Does anyone own Pho Ph'eah or Phorliss or Brita-Kajarro?
How long does it take to move a shipyard?

The first question, No. I don't believe anyone owns those planets.

The second question would depend on a few factors. It takes 40 days to build a ship yard, so to move one it would take as long if you had to dismantle it. If it had it's own method of transportation without dismantling it, then it probably wouldn't take very long at all.

hmm... good idea.. my shipyards could probably be grafted onto some sort of ship, seeing as they are only 5k long.
