Dyne Darkforce
Feb 22nd, 2001, 08:51:32 PM
The night creatures ever so restless, creeped around in the darkness. There was a clearing in the middle of a rather large forest. Dyne looked around in the night sky before walking towards the middle of the field. His feet crushing the strange vegitation under as he walks across. Dyne's eyes spark in the darkness as he brings his arms around and crosses them. The clouds part briefly as a ray of moonlight shines through, luminating the area. He stands there with his black tank top, and baggy fighter pants awaiting his comrade Darth Phantom. Two metallic hilts on his belt shine as the moonlight streaks across them. His hair flutters in the light breeze while narrowing his eyes. Dyne keeps his guard up, feeling a presence in the force. The trees around them stand there like tall pillars as a brief winds sweeps over the top. Closing his eyes, he concentrates for a bit before opening them up as Phantom comes and stands beside him.
"Ready DP?"
OOC: This is a fight obviously, 2 Jedi willing to jump in can do so. Try to keep it at level, since the ranks are Knight and Lord. Anyone who is at that rank, feel free to join in. The setting is in a middle of a wooded clearing, so we can go from there.

Jace Darklighter
Feb 22nd, 2001, 09:36:12 PM
A Jedi Knight served as a beacon of light once he stepped into the small clearing, surrounded by trees and thicket. The rim of his hood overshadowed his facial features within the sinister environment, which enveloped the four combatants. With a small shrug of his shoulders, his cloak ripped away from his shoulders and fluttered in the wind to rest gently on the ground a few meters off. A single weapon dangled from the Jedi's hip. Lowering his right hand to rest on the hilt, he removed it with a quick jerk. He pressed his thumb gently against the ignition button, causing a saber blade to spring forth in existence. A greenish tint embedded onto Jace's face. The Knight glanced off to his side, taking notice of a fellow Jedi who drew near.

He nods to his friend and looks at the stars as well. The clouds cleared away, making the area luminated from light. Dyne noticed that the Jedi presence was close as he looked around. He could only hear the trees swaying in the light breeze and the creatures making erie sounds in the dark. Dyne looked over at Phantom for a second before speaking to him.
"Yes, quite the night it is to fight."
They stand there awaiting the Jedi opposition, ever so ready for any abrupt attacks. Dyne slides his hand across the sabre on his belt before looking into the darkness again.

:: Warren walked up behind Jace and stared at the two Sith, he had faced them both before in battle and was glad he had a little help with him. Letting his eyes fall upon Darth Phantom his hand went for his belt instinctively, resting his hand on the sabers hilt he gave the Sith a cold stare as he smiled a Jace ::

"Came to the right place Jedi.....for pain."
He grabs his sabre and ignites it with a immediate snap-hiss. Dyne twirls the sabre and looks at the two Jedi while standing by DP. He plants his foot in the ground, in his fighting stance. A evil breeze of wind flows past him and DP as the two Sith look at the Jedi. He outstreches his sabre and points the end at the Jedi's standing. Dyne motions the sabre for them to bring it while a smirk appears over his face.

Jace Darklighter
Feb 23rd, 2001, 12:55:36 AM
Jace's expression remains calm and passive at Dyne's invite. His gasp tightens upon the hilt of his lightsaber, sloping it slightly so that it angles towards Dyne. Suddenly, the Jedi leaps forward towards the Sith Knight, pointing the tip of his saber at Dyne's throat.
The Dark Side immediately flows to Dyne's calling as his anger feeds his lust for power. The Sith drives his lightsaber upward, knocking it against Jace's blade in a hard collision. Sparks sizzle together as the crack of the blades cause nearby animals to move away in fear.
Jace summons up his own energy with the aid of the Force. The Jedi crouches down low, tightening his right hand into a compressed fist. Abruptly, he jumps up, allowing himself to be carried through the wind. Jace's knuckles smack against Dyne's jaw, causing the Sith Knight's teeth to click together. Dyne hits the ground in a loud thud a few feet away.
The Jedi hovers in the air a few seconds and then slowly descends to the solid earth. Dyne groans but quickly recovers from the blow as he staggers to his feet. Jace extends his right hand to point at a large dead tree truck, situated just to his left. The trunk moves a few inches and finally rips out from the ground. Loose strains of dirt and soil dribble from the truck back down to the ground, as it remains hovering. Jace narrows his eyes on his assailant and flings the dead tree at Dyne, via the Force.
Dyne barely notices the oncoming threat in time and hacks his lightsaber against it, splitting the obstacle in two. Jace wastes no time and rushes forward, swinging his weapon in a wide arc that just nicks Dyne's right arm. Blood flows freely from the opened wound, only causing the anger within the Sith Knight to rise to extraordinary magnitudes.

