:: On a busy street of Courascant people run and scream in terror as Trace and one of his fellow TSE members cut people down left and right, after having killed a weapon’s shop dealer and caused mass hysteria. The weapons shop dealer had been trying to drive a hard bargain and keep his good supplies for himself, and Sums knew better than to accept the deal he was offering. So he was cut in half and his good stock was pilfered by the two greedy and mischievous Sith.

Having exited the shop, a local police type official tried to stop and question them, but was met with the same fate as the storekeeper, as Trace ran him through with his saber. That was what began the mass panic and had caused all the people to flee and scream hysterically. Turning to Sums, Trace said. ::

“Think its time to go now, or should we have some more fun?”

**Sums smiled evilly as he put a blaster bolt into another helpless civilian.**

Well let's see. Civilians are pathetic. The police can't come close. The military couldn't if the bothered to try. I say let's have us a night out on the town.

**Sums continued to walk down the street with a playful yet evil smile on his face. Shooting random pedestrians and occasionally tossing a thermal grenade into a shop leaving it to blow out the windows behind them.**

God I love road trips.

:: Warren had been walking down the streets as he heard the explosions and screaming begin, he had come to coruscant for some supplies for his new home but he never expected anything like this. He moved through the frightened crow of people as he went towards the disturbance, he had hoped it was maybe some rowdy imperials those he could take care of but what he saw frightened him. Down the street he noticed two familiar figures walking towards him, one was Trace Sha who he had beaten before but spent many days in a bacta tank due to the battle, the other as Sith Summoner who he had also faced in battle before. Separately these two were a force to be reckoned with and together they were beyond anything Warren could imagine, calmly he walked towards them letting his hand rest on his saber as he did so. Noticing they had finally seen him he spoke not letting them feel the uneasiness around him ::

"I don't know what you two are doing here but I suggest you leave before I have to teach you some manners."

:: Warren smirked as he ignited his saber with a slight hum, he knew they wouldn't just leave nothing was ever that easy. He continued to stand there as he saw them turn to each other almost laughing, he knew he was in big trouble and he had to deal with it now ::

:: Already holding his saber in his hand, which was dripping from the spilt blood of innocent civilians, Trace looked away from Sums, the amused look still present on his face. As he recognized who it was that stood defiantly before them, his expression changed to one of sheer and utter displeasure and hatred. ::

“YOU!!!!”

:: He screamed as he began to walk towards Warren, the veins in his neck and face beginning to bulge as his aggression level rose more and more with each passing step. ::

“Now you die Azalin!”

:: He got within range and brought his saber down to meet that of Warren’s, staring into the Jedi’s eyes with hatred and evil intent, binding his weapon close to his chest. ::

**Sums turned to the owner of the voice. His eyes landed on Warren and his smile faded. He had unfinished business with this Jedi. This time would be different though, it would be finished, he would finish it.

Sums tossed the blaster rifle to the side and unclipped his black single blade. Igniting it he watched as Trace ran ahead of him and engaged Warren. Following closely behind Sums used Warren's distraction, caused by Trace, to come up from his side. Leaping forward Sums swung downward at Warren who at the last second caught a glimpse of Sums out of the corner of his eye, and brought his blade around to block Sums'.

Pushing against Warrens blade Sums sends Warren back a couple steps before stepping into a defensive position, wondering how crazy the Jedi was taking on two Sith.**

:: Warren leapt back after having Summoner push him aside, he knew normal tricks would not help against two Sith such as these. As he saw Summoner get into a defensive stance he knew he wasn't the present danger, turning to Trace he saw the hatred in the Sith's eye's. He knew Trace would do anything to kill him so Warren knew he had to take care of him first, rapidly gathering the force into him he rushed at Trace using the force to guide him. Warren leapt and somersaulted over the Sith as he reached him, quickly spinning around in mid-air he slammed both his feet into his back sending him falling to the ground painfully ::

