling in anger Lucient turns as quickly as a beast of his great mass could manage and swings his sharp claws at Mara once again. Realizing that the beast is far more predictable than Mara had hoped she ducks quickly then spins around and chops off Lucient's arm. The creature howls so loudly that Mara covers her ears in pain with her hands. Gasping, Callista calls all of the strength she has and leaps to her feet. Sensing Callista's movements Mara turns around quickly and stands ready for the next attack. Callista charges both of her powerful fists with as much electricity that she can wield without causing her own body to explode and unleashes it upon Mara. Acting fast, Mara engages force speed and fazes out of the way of the massive electricity bolt. Falling to the ground several feet away Mara breaths in slowly and shuts her eyes in an attempt to gather her strength.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIEEEEEEE!!!!!" Mara's eyes jerk open as she looks toward Callista. The Sith Lordess is seen frozen in place with her eyes locked in on one object. Following Callista's stair Mara looks across from the Sith Lordess and spots a large smoldering pile of burnt flesh. Realizing what had happened Mara blinks her eyes in surprise then rises to her feet. Callista looks toward her, eyes flaring with anger and hatred. "YOU have done this!" Callista begins to run toward Mara, both hands glowing with electricity as she shoots off several rounds in Mara's direction. Realizing that Callista's mind is clearly clouded by anger Mara jumps to her feet quickly and does several back-handsprings in an effort to avoid Callista's powerful shots. As Callista nears Mara she leaps toward the Padawan, intending to strangle her to death but as she does she is suddenly stabbed through the heart with Mara's Lightspear. Howling in pain and frustration Callista falls to the ground, blood pouring uncontrollably from her open wound. Mara disengages the weapon quickly and sits down beside the dying Sith.

"It's not too late Callista...please, for your own sake, please let go of your hate. Don't die this way..."

"You're right Mara...how could I have been so foolish. All these years...wasted. When...I could have..." Mara suddenly feels a sharp pain in her side and looks down only to see that Callista has shoved a small lightdagger into her already damaged ribcage. "You foolish little Jedi...did... you honestly think that... that..." Dropping her head Callista's breath slows to a stop. Inhaling sharply Mara pulls away from the blade and rises to her feet. Holding her side she begins to walk away sorrowfully as yet another has been lost to the Darkside.

Mara...

*Lady Mara Jade stops at the mention of her name, turning on her guard, she stares at a shadowly figure appearing from the distance. A familar one. Walking slowly towards her is Lynch, slightly bloody from combat, one of his wings broken barly hanging from it's joint. He nears her but stops keeping his distance taking time to look at the dead body of Callista*

Lynch: She was powerful and talented...such a waste...

*Lynch flenches for a second at a wound he had taken earlier before he left Venom to hold his own against the two Jedi. He knew Venom could hold off the two seekers of light, the Jedi had never met anyone like him. Nor would they ever want to met anyone like Venom again.*

Lynch: Mara I want to talk to you....

*Slowly he begins to walk towards her but stops as he sees her step back in defence her weapon raised. Peering out of the corner of his own eye at the two lightsabers he wields he deactivates them. Loosing his grip on them both lightsabers fall to the ground making a clunk sound as they hit the soil.*

Lynch: One thing I have always been with you is honest, even if I shouldn't have. And right now I swear to you I have not come to fight you, nor will I try with all that has happened you can strike me down and I will not bother to block or strike back.

*He notices her waiver, she is tired and hurt after her battle with Callista. He wonders if she will let him come near or kill him. She has enough reason to do so and he knows this, he had failed her. His failure with her was his greatest failure. One that always plagued him, ate at him like a cancer. Reaching out with a hand he takes her arm slowly moving the lightspear down away from him. Moving yet closer to her he looks down at her moving his hand softly up against her cheek then puts two fingers to her lips to tell her not to speak.*

Lynch: I never agreed with you being one of them...a Jedi yet I thought you would see past what they were. Realize it wasn't your place. That you didn't belong and you would return to your nature. What you are...waited for you to return and waited...but you didnt. I was so sure you had some plan, that you would trick them but then it seemed you were infected by their accursed words. Their teachings. They dared to warped you...change you, they were to pay for such a crime!

*Feeling the anger raise through him he looks up clenching his fist. Knowing somthing more painful..slowly he breathes not letting the anger get to him allowing him to focus, now isn't the time to let the darkness consume him and be the Dark Lord that he truely is.*

Lynch: I swore they would pay....pay dearly..painfully...screaming as I killed them...but I wanted you back and then I came after you. If you would not listen to reason than force was needed, merciless brutal..uncaring...

*The Sith flences remembering letting a look of pain cross him for a second, his eys lost not showing the intestity or the darkness they usually held.*

Lynch: I could not go Jedi to join you, it's not within my nature. Not who I'am and anything I would be there would be a sham, only a shadow of somthing. My life has been one born into darkness, it is the only way, the only cause I shall ever serve until I'am dead. Killed. Yet I never die...When I came after you I let rage and anger over crowd my judgement far too much, lost focus on why and instead only sought to achieve the goal of recovering you by any means necessary.