The Sith flips back quickly while noticing his wound. Dyne quickly cauterizes it shut with his sabre as he grinds his teeth. The pain just adding to his already heightened anger. As Jace circles Dyne, he looks up at him with his eyes narrowed and a sinister look. He brings his hand over his jaw and moves it back into place. Dyne clinches his fist while looking at the Jedi. The rage building with him, he controls the elements of the Dark Side to use to his advantage.
Dyne grins and holds his hand out, summoning the Dark forces. He rips two trees out their roots, on opposite sides of Jace. Standing at a distance, Dyne motions his hand with his eyes closed in concentration. The two trees swiftly move at the Jedi as he stands inbetween them. Jace, noticing these trees, quickly uses his reflexes to jump up as the tress crash together. The remains of the trees fall to the ground.
As Jace comes down to the ground, Dyne rushes at him with his force speed. Coming to a halt, Dyne sends his fist upwards at Jace. The fist lands on his chin and sends his neck snapping back. Dyne moves his weight and concentration into the fist as the connection takes place. The hit slams jaw together on his upper teeth, while sending his neck back jolting. The Sith Knight watches as the Jedi is lifted off the ground and sent into the air from the uppercut.
Not stopping there, Dyne ignites his other sabre while running at the Jedi as he lands on the ground with a rather large thud. Approaching the Jedi, he flips up over him and brings the sabres inwards then sends them in a swipe outwards. The two yellow sabres slash Jace across his chest as Dyne brings them back around. The sabres go through Jace's attire and cut his skin across as blood rushes up from the wounds. He lands on his feet away from Jace, the dirt rose from the ground as the Sith landed.
Twirling both sabres in his hand, the Dark Side surges within him. Dyne circles around the Jedi as he keeps his eyes on him at all times. Both sabres held tightly, Dyne watches as Jace attempts to get up from the hits. He comes to a stop as the wind blows past him and the trees. Dyne stands in his defensive stance, letting the adrenaline flow within him. Narrowing his eyes, he sways back and forth, keeping in tune with his surroundings.

:: Warren reached for his own two sabers and ignited them, letting them cut through the air with a slight snap-hiss he aimed them towards Darth Phantom. Warren let the light flow into him as he embraced the force slowly into him, not wanting to waste an opening he ran towards the Sith. The Jedi and Sith clashed sabers almost instantly, neither of them let the other gain an advantage as they fought. Warren saw an opening in the way Phantom fought and used it against him, dropping do one knee Warren slammed his shoulder into the Siths stomach tackling him to the floor by force. Warren was not left unscathed though, as the Sith went down he brought his saber around slicing the jedi across the arm. Warren stood up quickly above the sith holding his arm slightly, it was only a shallow cut but still began to bleed slightly ::