:: Without losing stride Warren left the fallen Sith and headed towards the other one as swiftly as he could, Summoner was ready for Warren as he blocked his saber with ease and pushed him back again. Warren stepped back a little as he clashed with the experienced Sith, he knew that if he didn't do anything to him before Trace go up he would be in big trouble. Turning his attention back to the battle he charged at Summoner again, this time though as the Sith swung his saber Warren rolled to the ground still using the force to guide him. Before Summoner could react Warren had gotten past his saber and slammed his fist into the Siths gut causing him to lose his balance momentarily, that moment was all he needed as he made his move. With haste he used the force to enhance his leg muscles as he turned and roundhoused the Sith across the face knocking him to the ground as well ::

:: Using the momentum of the kick he let himself turn fully till he once again was facing Trace, he could tell his attack had done nothing but anger the Sith but all Warren could do was smile ::

:: His upper lip twitched in a sign of his aggravation and he locked eyes once again with Warren. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a woman trying desperately to hastily escape the scene and drawing on his anger and contempt for the Jedi, Trace used the Force to hurl the helpless human woman at Warren.

As the Jedi turned to catch the woman, disengaging his saber so he wouldn’t harm her, he felt a stinging pain in his side. Trace’s saber was beginning to plunge into it, as he had used the distraction to his advantage. With a forward sweep of a heavily booted foot, Trace knocked Warren’s legs out from under him, and the woman he had just caught, fell on top of him dead, due to Trace’s saber, which had ripped free of its shallow entry into Warren’s side, and cut her deeply as she passed through its path. Blood ran from her mouth onto Warren’s face as he struggled to get back to his feet. ::

“Does her blood taste good Jedi? Prepare to taste your own.”

:: Warren fell to the floor with the now dead woman on top of him, a wave of failure passed over him as he watched the woman die. He was supposed to protect the civilians from people like Trace but he was too weak to do anything, as Warren started thinking about what he should do he saw out of the corner if his eye Trace raise his saber and go for a killing blow. The Jedi wondered what to do to stop him since the woman was on top of him and blocking his saber arm, Warren sighed thinking the end was near for him and he would die a failure. It was in this moment of desperation that his eyes fell upon a hope for him, laying a couple feet away from him was Summoner's blaster rifle. Without waiting for Trace to kill him he used the force to bring the rifle to his hand and aimed it at Trace, he saw a look of hatred come upon Trace a split second before the Jedi fired the rifle. He watched as the Sith fell to the floor as the blaster bolt tore through his leg, using this as an opening Warren pushed the dead woman of him with the force and slowly got to his feet. He wiped the blood of his face as he turned his attention away from the fallen sith and looked at Summoner who was just now getting to his feet, knowing that he would prove to be a problem the Jedi ignited both his sabers and got into a defensive position ::

**Sums got back to his feet his blade still ignited. Turning he looked at the Jedi with a sideways glance, a look of pure evil on his face.**

Awww the poor Jedi couldn't save her, now she's dead, her bloods on your hands Jedi. Or should I say your face.

**Reaching behind him with his left hand Sums withdrew his Sith knife (http://www.geocities.com/sith_summoner/SithKnife.jpg) from its sheath and flipped it around in his grasp so it was upside down. Charging at Warren, Sums swings downward, their blades meeting in a shower of dark and light sparks. In a flurry of attacks and counter attacks, Sums worked Warren's blade downward from his body. Slicing his blade down towards Warren's midsection, Sums drew Warren's attention towards his saber. Using the diversion to his advantage he punched Warren in the face, the the blade of the knife covering the handle slicing in to Warren's flesh.**

:: Warren fell to his knees as the blood dripped down his face, he looked up only seeing the grin upon Summoners face as he stood there with the bloody handle. Warren rose to his feet slowly as he removed a blindfold from his belt and wrapped it around his forehead coving the wound to stop the blood from getting into his eyes, he knew that the cut would have to be healed later with the use of Bacta but right now he didn't have the time so he would have to deal with the pain till he had a better opportunity ::