*His eye twitches, seeking to contain the anger over the memory, anger that vanishes as he looks down in her eyes*

Lynch: I should have done better...talked...yet relied on action and force in dealing with you. A mistake...a very bad mistake...when you said it was over I realized. Yet always too late does realization come. Always too late for second chances and I resigned myself to my fate...

*Going into his cloak he takes out a small golden ring with a dark gem upon it*

Lynch: Even so I could not throw it away..or kill you..when we finally had you as our prisoner, had you in our grip I had hoped somehow we could finally break you free of the sickning light side...even if I did not have you again, at least you would be with us again. It didn't happen...

*Lynchs eye goes dark a red tint almost taking over it but soon fades*

Lynch: I'am darkness. I'am a Sith and we could not let the Jedi have you. So we tricked them...bargained your freedom for territory, ships and our own little putrid politican. But you could not be let go..you were too much of a threat, one that ended with the decapatation of MaraJade1..the original you. My true Master...and with her dead the bond that held you killed you. And I knew it! I knew what would happen!

*Not caring to contain the darkness burning within him Lynch shoots out a massive charge of darkforce lightning cutting through the trees, some catching on fire. He lowers his hand clenching his fist then realizes he is shaking. Steading himself he puts his gaze back to her*

Lynch: I killed you...in many ways I thought that would take care of it. I killed millions, I will kill millions more yet! So what would one person mean....the truth however was that one person was you and it meant everything. The Jedi would surely come after me to make me pay...so I faked my death however....however I made one stop...

*Moving his hand away from her he looks at it moving the fingers in the wind*

Lynch: The hand that kills...the hand that killed you..only cloned...before I destroyed my body there was was hate and anger and rage. Only at myself, at my hand for being the one that killed you...and so I took my saber and cut it off..when I blew up the generator I half hoped my essence would not arrive at the clone body but only be scattered throughout the universe. You were saved however....saved by a Jedi...later I returned knowing you were back. Yet I could not face you. Not after that. What is the nature of a man when he is dark yet loves a person? How can he be true to one when there exist the other?

*Moving his hand back over Mara's face he pushes her hair apart with his fingers*

Lynch: I failed you. I know that. As you husband I was a failure. Most people in this universe I will kill, gladly kill without a second thought. You on the other hand are a different case...I can not kill you. Not again. Never again...

*Moving his hand down her shoulder down her arm he lifts up her hand holding the deactivated lightspear putting it to his chest*

Lynch: I'am a killer, darkness, I hurt you before. I watch you beaten and did nothing, I will hunt down those you call friends and kill them gladly. I will kill the innocent, manipulate them. Destroy any and all you may ever love and care for in this galaxy...for this one time...for this one instant I give you a chance as I did once long ago in another place to end my life as a warrior or light snuffing out the darkness. I do this because I love you and I can't imagine or stand the thought of being apart from you. For all I did...I give you this chance Mara for justice and retribution upon one that hurt you so very much.

*Lynch keeps her hand held up shutting his eyes taking a breath for what will come next, sensing with the force his sense all alert he picks up on her moving her finger to activate the lightspear to kill him and in that instant he realizes he will not die. Twisting her arm away as the blade shoots out he moves behind her putting his hand to her throat and whispers in her ear*

Lynch: I'am darkness...I cannot escape my path that lies before me.

*Turning her head to face him he gives her a gentle kiss ont he lips and then shoves her forward, his two lightsabrs fly past her called by him using the darkside. She turns to face him, only to face nothingness. Lynch once more is gone nothing save a feather in the mud from his wings marks his being there.*

Turbogeek

Mara didn’t see where Lynch did, but Yoghurt and Turbogeek certainly did. See what appeared to be a death blow aimed at the Jedi Padawan, both the Masterss grabbed Lynch by the Force, ripping him backwards and flying straight into Venom, who at that point was taking the attack up to both the Jedi Masters and giving them both a battering. Lynch had barely missed Turbogeek before Callista had died, the Sith and the enormous Dark Jedi distracted by the fall of their comrade.

But while Lynch had been facing off with Mara, The Dark Jedi Venom had attacked the two warriors of Light, using his insane rage and anger, plus his sheer size to brutal effect. The other thing that didn’t help was that the pole arm he carried, the pike seemed to have a cortoros shied and it made their sabres ineffective. Thence, it had become a straight out physical and Force fight, the Jedi losing badly in the physical side. Just before, Turbogeek and Venom were facing each other off, Venom using the Force to choke the Jedi, Turbogeek using the Force to fight back and smash Venom to the ground, breaking the Force chokehold. Master Yoghurt groaned, recovering from another run in from the pole arm, catching his breath after a huge hit to the stomach had winded him.

At that point, Yoghurt and Turbogeek had grabbed Lynch and used the Sith as a club on Venom.