Jace Darklighter
Feb 23rd, 2001, 08:24:08 PM
A diminutive dust cloud flew amiss as Jace lay precariously against the ground. Blood currents stained his tunic and bathed his chest as he grunted sounds of dismay and bewilderment. The Jedi pulled himself up, allowing himself to rest easily on his elbows. His right hand brushed against his newly acquired injury while his eyes transfixed to a solemn state. The light side embedded into his very fibers of skin, causing a slow but distinct healing process. Jace's blood ceased after a moment's time and he situated his tunic to cover his wound.
Climbing to his knees, he waved his hand in a fluid motion towards his lightsaber. The small object reacted immediately to its master's calling. The weapon flung neatly into his grasp and resumed its gently hum once Jace ignited it to its full capacity.
Endowed with the powers of light, Jace leaped forward towards his aggressor. The Jedi's weapon flung wildly through the air at miscellaneous angles and slashes. Dyne snapped his blade up and down to deflect each blow, calling upon all his knowledge of hate and anger to divert each attack.
Jace shrank down to the ground and swept his right leg against Dyne's stance. The Sith Knight jump above the threat, but Jace rolled underneath him. As Dyne came back to the ground, Jace pressed his hands against the surface of the earth. His two feet latched out against the Sith Knight's neck and tightened into place. Twisting his waist and legs, it snapped Dyne's head to the side, causing him to fall to the ground.
Jace brought himself into a kneeling position and reached out for Dyne's head. Grabbing him by the hair, he yanked the Sith Knight's face to meet the Jedi's knee. A clamoring sound echoed into the night sky as Dyne's nose split, causing the warmth of his blood to run down his mouth and chin.
Taking a few steps back, Jace called upon the Force. Immense rocks rose from the dirt and soil and floated in the air. The Jedi directed his hand towards the Sith for his indicated target. The rocks pelted against Dyne's skin in large quantities, removing flesh as they implanted into his body.
The Jedi's hand moved to his wound and felt the sensation of dry blood. His mouth twitched from the thought of Dyne's maddening anger once he recovered from Jace's multiple attacks. The Sith Knight would rage with fury and Jace did his best to prepare for it.

