*The two battle firvently, parying all the opponents thrusts, until Ron knocks the lightsader from his oponents hands*
"There can only be one, Mhalbrecht!"
*With that, Ron sliced the head off the other combatant. Dark Clouds roled over the battlefield, and Ron was struck by thousands of lightnig bolts, and was brought to the ground. eventualy, the clouds lifted, as did Ron, stronger than ever before*
"Now, i'm going home."

Is this before or after you were dismembered and half-eaten? :p

Ron Thrawn
Sep 8th, 2001, 01:48:46 PM
After

Then we should probably resolve that, before we become adventurous and immortal, eh :p

I thought Cizzeraks dont eat dead stuff, only living, and i had died, so I would be thrown in the garbage.

Oh, I don't recall you dying...only being dismembered

Ron Thrawn
Sep 8th, 2001, 04:10:40 PM
I said i closed my eyes for the last time.
OOC: I think this should be moved to the OOC forum, cause its starting to become an OOC conversation.

Keerrourri Sarrtarroa
Sep 8th, 2001, 04:20:56 PM
Probably so.

Oh, and then...if you're dead....how are you now alive?

Ron Thrawn
Sep 8th, 2001, 08:33:11 PM
You'll see.

Keerrourri Sarrtarroa
Sep 8th, 2001, 08:43:02 PM
For the sake of non-crappityness...lets elaborate this. If you are EATEN (IE, dead, nothing left, etc)...how can you COME BACK.

Simple question.

Ron Thrawn
Sep 8th, 2001, 08:44:46 PM
I cant.
If I have a corpse that has a head attached to a body, an Imortal can revive me, even if I have an arm and leg missing.

Keerrourri Sarrtarroa
Sep 8th, 2001, 08:47:36 PM
Bah...that is quite lame. What is the point in dying then?

I think simply being barely alive would be less of a leap. But turning life and death on and off like a lightswitch is kinda weak.

Reminds me of that ship he brought to Vjun that TBH destroyed, then he just came back a week later and flew away with it as if nothing had ever happened. :|

Ron Thrawn
Sep 8th, 2001, 09:07:45 PM
I didnt know it was destroyed, all right!
And, the thing about comeing back is just part of the whole Imortal concept.
Also, It would be nice to post stuff like that in the Faq/Q&A thread.

He is not a member of TSE.

And this is a council member of TSE saying this so let there be no doubt on the fact that he IS NOT a TSE member.

Kill the bugger.

Slice him.

Dice him.

And make itsy bitsy bits out of him for the dogs.

I'll even pay for that out of TSE funds:)

Even if I wasn't already not a memeber, I would quit, because Imortals stay Nuetral, to an extent, in the wars of lesser beings.

"in the wars of lesser beings"

So who do you plan on fighting here Ron? As you're so much more powerful than all of us petty mortals?

Ron Thrawn
Sep 10th, 2001, 08:03:02 PM
Sorry, but I couldn't think of a better word.
And, some other people may become Imortals, once I set it up correctly, to fit into the rules.
Also, I'll find some greater horror to fight, like maybe the Yuzza'Vong. (I think thats how you spell it.)

Miryan no Trunks
Sep 10th, 2001, 08:18:10 PM
Why would the Vong matter to immortals? They're just as mortal as the Jedi or Sith.

According to the rules you've set out, pretty much all you could fight, would be another immortal group, which you, or someone with you, would have to create.

You couldn't really fight the Jedi or Sith, so that takes 90% of SWfans out of RPing with you..

Ron Thrawn
Sep 10th, 2001, 08:29:52 PM
Well, Immortals are unstructured.
Many hate eachother, and take opposite sides in war.
And, I can't go mono a mono with a Jedi or Sith, but I can fight on one of the sides, just no dueling.

Miryan no Trunks
Sep 10th, 2001, 08:36:04 PM
Ok. So if there were a fleet battle, and you had a fleet to control, you could use that. In a fleet battle, your immortality would have no advantage, cause should your ship be destroyed, so would you.

You couldn't participate in almost Any of the RPs that happen (the exception being personal, character-development RPs) because most of them involve fighting others.

Couldn't fight anyone (as there Are no other immortals currently,) couldn't be Jedi or Sith, cause that's a rule you've set..

Just why do you actually Want to be one of your immortals? They basically can't do anything, except for with other people who decide to make immortal characters (which I'm making a prediction, that there will be very few of, if any) Realistically, wouldn't you be better off just starting up a new StarWars/Highlander hybrid RPforum, where you set the rules?

Ron Thrawn
Sep 10th, 2001, 08:39:13 PM
No, you can't fight one one one, because that wouldn't be fair, but you can fight in a ground battle, like with a bunch of troops against another bunch, and you could fight in a starfighter, just no lightsaber duals, and no lage battles agianst other Immortals.

Miryan no Trunks
Sep 10th, 2001, 08:51:45 PM
So what's the point?

You horribly limit what you can do in the RP, with no effective benefits.

Ron Thrawn
Sep 10th, 2001, 08:55:29 PM
It doesn't limit it much.
It only banns me from duals, except with other Immortals.
The point is, it's an interesting concept, and I want to go on after my unfortunate visit to TSO so long ago.
(to the tune of Omabolasiera)
I got into fight with a Cizzerak, and was dragged back to Carshoulis,
I was eaten, and badly beaten, but the would not let my through,
What could I do? Become Imortal to.

Cirrsseeto Raurrssatta
Sep 10th, 2001, 09:06:17 PM
The only path of immortality open to you is in the form of fossilized poo.

Wait a few million years =^,,^=

Ron Thrawn
Sep 10th, 2001, 09:08:55 PM
Well, Immortality is the only thing left open.
Now that I am dead, it's to late for an escape RP.

Miryan no Trunks
Sep 10th, 2001, 09:15:39 PM
Did you want to die?

If you didn't, then you can't die.

If you did, then you'd be a LOT better off just making a new character, and starting over. Cause this immortality thing doesn't look like it's going anywhere...

Ron Thrawn
Sep 11th, 2001, 06:06:11 PM
I did want to die, but for doing a special RP that I changed my mind about, where I would come back as a cell-based android.