:: The Jedi zoned out as he gathered the force into him even more so than before, he watched the shock on the Sith's face as he continued to charge up and began growing his wings. As the wings ripped through his back Warren's thoughts were suddenly taken away from the pain in his side and his forehead. After a few moments when his wings were finally released he turned his attention back to the Sith. Warren rapidly ran at Summoner using the force and his wings to guide his way, before reaching him he used the wings to gain some altitude and slammed himself into him causing them both to fall to the floor hard. Warren rose to his feet quickly as he slammed his saber into Summoners nose, as the blood began running down the Sith's face he gave him a swift kick to the stomach to keep him down while he turned his attention back to Trace ::

:: He watched as Trace got to his feet slowly, he knew that the blaster shot had injured him but he knew he would still be a problem. The Jedi readied his sabers in a defensive position as he awaited the attack ::

:: While Warren fended off the attack from Summoner and made one of his own, Trace was busy. He had reached into the pocket of his leather trenchcoat, pulling the wrapping tape he used on his fists out from inside. He wrapped his leg where the blaster bolt had hit him, just below the knee, keeping his main focus of attention forward, watching Warren closely, raising a brow and looking as if he was forming ideas as the Jedi’s wings sprung from his back.

With a determined grimace as he tore off the end of the tape he had finished wrapping around his leg, he stood picking his saber up off the ground. Warren turned to him just as he stood, and as their eyes locked, Trace vanished from sight, his form becoming a blur as he took off to his left, moving with Force enhanced speed. Warren was able to sense Trace’s presence, but his speed surprised him. For it had been a while since their last encounter and Trace had progressed far in his training.

His speed catching Warren off guard, Trace ended up behind him. Before he had spun to face his enemy, Warren felt a pain in his right wing, as it was pierced with the blade of Trace’s saber, its main tendon/bone grazed by the blue energy blade. Pleased that he had impaired the Jedi’s advantageous ability to fly, Trace pulled his saber from the wing and reached out for the useless wing with his free hand, pulling it down to the ground, along with Warren. With a swing of his heavy steel laden boot, Trace delivered a blow to Warren’s face, before he could stand back up. Hoping that he would knock some of his teeth down his throat and make him gag on them. ::

“Everything that goes up, must come back down, and I intend to keep you on the ground, so I can rip these blasted wings from your back and show you just how useless they really are!”

**Sums watched with a wicked grin as Trace sliced into Warren's newly released wings. As Warren looked at the damage Trace was doing, Sums lept into action attacking him. Slicing forward with his saber Sums sliced into Warren's other wing catching him by surprise. As Warren turned to face Sums again, he was greeted with a snap kick to his jaw sending him stumbling backwards. Looking at Warren's bloodied wings, Sums laughed.**

We're sorry. Your flights been cancelled.

:: Warren lay on the floor in agony, the pain he felt in his torn up wings was unimaginable. He knew he would not have the time to heal the damage now and would have to fight with this crippling injury until the bitter end, he saw the grin on the Sith's faces as they looked on. He knew they thought he was as good as defeated but they were wrong, Warren would fight till the bitter end if ever needed, he would never give up. Hoping the Sith would not understand what he was doing he closed his eye's momentarily and fell into a Meditative Trance, he would need to energize himself if he even wanted a chance to survive this battle. Letting the force flow into him freely he used the newfound energy to zone out the pain, had he been a Sith he would have used the pain to make him stronger but since he was a Jedi the pain only hurt him, and hurt it did. After what seemed as hours to him he reopened his eye's and began to get up carefully, he knew his wounds still existed but for now he had blocked out the pain ::