Dyne Darkforce
Feb 24th, 2001, 12:52:15 AM
Being hit with the array of moves, Dyne was buried under the sediment, rocks, and what not. Feeling his blood seep from the wounds on his body and flow out. Small cuts and incisions lined his body from the rocks slicing against the skin. The dust settled as there was no movement seen by Jace, the Jedi stood there watching on. Dyne was under and when he realized where he was, inner rage began to flow. Feeling his nose was damaged the pain fueled his anger beyond limits of comprehension. He simply grinded his teeth thinking of a way to retaliate.
A wind blew eriely around the place where Dyne was buried. The Sith was under there, concentrating on the Dark Side. It seemed as if he was a artifact that was buried there for ages. Dyne moved his hand a bit and clinched his fist, crushing some rocks and pebbles under his grip. His sabres was next to him and deactivated, Dyne slid his hand over slowly and grabbed the hilts. Closing his eyes, Dyne let the powers of Darkness flow freely. He blocked out the blood and cuts from his mind temporarily. Sending the pain sensations into his anger pool to make his adrenaline blaze.
The trees were sweeping back and forth as a gale of wind swept by the area. As Warren and Phantom continued to fight, Dyne and Jace were engaged in their battle. Suddenly, a surge of power and anger bursted out of the Sith Knight. He grabbed the hilts of his two sabres and grippened them tightly. Dyne lifted up and let the Dark Side flow into his mind and body. Jace looked on, narrowing his eyes on the Sith while maintaining his stance. The rubble, roots, rocks, and sand began to shake as it tumbled towards the ground. Dyne let out a yell off the top of his lungs, letting all his rage and anger seep into the yell.
AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The pile simply bursted into all directions from a surge of energy. Up, down, left, and right it was flying everywhere. Jace's view was blocked as Dyne arose in the distance. The dirt and rocks came back down to the ground as the Sith was standing. Blood seeped through some of his cuts as it began to clot. As the dirt and sand came down, it fell beside Dyne as his eyes were narrowed and sparked purple from dark energies. He called forth the knowledge, wisdom, and power of the Dark Side. The air around him grew dense as it was saturated from the dark forces. He shaked his head and rotated it as sand fell towards the ground.
Having his sabres in his hand, Dyne looked back at the Jedi in the distance, the dust and dirt settleing around him. Both locked their eyes on each other closely and didnt even twich. He activated the sabres again and twirled them, having his retaliation planned. A sinister grin grew across his face as he looked at Jace. Dyne threw the sabres into the air. He clinched both of his fists as the force circled him. Dyne took the fists and brought the force down then slammed them into the planet. A force shockwave went in a beeline at Jace. It approached under him as the place shaked a bit, it suddenly stopped under the Jedi. The ground split open annd busted with energy in all directions. The force sent various sizes of rocks and Jace hurling into the air.
Dyne smirked and looked up at him as the lightsabres was coming down. He rushed and flipped up into the air, grabbing the sabres as they came down. Dyne went across as the sabres and Jace met in intersection. He swung them across, simply slashing him across the thighs on both legs. The Sith spun the sabres around and circled before bringing them across his chest and arms. The stench immediately filled the air when he brought the sabres onto Jace. Blood came seeping through the newly formed gashed in his skin. Dyne came flying down and landed on his feet, back facing the Jedi as he landed on the ground with a grotesque and sickening thud. The rocks and dirt fell beside him and some onto his body.
He glanced over his shoulder before turning around. Dyne looked at Jace and wasnt finished yet with him. Rushing at his direction, he flipped up and came around in a reverse somersault. He locked his knee and came down on the Jedi's chest. The knee landed directly on his sternum knocking all signs of air out his lungs. Dyne grinned his teeth at the Jedi as the gasp came be heard from Jace. The gasp was rather quick and he immediately brought the other knee down as well. The second knee landed in his lower abdomen as it came hurling down. Jace was jolted upwards from the hit as Dyne sent his fist straight at his face. The fist connected on his face and with a snap, sent Jace back into the ground. His head landed on the ground with a sudden hit, sending a sharp pain into him.
Dyne got up and looked at Jace before flipping back with his sabres in hand. He noticied the cuts on his body had began to clot. The drying blood somewhat flaked off and stuck to the Sith's skin. He stood there as the wind flew through his hair and ripped attire. The pulsating sabres still gave off a light humming noise into Dyne's ear. He began to sway back and forth again, letting the Dark Side fuel his power and adrenaline. A line of blood dripped to the floor off his face as he grinned to himself. Keeping his concentration intact, while in a defensive position, Dyne looked at Jace with his cold glare. The moonlight shining down upon the battlefiled brightly as there were no clouds in sight.

Staggering to his feet, Jace's mouth twisted to an extensive frown. The Jedi coiled back down to his knees and assessed his injuries, which compassed from varied regions on his body. Large cuts and incisions intruded onto his chest, arms, and legs. His coverings where stained red and marinated with saturated blood.
Coughing up spit and blood, he reached for his lightsaber and plucked it from the ground. The green hue mellowed against his face as the Jedi held the weapon vertically upright. His hands gradually drifted away from the weapon's hilt, allowing it to hang in the air through the guidance and support of the Force. The blade began to decline so that it lay horizontally as a symbol of justice and strength. Jace's body deluged to the Force's will and admitted it to pacify his inner feelings.
Abruptly, his lightsaber twisted 360 degrees repeatedly so that it seemed to create a green disc of energy. It swiveled at a tremendous rate and bellowed a high wine of pure power. The Jedi's face shifted to earnest potency and his fist clenched as he maintained focus. Suddenly, his saber flew out at Dyne's direction.
The Sith Knight held his lightsaber firmly and lashed it out against the imminent threat. Jace's weapon simply turned from Dyne's blade and descended underneath it. The glowing blade's tip plowed incisively towards Dyne, causing small cuts to graze only the top of his skin. . Dyne grunted in pain as the rotating blade began to rise so that it nicked against his sternum and shoulders. Blood splattered against the trees and soil as the lightsaber twisted to strike at different angles.
Jace waved his hand to pull the weapon back but then shot his arm forward so that the lightsaber twisted completely around Dyne's form. Noticing the change in direction, Dyne turned on his heel and slashed his blade against Jace's weapon. The two blade's sizzled as sparks flew out into the air. The Jedi called his gleaming blade back to his hand and switched it off. Dyne, a few meters away, gurgled blood from out of his mouth as he began to loose his stance. Feeling drained, Jace outstretched his hand and delivered a Force push to his enemy. Dyne rocketed through the air and slammed against a pine tree. His body collapsed against the ground in a loud thud.
Jace heaved a few sighs of distress as his concentrated on healing his wounds with what little time he had left before Dyne tried to attack again.

