The broke man walked the streets of Corusant, his jacket rustling lightly as he walked briskly down the crowded sidewalk. Avolon bumped into a man, simingly by the other's mistake. The man apoligised and was on his way.

He came to a flight of Durasteel stairs, leading to a hotel lobby, he jumped the three steps in a single leap. It was a humble abode, as far as Corusant hotels went. All the buisnesses on this planet seemed to be fascinated with pretty lights and sparkles galore. His eyes burned from the annoying lights before he put on his polarised sun glasses. It was odd that in most buildings on Corusant you had to where protective eye glasses while outside the shadows provided from the buildings blocked almost all sunlight. He got to the front counter and ringed the tiny bell, which had a sparkle all it's own. In a moment an air head nineteen year old college man came to the front, he wore a gocky red uniform.

"Good morning, welcome to Paradise Grove Hotels!" The young man announced.

"Save me the formalities, kid." Avolon said as he waved his hand to make his point, "A room, a small one."

"How small, sir?"

Avolon with a roll of his covered eyes made a measurement with his hands.

"I don't think you can fit in that, sir."

Avolon held his head as he shook it. His brain felt numb while dealing with the scrambled brains.

"Not too big, not too small, juuuust right." Avolon said in a patronising voice.

"Like Goldilocks?" The younger man asked.

"Yeah, like Goldilocks." He said with a shake of the head.

The other man looked to a computer monitor and found a free room. He turned back.

"Room 1501, 100th Floor."

Avolon placed his thumb on a fingerprint recorder as per norm. All he would have to do is put his thumb on the door lock and it'd open for him and him alone. This hotel's brilliant security measure is what peaked Avolon's interest.

"How would you like to pay, sir?" The man asked.

"Later." Avolon said with a smeark as he went to his assigned room......

Lance Casey

A high rise apartment building. The rooms are the most advanced in the galaxay as well as the most elegant. To get a loft here was mighty expensive. And for Lance Casey, the price was his only mode of transpertation, his Vampire. But Casey does not partake in the many things this house has. Noe he chooses to stay in the dark and watch the transports and hover vehicles go by. It has not been easy for him since reclaiming his life. Most of his friendships were destroyed, save for the with his former master Sage, and many friendships had to be destroyed when he returned. Suddenly, Casey hears a scream in the streets below. He knows it's not his problem, the jedi should deal with it. But that has never been Casey's way. He walks over to his closet and puts on his black shirt and long black coat. He grabs a blaster and almost reaches for his Light Saber, but pulls his hand away.

"I'm not ready for it yet."

Casey goes to the window and jumps on top of one of the transports, then to another, another and another until he has made his desent to the bottom level.

Vega Van Derveld

Leaning against the the brick corner of the street, Vega surveyed the scene. There was bound to be havok to wreak here, and if there was, Vega would be taking part in the wreaking. Arms crossed over his chest, he tapped his foot impatiently.

(Need something to do..)

Looking to the large buildings surrounding him he pondered for a moment. There was another force user in the area. One Vega was not familiar with. But who? He needed to catch the persons attention. Attacking someone would definetly do that. If they were Jedi, they'd come to help the innocent. If they were Sith, they'd come to help Vega.

A speeder moved past at a slow speed, driven by a middle age man, with a woman sitting beside him. A slight grin came to Vegas face as he held his right hand out infront of his body. The speeder stopped and began to shake from side to side. The passengers whailed in fight as the transport rolled over tossing them both onto the road.

Whoops..

Moving a few paces forward the Knight looked down at the wide-eyed citizens, spinning the sleek hilt of Seraphim in his hand.

Avolon put his thumb on the small pad in front of him. His head was slightly spinning from the turbo lift up. The stabilizers on it must have been broken because it didn't compensate well for the G-Forces. As the door slid open Avolon step in with a sigh.

He had to lower his glasses to make sure this was real. He calls this "just right"? I don't want to know what's "big". The room expanded grandly, a class act this room was. What a view. The city was marvelous, that was for sure. The sun setting below the skyline.

As Avolon hit the first place he always hit in a hotel, the minibar, he noticed a pay box. What a clever addition. To get at the booze you had to pay up front with a credit in the coin slot, it stopped skip outs you would run out on a bill. Avolon took out his credit pouch, he had it in his jacket.........

Oh @!#$

It was gone. That punk! That guy he bumped into on the street, he must have took it! That son of a... He plopped down on the couch, hoping that the coming nightfall would hold greater advantages.

Avolon stood on the balcony, it has a Transparasteel bubble to stop someone from accidently falling off, or commiting suicide. Suicides did not make good buisness. But there had been installed an emergency override, in case of fire. The bubble would go back in it's hatch and the saftey ladder would lower to an escape shuttle, somewhat like a life raft. Avolon was told by a local informant that the emergency button didn't activate any alarms, that they could only be activated by the fire detection system. However the override was manual.

He had returned to his ship and retrieved his nessecary tools under cover of night. His 'droid beeped beside him, ready to activate the emergency system override. Avolon threw a small backpack over his shoulders, tied the knots, and knelt down. He grabbed a small device from the ground. He pushed the odd little machine against the wall of the building. The machine began to work, it unleashed it's hatch, uncovering it's suction and holding devices. It dug deep into the wall, securing it safely. Avolon tied the a cord from the device onto his belt, pulling it snug.

Avolon looked to his 'droid as he took a deep breath.

"Hit it." Avolon ordered.

The Astromech did as told and the bubble shunted aside. Avolon climbed over the balcony and onto the overhang. He started to lower himself slowly down the building.....