:: He knew he was in a bad position the moment he got to his feet, both Summoner and Trace were up once again and Warren had his work cut out for him. Warren pulled both his sabers to his hands from the now vacant street, he let a small smile cross his face as he ignited both sabers with a slight hum. Warren knew it would take a lot more than just brute force to win this battle and began thinking, it wasn't until he noticed the thermal detonators that Summoner had strapped to him that an idea hit him. Working out his plan as quick as he could used the force to pull two detonators of his belt and hold them in mid-air, he watched as Trace and Summoner looked at each other in confused looks as Warren tossed both explosives their way. He grinned as he saw the explosions go off not too far away from where the two Sith were, the blast had throw both of them aside and he planned on taking advantage ::

:: The First one he turned his attention towards was Trace, the Sith had fallen not too far away from were Warren now stood. He could see the wound on his leg had opened up when he fell and planned to use that to his advantage, it wasn't until he was about to act that he saw Summoner getting back to his feet slowly. Warren knew that because of the combat armor the Sith would be back up quick but he had to do something, rapidly he ran towards Trace as he planned at first. Before reaching Trace the Jedi leapt in the air using the force to make him jump higher than a normal person, Warren had been correct in his projections as he landed on Trace's wound. He heard something snap as he landed but he couldn't tell what it was, he saw a look of anger and disgust on Traces face. Warren not liking the way he was looking at him kicked him in the face as he ran at Summoner at full speed again. Warren and Summoner clashed sabers as they met, he knew the Sith Lord was stronger than him but Warren had the light on his side and knew it was something he had to do. They exchanged blows till Warren got him with a swift knee to the stomach, Summoner was caught off guard long enough for Warren to uppercut him and knock him to the ground. Warren readied his sabers as he waited for the Sith's to get up, it had been a hard battle so far and he knew it would only get worse after what he had just done ::

:: His ears were still ringing from the blast and his coat was tattered, torn and smoking from the blast. His pale face was now blackened with spots of blood and showing signs of burns, but his visage was still etched with absolute and utter hatred. The pain coursing through his body only serving to strengthen his physique and his resolve.

Then Warren came crashing down on his leg and hyper-extended his knee with the force of the blow, following it with a kick to the face. Every nerve in Trace’s body cried out to him that he could not continue, but his aggression kept his body’s weakness at bay, as Warren turned and moved away to engage Sums.

Reaching down to his leg, he could feel that it was not completely broken, but it was severely impaired. Prepared for such an instance, he reached into the top of his boot and tugged at the metal top. An inner sheath of steel slid up over his knee. It was hinged some in the portion that went over his knee, and snapped into a conforming position as it fully exited the top of his boot. A leg brace was a handy thing to have in such a situation and he was thankful that his personal metal shop worker back on Ord Mantell had recommended such a piece of added equipment to his high topped combat boots.

Rising to his feet slowly, his leg still weak from the injury, but now well supported, he could see that Warren’s back was to him while he was struggling with Sums. Just as he delivered the uppercut that took Sums down for a moment, Trace released the steel bolo from his belt, sending it spinning at Warren’s feet. Warren turned to see what had occurred, but he was too late, as the twine of the bolo wrapped around his legs and his limp injured wings. The Jedi swung one of his weapons at the twine to free himself, but as his saber struck it, the blade disengaged. Cortosis was the only answer, and it was true, Trace had come by some of the precious metal and had coated a few of his accessories with the substance.

Warren looked up with a worried expression as he tried to re-ignite his blade, swinging his second one around as he found that it would not, just barely able to maintain his balance. As his ignited saber swung around, it met the blue blade of Trace Sha, who was standing toe to toe with him, spitting blood in the Jedi’s face as their eyes met. With his open hand Trace clawed at warren’s already injured face and raked his eyes and his wounds, aggravating them, just before shoving him backwards, sending him toppling to the ground, bound and ready for the slaughter. ::

**Sums used a kick up to return to his feet, blood from his nose and some other cuts dripping down his skin. He had been glad of his chest armor this day, for it had taken a lot of the blast. He had still been stunned when Warren had come towards him to attack. All Sums could really do was to defend himself on instinct until he regained his senses. Or so he thought. Sums was pleasantly surprised when Warren stopped and got caught up in Trace's bolo. He stepped back for a moment to regain his senses while Trace dealt with the Jedi.