:: Slowly the Jedi got to his feet, letting the pain seep over his ribs and other injured parts as he moved forward with a purpose. Grinning slightly he rushed at the Sith letting his sabers drop to his side as he ran, Phantom was quick to realize the Jedi's intention and brought his sabers up to block him. It was too late though, while heading towards him Warren launched one of his ignited sabers over the Sith's shoulder. As Phantom dodged the flying saber Warren had reached him and they met in a flurry of sparks. Saber blocked Saber as neither Jedi or Sith would give in, it wasn't until phantom heard the whistling of a saber behind him. He had totally forgotten about Warren's first saber and had thought he just missed, never did he guess that his true intention was boomeranging the saber. Slightly he turned only in time to dodge the saber coming at his head, taking it in the side instead he feel to the floor. Catching the saber in his hand again Warren grinned, the sith should have known a Jedi would never let his weapon go for no reason ::

Dyne got to his knee slowly kicking some dirt up as well, his skin was smoking a bit from his sabre. He looked around as his wounds were cauterized from the beam. There was some blood on his shoulders and other sabre entry locations. The tree fell apart and landed on the ground behind him He slowly got to both his feet and looked at Jace in the distance while rotating his neck. The darkness and adrenaline continued to surge within him. Dyne summoned the force around him as the Jedi tended to his wounds. Closing his eyes for a second, he concentrated and thrusted his palms forward. Using the Force Pull, Jace began to drag along the dirt, narrowing in on Dyne. The Sith kept his force intact and pulled him closer by the second as Jace attempted to go back.
Dyne grinded his teeth and sprinted at Jace in force speed. Before he could retaliate, Dyne flipped up into a somersault. He brought the metal heel of his boot around in a perfect circular pattern. The first boot landed in his gut, sending him backwards while his eyes widened from pain. The second came around switftly in one fluid motion. While arching back, he slingshot his foot straight into his chin, bringing his weight and force into the kick. A sickening sound can be heard as the boot landed on his chin hard. His mouth jolted shut and the Jedi's neck snapped back quickly. The kick sent a shockwave of pain into the Jedi's spinal column. Jace went back into the air and landed on the ground with a large thud as Dyne came down on his feet.
As soon as the dust settled around Jace, Dyne could see some of his blood seep through the wounds, but ignored it for the time being. Rotating his neck slowly, Dyne quickly grabbed his shoulders. He flipped Jace over and sent him flying into the line of trees. Jace was sent through the air and right into the trees crashing. The Jedi was bent in a curve pattern backwards along his back as the hit instantly knocked all the air out his lungs. Dyne got to his feet again and looked at Jace slide down and fall to the ground. Parts of the tree including its branches, fell on top of him as they rolled off and landed to the ground. He went and picked up his sabres again, twirling them around before looking at Jace. Dyne got into a defensive stance as usual and grinned.

