:: A slow rain pervaded the afternoon. Soft chatter was the norm at Yoghurt's Bar and Grill on Saturdays, and this one was not unique in that manner.
&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Fewd sat in a booth along the east wall, sipping coffee. The rain made a soft, easy rhythm and soon he was slumped in the corner, snoozing.
&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp
The landscape was barren, rocky, dry, and seemingly devoid of life. It was a stark contrast to the place where Fewd sat dreaming. Several large canyons ran through the landscape, long abandoned by any real quantity of water.
The scene was familiar, the Jedi Knight realized. He had been there about a year ago with a now deceased archeological expedition.
&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Well, familiar except for the sounds of marching feet and clanking archaic armor. Three hundred men and women of various degrees of armament moved across the landscape, heading to the delta where two of the minor rivers fed into a greater one. A grim look of determination was painted upon the faces of these people, but their eyes showed worry.
&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Fewd stood as they passed, aware that they could not see them, and that this was a dream. In five minutes, they had passed, and the sounds faded. Finding a somewhat accommodating rock, the Jedi sat, and hours passed.
&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Some four or five hours later, another army, this one about a thousand strong, passed. They were well equipped, but many of the men appeared to be uneasy, particularly those at the forefront of the march, near the man with the pale blue eyes.
&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp He was of medium height and of broad shouldered build. His armor shone in the sunlight, being of black polished bone. His gaze matched the fierceness of his helm, which resembled some sort of reptilian creature. It was then Fewd acknowledge that this man was the source of fear. He saw terrible deeds committed, and he shuddered. The army marched on.::