Stepping back into the fight Sums saw Trace push Warren to the ground, the Jedi helpless to stop it. Sums smiled wickedly as he stood over the Jedi.**

I'm sorry I forgot to bring my chalk to etch your dead body. Guess I'll have to use something else.

**Sums brought his ignited blade to the top of Warren's head and started to trace around it a dark line being etched into the ground by the blade. As he got to Warren's shoulder and arm he brought the blade right against Warren's skin burning a line down his arm.**

Oops. I seem to have slipped. Oh well.

**Sums laughted as he continued to trace the Jedi's body with his lightsaber, only millimeters from his skin.**

:: The Jedi screamed in pain as the saber burned alongside his arm, he could smell the charred flesh along his arm and he knew it would leave a scar to remember Summoner by. He tried to zone out like he had before to ignore the pain, but the pain was too much for him this time. He could do nothing but lay on the floor as Summoner traced his outline on the ground, it was only then that he started thinking of an idea in his head ::

:: Warren waited for Summoner to begin Tracing around his legs before he sprung into action, before Summoner could react he raised his feet upwards and slammed the Cortosis bolo into the Sith's saber deactivating it. As Summoner looked as his deactivated saber Warren took the time and called one of the daggers from the Sith's belt and pulled it towards his hand, grasping the knife in one hand he slashed at the bolo around his legs and managed to loosen it around his legs. He managed to remove the bolo just as Trace struck out at him once again, Warren activated his remaining saber in time to block the Sith's attack. Feeling the pain from the extra weight on top of him Warren felt bone snapping in his wings, using the Force to strengthen his legs he kicked Trace as hard as he could in the ribs throwing the Sith off him. Warren rose slowly to his feet feeling the pain all over his body, knowing he would need time for what he would do next he began running ::

:: Warren ducked into one of the ruined buildings as he ran from the two Sith, he knew they would look for him in a couple moments but this was all the time he needed. He ducked behind the counter as he began gathering all the force he would need for his next trick, he knew that he would have to heal some of these wounds before he left to fight again. Slowly but surely the wounds on his body began to heal, well the minor ones at least. He could still feel the pain in his wings but that would need the use of a bacta tank to heal fully those wounds, it was only as he was getting up as he heard the footsteps outside coming closer ::

:: Warren looked around looking for anything he could use as a weapon against the two sith before they arrived, it was a few short minutes before the two Sith walked in with a deep sense of authority. Trace and Summoner looked around finding no sign of Warren, he knew it wouldn't work for long because they could sense his presence through the force. Before the two sith could react Warren leapt into action, heading for Summoner first he threw what remained of a nearby table at him to tossed him out the door. Turning his attention to Trace he could feel the hatred rising in him as he saw Warren, using it to his advantage he ignited his sabers and rushed at the Sith. Trace was quick to block the sabers but missed Warren's true intentions, The Jedi pushed him back as he ran at him quickly and jumped up slightly landing a strong kick to the Siths chest. He watched as Trace went flying out glass window from the force of the kick, slowly he walked out the door as he ignited his other saber ready for battle once again ::

**By the time Warren walked out of the door Sums was back on his feet. As Warren ignited his second blade Sums unclipped his double red saber from his belt and ignited one end.

Charging at the Jedi, Sums looked to take advantage of the wounds that Warren could not heal, mainly his wings and his shoulder. As their saber's met in the air Sums tried to work it so that he could get a clean shot at Warren's wounds, but Warren was ready for that and every attempt Sums made Warren blocked.

Sums was finally able to work into a position that favoured him. He had Warren's blade close to his body and in no place to block. Warren however had other ideas and force pushed Sums back. The shove surprised Sums and as he stumbles back he tripped over the body of one of the slain civilian's. Using his momentum Sums completed a backwards roll back to his feet just in time to block the Jedi's attack.