Jace Darklighter
Apr 18th, 2001, 08:27:25 PM
Clods of dirt and loose twigs clambered down the pile of vegetation as Jace's hand spurted up from the pile with an emphasized struggle. Next, his head poked through to glare back at Dyne. The Jedi's jaw dropped a few centimeters, allowing unbound mud and sand to drain from his mouth along with clumps of dried blood. Strings of saliva streamed down the corners of his mouth, blemishing the normal clear color to resemble a mixture of brown and red. His other arm pulled free from the restricting restrains off the branches. Jace slowly arose from the pile and stepped out into the clearing.
The Jedi's clothing was soiled with dirt and blood. His expression remained calm and composed, despite the uncomfortable appearance. Slowly, he brought his hand up a few inches and opened his palm. The rattling of leaves was heard from off to the side. Like a faithful pet answered the call of his master, his lightsaber sprung from the ground and settled firmly into his grasp. The weapon blazed a greenish tint as it ignited into a brilliant dynamism of color.
Dyne stood in a defensive position, all the while casting a smirk of contempt towards Jace. Bending down slightly, he dashed forward. His lightsaber curled into a wide arc as it looped overhead towards Dyne. The Sith Knight answered with a quick reply by adjusting his blade upward for a sudden block. The Jedi pivoted on his heel and sent his weapon in a horizontal thrust. Again, the Sith Knight stepped to the side and knocked his blade against the other saber. Sending his blade upward, Jace feinted for an attack at Dyne's shoulder. The Jedi's blade stopped in mid air, and instead, he knocked his hilt against Dyne's face.
Seeing his opportunity to attack again, he angled his blade at a vertical slant to graze the top of Dyne's knees. He bent over, enraged by the new injury. Jace lowered his right hand and snatched up a good-sized rock from the ground. With a look of disdain, he rammed the rock up against the side of Dyne's head. The Sith toppled to the ground with a thud.
Backing away a few steps, he suspected Dyne would wake up in just a few moments with a throbbing headache. When anger was involved with these corrupt creatures, they seemed a tough bunch to eradicate. With his added link of the Force, he wouldn't be down too long.
Trying to control his breath, his right hand gently touched his forehead. The Jedi's mind concentrated on peaceful thoughts and caused a slow healing to take place against his past wounds.
Dyne Darkforce
Apr 19th, 2001, 02:22:50 PM
Dyne grinded his teeth as the pain streaked across his forehead. It throbbed slightly before dissipating into nothing. He didn't move for a few moments, but glanced from the corner of his eyes as Jace was behind him. A cool breeze ran across the top of his body, running across Dyne's head. Dyne was facing the ground and suddenly spun around in a roundhouse. Taking the Jedi by a slight surprise, the Sith spun his foot around in perfect circumference. The foot slammed on the side of his knee cap, sending him hurling into the air. Jace went up a few feet before coming down on his back with a rather large thud. Dirt immediately lifted up into the air and into a cloud. Dyne grinned and placed the palm of his hands behind his head. He pressured it and flipped into the air, landing on his feet. The dust settled as he looked back at Jace, who was on the ground. Flipping back, Dyne looked at the gear on his knee cap, as there were abrasions on it. Some smoke still rose into the air from the strike. Running his hand across his cheek, Dyne wiped the blood off before smirking.
As Jace got up, Dyne was already coming at him with his sabres in hand. Dyne slid to a stop and brought his foot around to impact on Jace's side. Jace stopped the foot with his lightsabre hilt, and looked back at Dyne. Dyne jumped up slightly and brought the foot straight into the Jedi's kidney section. He heard a grotesque sound given off by Jace, as the Jedi stepped back several feet, holding the impact site. Jace coughed, as the blood spewed out his mouth. Dyne landed on the ground, and quickly got to his feet again. Jumping around from foot to foot, he was in his martial arts rhythm. Bringing his lightsabres into a twirl, Dyne sprinted at Jace again. The sabres pulsated and hummed lightly into the Sith's ear. The air was left unsettled by Dyne as he sped on in Force enhanced speed.
