:Walks into the Imperial bank:

:p laces a briefcase on the ground near a table in the crowded bank and turns one of the locks. He then looks at his watch and realizes what time it is and leaves the bank without his brief case. He sees a good friend:
Hello Frank
Frank: Hey captin
Dexea:you going to the bank
Frank:yep gonna make a deposit
Dexea:really have a good time
:watches the man go inside. Dexea notices something in the corner of his left eye. it was a vehicle, a police veihcle. Dexea walks up to the officer and askes for directions. Just then a very large explosion takes place behind Dexea. Dexea leaves with a smile when the officer gets out. Dexea knew he had just killed many innocent civilians:

[Avolon Bisel]

Avolon is having a smoke while reading the Daily News on his DataPad. He sits casually on a bench, enjoying the day. The bank next to him is an easy hit somewhat.... Maybe one day he could rob the place once they lighten up on security.

The explosion hit hard knocking civilians on their backs that wonder the sidewalk. Seeing a curious man with a uneasy pep in his step, Avolon raises up. He wasn't blind. The man went in with a briefcase, he didn't come out with one. Safety Deposit Boxes usually don't come that large, and something about this guy told him he didn't have something to "save". He was scared in the back of his mind, Avolon knew. Over the years as both a NR Lt. and now a free lance criminal he could smell fear. Just one of the many perks of living on the streets for so long.

Knowing there would be reward money involved if he could be proved guilty, Avolon trots after him. After the man notices him Bisel wastes no time. He sprints after the man. If he ran, he was guilty. If he stayed, Avolon had a few questions for him.
