Sig help

Could someone help me to make a sig? I would do it myself but the two computers I have access to dont even have paint. So if anyone could help id greatly appreciate it.


What I need is one of these 2 images as a background:

Valk's right... most sig shops now are dead, mostly because from what I can tell the people who run them are usually busy now a days, so he'll have better luck here.
