*13 days of Maximus flying through space looking for the planet Tatooine, but since he is new to the universe he was not very sure on where it was, so while he was looking on a map his ship had collided him into a astroid spining his ship out of control knocking him out*

He awoke in a cage being pulled by what looked to be humans he heard them speaking in English, and all heard was god from the sky the passed out again in extrem pain*

IC:*when he awoke again he was in a bed being treated by nurses then when they noticed he awoke they all started to bow. So he walked outside and when he saw people they started to bow to Maximus.*

Maximus: Hey you shop keeper, what planet is this?

Shop Keeper: Welll sir, the planet is called Thesius, Named after the wicked Emperor Thesius. But now that you have come we are all saved.

Maximus: Really? why I am the one who is to save you? why I am so special?

Shop Keeper: You have fallen from the sky to came and save us

Maximus:*chuckles to him self* I am the Savior of the world eh? You know shop Keep I am liking you. What is your name?

Shop Keep: My name is Marcus Protus.

Vivi tries to make his way through the big crowd to see the Emperor. Numerous voices could be heard from the streets. "Long live the Emperor" people chanted. Vivi tried to understand why people said this. He knew most people hated the Emperor.

A man ran onto the streets where the Emperor's carriage was assing by. "What has the Emperor done for us, besides raising taxes and adding to our problems? Death to the Emperor I say!" the man ranted. A bowman set his arrow, raised the bow and pointed it at the man. "Kill me if you will, but the people have a voice, and I urge them to--" the man never finished his sentence. He fell on the ground, an arrow sticking out of his chest.

"Let that be a lesson for the lesson for those who dare oppose the mighty Emperor," the bowman exclaimed.

Vivi tried to jump up. He had heard shouts coming from the streets. Vivi jumped up but he was too short. Vivi looked back and saw a ladder against a buidling. He quickly scurried up it and looked down. A man lay dead on the floor as the carriage continued down the street. Vivi covered his eyes and climbed back down the ladder. He knew that the Emperor was an evil man and he had to be stopped somehow. But Vivi heard of a saviour falling from the sky. He didn't know what it meant, but he knew he had to find out more info on the subject. And he didn't know where to find that info. Vivi huddled into a dark alley and closed his eyes. He was very tired

*as the man lay dead on the floor a sword flew up chopping the Bowmans head off, then quickly Maximus ran for his sword and grabbed the Bowmans head, then pushing a bix hard box out in the middle of the Road blocking the horse again*

Emperor: What is the meaning of this?

Maximus: I have just witnessed a act of tretory a man came up and spoke his mind and you kill him what is the meaning of this? I say now that bowman that had done it is now dead here is his head. (*raises up the head of the dead bowman as the crowed lets a sigh of shock out*) Now I insist that you act like a honnerable King or step down.

Emperor: How dare you speak to me in a manner like this it is a total lack of disrespect, who are you to tell me how to run my Kingdom. Men kill him...

Marcus Protus: No, please your majesty it is not his fault he is a new comer to our planet

Emperor: So he is the one that I have heard of the one who has fell from the sky the God as you people like to call him. I will let you live for now but mark my words you will not get away with this unpunished. Ride men.

*The King whispers to one of his men to stay back and watch this man the call Maximus, The kings men ride ogg except one who was on feet watching whta Maximus was saying*

Maximus: Marcus I can't belive you stood up for me like that. You are a true friend.

Marcus: That is okay.

Maximus: people of Theisus lend me your ears. You do not need this from your King we must fight back bring the Kingdom to us, the people what do you say*

Vivi slowly opens his eyes and looks up at the man. He jumps up and scurries behind a trashcan. He pokes his head out and looks at the man. "Could this be the God from the sky?" Vivi asked himself. He knew that the man would've attacked him by now, so he figured everything was cool. Vivi came out from behind the trashcan.

"Hello, my name is Vivi. Who are you?" Vivi curiously asked.

Maximus: Yes that is what they call me here. But why were you so frightned when you first saw me. I have one question for you do you support this so called King?

"Well Mr. Maximus. I don't feel safe talking about it here. Please follow me to my home," Vivi answered.

Vivi led them to a empty warehouse. He pulled a trap door inside and led them both down a flight of stairs. A small room, with pots and pans lay before them. There was a small cot on the side of the room. A table lay in the middle with a staff laying on it. Vivi pulled up two chairs and gave them both drinks.

"Welcome to Gaia, Mr. Maximus saviour sir. I live here. I thought it would be safe to answer your question here, since the walls have ears everywhere else. I share your views on the Emperor. He is an evil man. But everyone is too afraid to stand up to him, for it will bring them an early death," Vivi said.

Maximus: could you answer me how many people have died since the Emperor has be king?

Marcus: Well I cant....

Maximus: Exactly so this King must go if we rally togather we can defeat him.

Marcus: great we can go to my house tonight it is right beside the flower shop 155 is the house number

*a guard who followed them was listening to them the whole time the ran off*

*The Guard walks in to tell the King what he had just found out*

Guard: Emperor I found out where this Maximus is staying.

Emperor Thesius: Where is he staying?