This time pushing Warren back slightly Sums swung his saber downwards towards the injured wing. Warren blocked it and started to push Sums saber blade away from him. At the same time though he was rotating the saber hilt so that the other end was facing downward but at Warren. Using pure strength Sums held his saber against Warren's and looked into the Jedi's eyes. When Warren looked back into the cold blank stare that Sums gave him, Sums smiled evilly at him and thumbed the activation switch on the second blade sending it shooting downward into Warren's side with its customary snap-hiss. As Warren cried out in shock and pain Sums pushed him back forcing his blade to be removed from Warrens flesh.**

:: He landed on his back in the street, his coat protecting him from the majority of the glass, though one shard managed to pierce his left shoulder. Rolling backwards, following the momentum, he came back to his feet, saber still in hind. With an angry growl the quarter meter long shard in his back was withdrawn and hovered in the air behind him.

Rising back into a standing position, he could see inside the shop, Warren was coming back outside and Summoner was closest, moving to him as the glass shard behind Trace rose into the air, stopping just to the left of his head. Trace could feel the blood beginning to wet his shirt under his jacket, but paid it little mind, utilizing his rage to slow the flow with almost no thought whatsoever.

Trace sent the shard flying through the air as Warren and Sums fought. Just as Sums sent Warren backwards , removing his blade from his side, the shard jabbed itself into the flesh between Warren’s wings, burrowing deeply into the skin, shattering as it struck bone upon entry. ::

:: Warren screamed in pain as the glass shatter into his back, he could feel the pain moving down his body as the glass struck bone. The Jedi knew that if he did not do something soon all would be lost, but he was starting to become groggy because of all the pain. If this kept on he would not live to see tomorrow, laying on the floor in agony he used all the power he had in him to gather the force around him. Seeing that Summoner and Trace where still coming towards him Warren thought quickly and raised both his ignited sabers with the force. Using all the power he could muster he guided both sabers towards the two Sith and began blocking their separate attacks while trying to get some attacks in of his own ::

:: His sabers where not holding them back much as they advanced towards him slowly, knowing they would soon be upon him he began using the gather force for the purpose intended. Slowly the air around him began dropping in temperature as he froze the nearby air molecules, moments passed as the temperature dropped and the air began turning into a sheet of ice around the injured Jedi. Warren waited for the perfect time to strike as he lay down waiting, suddenly he saw his opening as Sith Summoner and Trace Sha stepped above him. He let a smile cross his face as he struck, everything after that was a motionless blur ::

:: As the Sith stood above him Warren went into action and slammed a wave of force energy into the newly formed wall of ice. The instant the wave hit shards of ice went flying at the nearby Sith. Warren used this to his advantage as he gathered the last of his energy and guided his saber at them. He watched the sabers fly towards their mark as he laid back exhausted and beaten, one way or another this would all be over soon ::

Trace Sha
Mar 1st, 2001, 08:55:12 PM
:: As Trace and Sums approached Warren, the pale Sith Knight saw what was happening and immediately recognized this tactic. It was the same last-ditch effort to save himself, that Warren had used in their previous battle (""), which at that time was successful. causing Trace to lose that encounter. This time however, things would be different, very different.

The oncoming wave of ice shards was expected and Trace used his anger and contempt for this angelic looking Jedi, to feed his connection with the Darkside, supplying him with adequate power to counteract the wave of frozen water, with but a mental call on the Force, a strong Force push directed in front of him, protecting his position from the shards.

His concentration on the wave of ice did however have one drawback. Warren had sent one of his ignited sabers in Trace’s direction. Having spent his time and anger on avoiding the wave of ice, Trace could only try dropping out of its path and swing his own saber out to try and deflect it away.

