Planetary Conquests ~Non fleet oriented~

What if your trying to take over a planet without the basis of a fleet? Say subterfuge and the whole political schpeil? Whats the basis the admins have on that?

Not really sure how you'd take a planet over by subterfuge. As for political means...if it was in another group, you'd probably be nicking up the infiltration rules with that, so I'm not sure.

If the planet's under NPC control, I see no problem in having strategic assassinations and the like in order to conquer it. If it were held by a group of players, then I would think it would bring up the infiltration rules.