Guard: at Marcus Protus' house my King you know the one who asked you to spare Maximus' life the other day

Emperor Thesius: Ohh I see well my faithful guard you have done well

*Maximus and Marcus walked to Marcus' house, when Maximus walked in he saw that Marcus had a wife, 2 daughters and 1 son. The wife was about 26 the Boy was about 10 and the 2 daughters were twins and theu were 8*

Marcus: Maximus this is my Family, my wife Martha, my son Eric, and my 2 daughters Jessica and Maria.

Maximus: well hello to all of you thank you for letting me stay at your house, and may I say Marcus that you have a beautiful family

Marcus: Thank Maximus.

Martha: Maximus what would you like to eat for dinner

Maximus: well whatever the young boy would like, What would you like Eric.

Eric: Well I want meat

Maximus: Ha ha. You are my kind of kid

*this dinner led to weeks of friendship, Maximus was like one of the family now, so one day a few weeks later, they were all home and Eric who was bored came up to maximus and asked him...*

Eric: Maximus?

Maximus: yes Eric

Eric: Can you take me out?

Maximus: well it's up to your mother

Eric: Mom please can I go out with Maximus

Martha: Well ok just don't give hima headach

Eric: okay mom I won't

*Maximus and Eric go out*

15 min later

*knock on the door of the Protus, the little girl Jessica opened it to see 10 guards,this is the last vision she had ever seen because one of the Guards sliced her body in half, the waled in the house and say Martha and sliced her head off, then Maria had screamed she was then stb in her heart, Then all the guards walked over to Marcus who was sleeping they beat Marcus almost to his death then wrote a note and then left the not on the head of Marthas then took Marcus but before leaving with him they made him look at all of his family members*

*Maximus and Eric went home but from a little bit away Maximus could tell something was wrong he told Eric to wait outside he walked in and the only thing heard was the word..*

Maximus: DAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNNNNNN

Vivi stood up from his cot. Beads of sweat ran down his small face. He had heard a scream in his dreams. He was having a dream of a family being slaughtered. Vivi hopped off the bed and grabbed his pail of water. He washed the sweat off of his face. Vivi looked at his reflection in the pail. His glowing eyes were wide. He always ggot scared when he had visions. Suddenly, the vision in the water changed. He saw the face of Marcus Protus. Marcus' eyes were wide with horror. He looked as if he had just been beaten to a pulp. Vivi jumped back and pulled his blanket over him as if to hide from the picture itself.

"What could this vision mean? Did it happen, or will it happen?" He silently thought to himself.

Vivi creeped up to the pail and opened a crack in the blanket. He saw Maximus this time. Maximus was crying. Vivi kicked the pail aside.

"What does it all mean!" He shouted.

Those words echoed throughout his home. Vivi decided to start acting like a real Black Mage should act. He picked up his Mage Staff and headed for Marcus' place.

Outside Marcus' House

Vivi ran up to the house. The door was on the floor and flowers were scattered everywhere. Almost as if the house had been broken into. Vivi stepped inside. His glowing eyes widened with horror. Blood was scattered everywhere. 3 dead female bodies were lying on the floor. One had been decapitated. Vivi saw Maximus on his knees. His face covered his hands as he wept. Beside him was a small boy that kept repeating mommy. Each time the boy said it, fear could be heard in his voice.

Right then, it suddenly struck Vivi. Justice had to be done. The Emperor could not get away with this. Vivi felt a tear roll down his cheek.

"What could possess a human to do this to a fellow human?" He thought to himself.

Vivi walked over to Maximus and put his hand on his shoulder.

"The Emperor has chosen his fate. Let us bury these women," Vivi said aloud.

His wide-brimmed hat swayed in the cold wind that had entered the house

Yes Vivi he has chosen his fate, but what is more important that we get Marcus back. We must devise a plan, any ideas

I can't think right now, I must meditate on the matter. I will contact you as soon as I have come up with a plan.

*he grabs Eric, with an enragged look on his face he then tells Vivi to wait and take Eric with him. Eric and Vivi went off*

I can't belive they did this to you

*he said as he picked up the dead body of Martha, then after he gathered all the bodies he put them in a cartand pulled them down to the field then started to dig, it took him a an hour to dig all the holes, then placed Martha's body first along with her head, then in the second hole he placed one half Jessica's body then layed down the other half joing them where the were split, Then place Maria in the hole. Then started to fill the holes up again that took him 45 minutes to do, then he knelt at the site and said a prayer, then when he finished he started to talk to the Grave*

You have been like a family to me you have treated me with the up most curtisy. I promise you I will have revenge, I will take care of Eric and I will not let Marcus die

He then got up and walked over to Vivi's house he opened the door*

Maximus: That was the last straw, I will not, I cannot let this go unpunished. That king will have hell to pay for this. Eric, I will get your Father back I promise you.

Eric: Uncle Maximus, I am scared for my Father. I want him to be ok. I aready lost my Mom and Sisters. *Eric cried as he said all this*

*Maximus grabs Eric and Huges him tightly almost embracing him as if he were his child*

Maximus: Don't you worry I will get your Father back and I will get revenge for your mother and Sister.

*Tears ran down the face of Maximus as if he was calming down then images of the bodies flashed in his head, and an enragged look came apon his face, then he let go of Eric and punched the wall, made completly ot of stone, and he cracked it. He grabbed his armor and sword and went out side.