Striking it at the last second, he grimaced in pain as the tip of the saber pierced his shoulder, and was ripped free by his own late coming deflection. Both Warren’s saber and Trace’s own, dropped to the ground and de-ignited, while Trace’s right arm went limp and curled up to his side practically useless.

The pain of the blow and Trace’s own resolve not to allow Warren to defeat him once again, brought on a berserker rage, one that he had never experienced before. His eyes went pitch black and his following motions were crisp and quick, driven by instinct and aggression.

His saber flew from the ground into his left hand and swung at the base of Warren’s wings, where they came from out his back. Cleaving them off completely in one swift swipe, while the Jedi lie motionless. Seeing the wound cauterize instantly, the Sith Knight could then see the place on Warren’s back where the glass fragment had entered, still profusely bleeding . The sight of which, snapped Trace from his mindless blur of hatred and brought him back to the present.

Warren was motionless on the ground, and Trace was holding the feathery white wings in his left hand, along with his saber. Warren was down and looked as if he were already done, dead and delivered to the Light side of the Force which the Jedi held so dear, there was nothing more to be done here, and the Sith Knight, turned and started to walk away, fading into the distance, with the Jedi’s wings draped over his shoulder, no words need be spoken, the battle was through. ::

**Sums hadn't been as lucky. He had never seen the move Warren had performed before and was caught completely off gaurd by it. Only out of reflex did Sums bring his arms up to block the ice blast.

As the ice shards began to impact him they started imbedding themselves in his skin. When they finally stopped Sums' arms legs and abdomen where absolutely covered with the shards, most of them had impated his skin leaving small jagged wounds before melting away and letting the blood start dripping down his arms and legs. Some of the worst damage was in his abdomen, where a couple of the larger shards had worked their way deep into his body and slincing at some of his organs causing some internal bleeding. Sums knew that if it wasn't for his torso armor one of the shards could have very well peirced his heart.

Moving his hands away from his face just in time to see one of Warrens sabers flying towards him. There wasn't enough time to completely move out of the way. As he turned to let the saber slip by it sliced into his side and arm, leaving a chared path.

Realizing that there was not going to be any more attacks Sums turned to see Trace remove Warren's wings. Smiling evily he pictured the pair of bloodied wings hanging from a wall in someones quarters. Limping slowly to Warrens body, he noticed the look of death around it. Slowly Sums looked around for something that he could take as his trophy. His grin grew broader as he noticed the blood oozing from Warrens back. Pulling a small plastic container from one of the pouches on his belt Sums put it to the wound and let the blood fill it. Placing it back in the pouch Sums limped away from the scene of death and distruction, the adrenalin of the battle wearing off, letting him know that he had taken more punishment than he had originally thought.**

"Oh man, what the hell happened here?" Mark had just made his way to this section of Coruscant to find it ripped apart by some madman, or more than one. The entire avenue wreaked of death and charred bodies, burning buildings and smoking rubble. And then there was the feeling. The feeling of hundreds of lives screaming out, only to be silenced. He glanced up again to the horizon. As he knew, the vandals would be there, but they weren't who he was expecting.

His fellow Sith, Sumor Rayial, his master, and Trace Sha, were achily making their way down the street. They had obviously been in some kind fight, but it wasn't one that the local authorities could have withstood. A Jedi was here, and he was still alive, clinging on to the threads of his pitiful existance. Mark could pick him out of the crowd, he was one of the few still breathing, still determined to get up. He walked over to this Jedi Knight and recognized him from what he had heard back at Sith HQ. The two Sith had torn this Jedi Knight into pieces, and by now he was probably wishing for his death to come upon him.