Rather than press the attack, the exhausted Jedi took a breather, recovering as they waited for the Sith to untangle themselves. Without it, Turbogeek doubted they could actually continue on. His legs felt like rubber and his vision swam as he touched the Force, seeking the peace and calm a Jedi used. New strength flowed back into his limbs.

“Two against two again” panted Yoghurt

“Yeah, it’s a fair fight again” replied Turbogeek

“Our best chance will be to take out Lynch first, get Mara over here and go three on one with the guy in the clown suit”

Yoghurt looked at the two Sith, advancing again on the Jedi. “Take Lynch out DT. I’ll hold off Venom long enough and hope Mara helps me”

“Good plan. Good luck Green Dude”

“May the Force be with you!”

It was said to empty air, as Turbogeek had already charged. Youghurt barely paused and then followed suit. Lady mAra saw Turbogeek’s insane charge and her heart sank, thinking the two Sith would surely kill the Jedi, a thought Venom shared as he raised his polearm to strike. The Jedi came in range and struck, only to howl as somehow, somehow Turbogeek avoided the pole arm, came up and using some martial arts technique no one but Turbogeek knew of, managed to grab hold of Venom’s arm, pressing a thumb into a pressure point on his elbow. The Dark Jedi felt his hand go numb as the nerve termination point flared in agony, the Jedi even managing to put his thumb in a chink in his armour at the elbow. The pole arm came out of Venom’s hands, Turbogeek grabbing hold of it and then spinning around, cracking Venom on the side with it. The Dark Jedi roared and swung a punch, but Turbogeek was already on the move, circling away and then smashing Lynch in the face with the pole arm. The startled Sith backs away with blood flowing from his nose, Venom tried to grab the Jedi, but Yoghurt used Force Speed to crash tackle Venom, head butting the giant in the groin.

The pike spun in Turbogeek’s hand as he once again belted Lynch with it. And again. And again. Lynch tried to back away, but this time, Turbogeek was coming in for the kill. From the corner of his eye, he saw Lady Mara also come at Venom, not paying any more attention to that fight, he gave his full concentration on Jedah Lynch. Allowing the pole arm to drop from his hand, taking out Athona and smashing Lynch across the face with the shearing guard. The Sith staggered backwards, trying his best to overcome the sudden and huge attack. The Jedi kept coming, using the Force to speed and power his actions, not allowing Lynch a chance to recover. He lit the Athona, seeing the defeat in Lynch’s face, knowing he had to finish off Lynch to help Yoghurt and Mara against Venom.

Turbogeek began to bring his sabre down……

(BTW, one post left..... and then the finale. Venom, if you would please....)

Suddenly having the Force Pike ripped out of my hands and an arm that ached and then what felt like a broken rib from the unexpected use of my own weapon against myself, I was an easy target as the small Jedi crash tackled me, then headbutted me in the groin..

This was not expected.

I roll away, feeling a bit "delicate" and winded. I manage to get up just as the small Jedi comes at me again, this time with a sabre. Just in time, I bring out my sabre, the blade leaping to life to block the small Jedi's blade. I shove the Jedi back so as I can get to my feet and pace backwards, allowing myself time to recover, althought the little Jedi has other ideas. Backing away, I absorb the attacks of the Jedi, but with some surprise, the female, Mara Jade, attacks me as well. Only having a single blade sabre makes this somewhat difficult, despite my superior size and speed.

Out of the corner I can see Lynch is in deep trouble too and it appeared the Jedi Turbogeek was well on top.... Things had turned in a blink of an eye. If Lynch failed against the Jedi, then there was little doubt three Jedi could defeat me, especially without my anti sabre weapon. I duck a slice and back kick Mara away, the blow not as good as I like as I have ot also spin leap over Yoghurt's a sabre strike to a knee.

The fight turns truly ugly as the two Jedi attack as one, forcing me to leap high and get out of the way and land resonably close to the fight between Turbogeek and Lynch. Not giving me a chance, the two Jedi came at me again, I step back and a glint of stell catches my eye....

The Pike!!! The Jedi had dropped it!

Instantly grabbing the Force Pike by the Force, it rips back into my hands and I drop my sabre, an evil grin on my face, behind my helmet.

I see the Jedi suddenly look uncertain and instantly I attack, firstly sweeping the cortoros shileded weapon through the small Jedi's blade, the weapon shut down. A reverse sweep smashs Yoghurt away and then I turn to face Lady Mara Jade - alone.

She's brave. She picks up a pole, knowing her sabre would be inneffective and smashes at me. The Pike blocks and now we dance, sparring.

She is quick as she got past my defence and hammered one of my shoulders. Hardly absorbing the blow, my fury explodes in the pain and I roar ....

My anger builds again as I smash the weapon she has away and this time the blow smashes her weapon in half. Master Yog attacks from behind, hardly pausing I crash the pommell under Yog's chin and he staggers backwards. Mara isnt given time to recover either as I strikethree times, the blows aimed to build up speed and power and then...

And then I smash a blow into her solar plexus. She almost doubles over with the sheer pain and now, seeing my chance...

The sharp point of the Force Pike arrows in as I aim to take her life...
