It's in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Indianapolis convention center. May 2002......I don't know the exact dates, but I do know it's about two weeks before Ep2 is released so unless your traveling hundreds of miles to See EP2 it shouldn't get in the way of that.


I went to the first on in Denver so this is actually less of a drive for me. I remember it was on April 29, 30 and May 1st I think. But I also heard this is gonna be a six day convention, instead of the three day one last year, but don't quote me on that.

Oh. Well, I live about 15 minutes out of Indianapolis. So I guess I'll go. ;) My birthday is May 4th, so that would be a nice present to myself.

I'm gonna try to go to the E2 convention, but those plans are still up in the air...

as to the Manns Chinese theater, well, seeing as how I live only about an hour or so away from that, I'll most likely be going there to see E2...
(one of us coocs out here mentioned something about camping out in line for a week or more before E2 to ensure tix and good seats... not sure if i'll do that, though... we'll see...)

Well I think the SW Insider and Wizards of the West Coast are putting this on..........check either of those sites. But most of my info Came from Dara who got that info off the theforce.net.

Rama's correct, all I do is check www.theforce.net (http://www.theforce.net) every day for information, just as I did for the first convention in Denver. Celebration 2 is scheduled to be held at the Indianapolis Convention Center May 3-5, 2002. However Wizards of the Coast said that it hasn't been announced on www.starwars.com (http://www.starwars.com) yet because they are still signing the contracts and such. Here is a link with information and a .pdf file (you will need Acrobat Reader to see it) which is pretty much the only official flyer that has been issued so far.