:: It had been a few minutes since the battle had ended and Warren still lay on the floor motionless. To all those around him he seems as if he were dead, but in reality he had gone into a Hibernative Trance since wasting the last of his energy using his Force Shards. Slowly he awoke out of his trance feeling more at one with the force, it had been a long and painful battle but against all odds he had survived. Coming out of the trance in this position was never a good feeling, he would not be aware of any pain taken after he fell into his trance. Pain was the Jedi's first sensation as he sat up slowly, he felt around feeling his back and realized his wings had been sliced off. He knew it had to have been Trace who had taken his wings, cautiously he felt the bone fragments where his wings had once been. He still felt the pain from them but not as much pain as the glass in his back was. Cautiously getting up he pulled the glass from his back using the force, wincing at the pain as the shards flew free he began slowly walking to his ship ::

:: Getting to his ship took longer than he had hoped due to the pain all over his body, slowly he walked into it and took a seat at the controls. Setting a course back for the Jedi Temple he laid back, letting his sabers drop to the floor as he began to get some much needed rest. It wasn't until the ship had left the planet and began heading back that healing aura appeared around the sleeping Jedi Knight ::

Morgan Dreada

The cold breeze swept about Morgan, picking up her cloak and causing it to swirl around violently. Morgan gripped the corners and pulled it tightly around her shoulders once more. She gazed up at the overcast sky as she exited her cabby slowly, then turned around to pay her kind driver. He had offered to stay and wait for her while she concluded her business but the steps that she was about to make were to be made alone.

She thanked the man and watched as he sped away. Flinging a lock of her hair behind her, Morgan turned to look at her destination. The Mausoleum was beautiful. Pale in color with light blue marble floors. As Morgan walked through the massive doors her footsteps echoed through the halls, as did the sad tune that she absentmindedly hummed on her way through the vast corridor.

At long last she reached the very lower levels of the Mausoleum and turned into a small alcove. The name "Dreada" was carved into the stone wall. Morgan ran her fingertips along the outside of the now visible crypt as a single tear fell from her eye. Casting aside her cloak, Morgan unlatched a cylinder-like case from her belt. Opening it slowly she extracted a single white rose and set it on the floor in front of the crypt.

Composing herself Morgan rose to her feet and lifted her eyes toward the end of the corridor. Wrapping her cloak around her she walked away swiftly, not looking back as she exited the Mausoleum, never again to return. As she walked the streets slowly she contemplated what she had planned. She knew not whether she was ready for such a feat but in her opinion she simply had no alternative.

Stopping to rest outside of an old building she reached into the bag she was carrying and pulled out a small transceiver. She had recently visited the Great Jedi Order, asking that they teach her in the ways of the force...but at this moment, the Force was not on her mind. One person, however was. As Morgan activated the communicator she typed in several strings of numbers. After a short time someone on the other end picked up the transmission.

"Please, kind Jedi. I must speak to Warren Azalin. This is of the utmost importance."

:: It had been three months since the Jedi had waged a physical and mental war with Trace Sha and Sumor Rayial on the streets of Courascant, he had fully recovered now of course thanks to the wonders of Bacta, but he was not as complete as he once was. His once white wings were no more, now he wore a pair of metallic wings to serve as a reminder to him of what Sith are really capable of. Lucky for him thought, he had survived the fight due to his skills in the Force, he knew it wasn't over though. It was never over in the life of a Jedi, somehow he would meet those two again he was sure of it ::

"Warren, Warren !!!"

:: Hearing the call of his own name the Jedi turned around searching for who it was that was calling him, racing towards him was one of the many padawans at the Greater Jedi Order. He had taken it on as his duty as of late to greet them so most of them knew him by name, but for some reason Warren could not remember the name of this one. All he could do was nod acknowledging the young one ::

"Yes what is it ? Is there something you wanted to ask me ?"

:: The padawan shook his head and motioned the Jedi towards one of Comm Stations ::

"Someone is requesting to speak with you sir."

:: Nodding politely to the padawan for giving him the message Warren walked towards the station to see who would be asking for him. It didn't take him long before he reached the communicator that was waiting for him there, he could not stop wondering who it could be. All he could do was pick it up and find out for himself ::

"This is Jedi Knight Warren Azalin responding, who might this be ?"
