A conference room on Circarpous 7 was packed with engineers, pilots, military advisors, and officials for the last 12 hours. Hundreds of men and women sat attentively with their notepads and punched away data as it came to them from the presentation. Droids recorded every second of the meeting for future inspection. Admiral Raybon who was to head the project stood in front of the multitude presenting every little portion of his plans. Commander Cystine had sat quietly behind his desk, which was hidden in the shadows behind Raybon, for the entire meeting observing. Hologram schematics, which had been worked at for weeks now without rest, were being displayed. “As you can see several modifications have been made.” Raybon said knowing everyone in the room was required to know the original schematics for the station. “The drive system was upgraded to meet Caracan requirements and Haymaker missile Technology was added to help with the anti-fighter dilemma. These and several other changes were made, but as you can see the new additions aren’t hard to point out. ”Raybon then scanned the room momentarily giving the multitude a chance to record notes and shortly continued. “Now that the entire Expansion region is ours, we will have the means to keep this project greatly hidden. All trade into the region has been halted as well as all trade going out. We will need three SSDs with full fighter complements in the Circarpous system and about 15 VSDs patrolling the region outside of the system. The remaining information is in your information packet. Now myself and Admirals Green, Grey and Gabin will be more than happy to answer any questions that may arise before we meet back here in one week to begin work.” Raybon then looks to Cystine who still sits unmoved at his desk and with more motion than he has displayed since the beginning of this 12-hour meeting motioned for the group to be dismissed. And the group exited to return home and say goodbye to their families and prepare for the long months of work they had waiting ahead of them. Raybon turns and salutes Cystine, who stands and moves from behind the table. “Now Admiral, don’t get too attached to this project. The strength we may gain is nothing compared to what can be gained with the force,” Cystine says with a cold voice before turning and exiting the chambers followed by Silent Sith. Raybon Then collects his materials and exits the room with the holo-schematics still being projected.

Not far from the Circarpous system, add-on construction was being prepared for the New Caraca Space station. Crews were preparing to attach four very large servos to the hull obviously to attach rotating weapons. This was to be Admiral Grey’s portion of the operation and her tech crew was already busy planning the engineering of the station’s add-ons. Three Imperial Class Star Destroyers were patrolling the immediate area protecting the project. Along with the Victory Class Star Destroyers patrolling the entire expansion region that weren’t much farther than 90 min. journey away. Inside the newly completed station, Grey’s tech squad was debating on how they would displace the shock of the weapon or if no stabilization device was needed. “We can’t afford to overlook anything. Admiral Grey is expecting greatness from this project. All precautions must be taken,” one protested. “Indeed, but what of the cost? This project is already too expensive, we need to save money wherever possible,” another replied. “Then we start with your salary, you are dismissed officer,” said Admiral Grey who had just walked into the chambers. “I want a stabilization device installed, as well as two turbolaser turrets to provide cover for each of the weapons,” She continued. “Yes my lady,” the tech said before saluting and retiring to his chambers to draw in the new additions to the weapons.

Caracan Driveyards had been busy for sometime now producing Sentinel Weapons Platforms to defend the Circarpous system’s leg of the project. Three Bulk Cargo Barges were orbiting Caraca and several CRX-tugs were busy loading the platforms to prepare for their hyperspace journey to Circarpous. Meanwhile four Modular Taskforce Cruisers with full Z-10 complements were deployed to monitor fleet activities in the areas just outside of the expansion region as a precautionary measure. Pheada’s yards had been reduced to skeletal status to provide more crew for the operations as well as the Driveyards on Gyndine. Not only was cost an issue, but also the huge crew needed to complete the work. Admiral Vladimere’s prisoners from his campaign would double over as slaves and do a lot of the brunt work along with the converted battle droids and construction droids. Troops took short technical and engineering crash courses to learn how to operate the tools and such they would be using to help out. In other words, help was taken wherever it came from. Now in the fourth day of operations, the work over Circarpous was finally underway just as two dungeon ships full of slaves arrived. The crews were preparing to erect the huge astro-scaffolding structure needed to support the construction of the primary framing. The shipyards over Circarpous 4,5,9, and 10 were already beginning their smaller construction work. This was a standard operation for these yards and their leg of the operation was to be the easiest.

Admiral Vladimere not having seen Caraca since before he went out on his training mission, and his subsuquent earlly begining of "Operation rolling Hammer", is glad to be back.

Admiral Vladimere: AAAAHHH!! there it is Caraca, it looks even more butieful than when I had left it, and now i feel more secure thanks to my actions, The expansion region is final ours.

Admiral Vladimere is relieved to be back and wastes no time on any chance for shore leave, he wishes to check up on what the emporer has been doing.

Admiral Vladimere: Captin ready my shuttle, and tell the Emporer I have arived and I'm hear to see him.

This was to be a huge project, perhaps the largest in history. Cystine was in fact known for his large projects. The Iron Fists shipyard project, which produced the 21 shipyards in the Circarpous system, was one. Another was his Deaths Palm project, which massed produced the Sovereign Class StarDestroyer. The Rolling Hammer campaign, which swept through the expansion region claiming all habitable planets for Caraca, is another. He believes Rolling Hammer be his greatest accomplishment. This would be much bigger. This project would bring his name from whispers in the shadows to fearful remarks in governmental chambers. His named would be known. His name would be FEAR. Cystine would have the power to wipe out the New Republic once and for all. CMF would be the most powerful entity in the galaxy next to the force.

The project had been under way for quite some time. The astro-scaffolding had been completed on New-Caraca spacestation. Four large cubic structures stood tall atop the station. They would provide support for the construction crews when constructing the superweapons. The enourmous astro-scaffolding construction over Circarpous 6-8 was not yet near finished. They would take some time to be completed. Meanwhile work on Circarpous 4,5,9,10 was well underway and about 15% complete. Cystine sat in a large room in a very special chair. A tray stretched across his lap with a control pad, and a large screen was extended from the ceiling. On that screen were Admirals Grey, and Gabin. Admiral Green stood behind Cystine. “Evening,” Cystine said to the individuals on the screen. They each responded in someway and the conference continued. The meeting seemed to go on for hours. Each gave status reports and received new orders from Cystine. After 5 hours of discussions, the admirals signed out and Cystine turned to Green. “Admiral, I want your work hurried along. By the looks of your number you will fall behind soon. Shorten your downtime by 3 hours. Once I see the results in a week, I will decide whether or not to restore the break time.” Cloak said to Green. “Yes sir,” Green said reluctantly before exiting the chambers.
