Cizerack Character Question

I would like to know if I may make a Cizerack female character to play. I just want to say this before I go through the trouble of making a new account and a new sig. Thanks for your time.

BTW: This is for a Cizerack with some pull, and yes I will play this character a lot different than the Mega-playboy Ryu.

Well...the Cizerack Pride is a closed-door group, so they don't really take new members on a regular basis. I'd have to see if the group is willing to do so, but such a chance isn't likely.
