I was told that it would be just fine for you guys to start posting while the nice people over at vBulletin handle the thread transfers. For the time being, everything will remain the same here: You can continue your discussions and RPs as normal. However, I am going to give you the URL of the new board so that you can start new threads there. Please don't repost anything from here to there, as it will just be moved later on, anyway.

Once the transfer is done, these forums will be closed. Clicking on a forum here will take you to the corresponding forum at the new location (ie, coming to this Ezboard and clicking on the Roleplaying link will take you to the Roleplaying forum at the new board). Again, this will only take effect after the thread transfers are done. If you are the admin at a board that links to SWFans, please update your links accordingly at that time.

For now, have a look around and feel absolutely free to start your new threads there. :)

On a more serious note, do we need to have archive forums? I thought vBulletin had a special archive feature.

Atreyu: Since we're copying the currently archived threads to there, it should be a good idea to at least keep those. I have to look into how to use vB's archive feature more.

Plus, dont forget that posts dont get deleted after page twenty, as they do here.
