I remember reading through a long list of Holocaust victims, and Vietnam Casualties... This list seems that it may grow to be near that large... :(

You know I fully support remembering this day, but that banner that just went up doesn't seem like such a good idea right now. I mean remembering is good, and maybe in the OOC forum it's not a bad thing, but what about those that are coming here not to cry everytime they think about what happened?

I saw this list on the news, and it was scrolling under the newscasters....

Unbelieveable.

I'm so saddened and sickened..and yet I can't cry. Or... I don't know.

I can't even wrap my mind around these numbers. Its surreal. 400+ rescue workers in the WTC. Inconcievable. And yet, its true.

May God have mercy on the world.

Yes, it is very sickening. My brother came down emotionally struck, him being a firemen he could not believe it. No one I know can still comprehend it really.

I have managed to send over 100 dollars to the people in NY, of my own money. I know it isnt much, but I do hope it helps.

This sucks very much. Hell, words cant even describe how bad this is. It is why we have to put the hammer down now.

My prayers go out to the innocent souls that were lost.

I was having constant reminders of the deaths. Throughout the day and in school, there was the annoying stench of fumes and burning from Manhattan. It's still lingering around here.