The Dark Side flowed freely within him as he came a few feet away from Jace. Holding his hand to the side, it was saturated with Force power. The fist glowed a black, as the Dark Side took over. The Sith sent the fist forward in a thrust, slamming it into his gut yet again. A black spark was let off of Gravija concentrated energy. Jace bent inwards slightly and closed his eyes for a split second. As the Jedi opened his eyes, Dyne jumped perpendicular to Jace, in a barrel spin. His hair fluttered around, as Dyne brought both feet into a 360 arc. The boots landed hard upside Jace's head. The first foot, sending his head downwards as the connection wasn't hard. The second boot slammed into his head and sent him face first to the floor. Jace landed right on his nose when making impact to the ground. Dyne came down on the ground with his palms, his simply thrusted himself back to the air and onto his feet.
Dyne went back to a distance from Jace, spirals of blood flowed down his cheek and neck. The pain was used simply to anger him more. He brought the anger and rage into to make him unify to the Dark Side ever more. A smirk appeared over his face as he slightly started to walk around Jace. He spit to the ground, retaining the yellow and orange sabres firmly in the palm of his hands. Jumping around Jace, he began to get back into his martial arts rythmn again. He narrowed his eyes upon Jace, who was now covered in dust clouds and idle. Dyne's hair fluttered slightly in the wind as he moved around. The adrenaline and Dark Side began to surge yet again. He awaited for the Jedi to get up to his feet. Dyne began to plan his next array of maneuvers on Jace. Keeping his defensive stance up, he called upon the Dark Side to empower him.
Jace Darklighter
Apr 23rd, 2001, 09:43:11 PM
Good met evil in a violent clash of blood, flaring the constant competitions to new levels. The clash of the two forces raged on as the Jedi Knight battled with Sith Knight, Dyne. Cursed with anger, hate, and selfishness, the powers of darkness flooded Dyne's heart. The rivals fought valiantly, each to his own code and belief. Sabers clashed and blood engulfed the soils of life with death. The weather roared in defiance to the planet's loss of life. Lightening echoed from the skies and stung the ground with burning flares that swallowed up the forest with fire. Branches, trees, and vegetation swarmed up into nothingness as it polluted the night sky with ash.
The Jedi's saber angled in distinct slashes, rhythm following through each action by his own link with the Force. Hand to hand, weapon against weapon, it made no difference. Each was determined to stand victorious over the other. The heat around them propelled to enormous magnitudes, causing them to perspire and soak their tunics. Jace followed through with multiple attacks against Dyne, each move causing Jace to grunt painfully from Dyne's previous retaliations against the Jedi. Blood soaked from both combatants into everything they touched. The end seemed near. Only Force users could have survived this long without literally falling apart. Finally, after their strengths began to relinquish the fire swarmed and separated them both. Each was forced to back away, but the two kept their gazes fixed on each other's eyes.
"This is not the end, Dyne. You and I will meet again."
Jace directed his lightsaber at the Sith Knight's distant form as he spoke.
Dyne Darkforce
Apr 24th, 2001, 12:01:23 AM
Dyne returned his gaze and pointed the lightsabre in his hand back at Jace. The sabre pulsated slowly amongst the ash filled air. Lightning streaked across the sky all around them as thunder claps followed. The lightning bolts lit up the sky every so often, as rain was too come soon, but still was far. Their fight was one of good proportions and it was ended from natural occurrences. The fire was blazing across everywhere as ashes and flames made the visibility very low. Even as Force users, sometimes nature made it ever harder. Dyne coughed a bit, as did Jace, the two men quickly left the battlefield into the shadows. They would meet again in the future, he shall battle Jace again someday. For now, they must retreat for their own well-being. Dyne decided to head back to the HQ, to see his Master about the fight. He had to report to Master Dara on what happened between him and Jace. She would decide on what he did was good or not. Dyne made his way through the ground quickly, with his Force enhanced speed. He jumped over fallen branches and trees as well as large rocks. Crackling noises can be heard, as the orange blaze swept across the ground. The place was swallowed as Lord Phantom and Warren had exited earlier. Dyne's wounds were temporarily put to the side, as the Dark Side still prevailed within him.
