Zorin Hexes

Captain Hexes brushed back his hair, gazing silently from the main view port of the Imperial Star Destroyer 2, Vengeance. Behind the massive ship, four Fire-Class Light Frigates made their slow approach. Coruscant was indeed a beautiful world... It was a shame that some of it was about to be destroyed - Even if it was an enemy installation.
"Ensign," Hexes began, turning his attention to a considerably younger man at the navigation controls, "alert me when we are within range of the embassies."
"Yes, sir."
Zorin smiled and turned to the young woman who manned the controls in the crew pit. "What word have we recieved from the frigates?"
"All ships have repoted in. They are armed, and battle-ready, sir. I took the liberty of requesting are current data from Coruscant on both the The Sith Order and The Empires embassies. They have been reported to be fully staffed. Approximately 46 civilians are also present within the attack radius."
"You impress me, Ensign," His eyes showed a gleem of satisfication, "I'll remember your intiative once mission debriefing begins."
"Captain, we are now within firing range." The young man at the navigation controls looked up at him, apparently dissapointed in his own lack of tact. It could have been him who had earned Zorin's notice...
"Accuracy report?" Zorin shot at him, more of a cold comand than a question.
"At current range the computer reports a possibility of 92.5% accuracy."
"Please keep me informed, Ensign. I shouldn't have had to ask you."
The young man stayed quiet for a moment, turning his head to the central view port. "Yes, sir..."
"Thank you..." Zorin breathed deeply, looking one last time to the planet just slightly below his ship. "Transmit Message: All Fire-Class Light Frigates, you may begin your attack when ready. Bombardment Turbolasers only; We want to assure that there are as few civilian casualitiesas possible. Transmission Over."
Picking up speed, the Fire-Class Light Frigates Fire XXXII, Fire XXXIII, Fire XXXIV, and Fire XXXV, began their attack pattern. Scrambling over the area in a flashy show of grace, the Bombardment Turbolasers opened fire, short burst after short burst striking at directly their targets. All communications within the attack perimeter went down, cutting off the two installations from the outside world. Below on the Diplomatic Section of Coruscant, two smaller buildings burst into a shower of durasteel and rock. Their Comm Centers had been rapidly, and very methodically, destroyed.
"Report?" Zorin called to the girl in the crew pit, still staring at the fireworks show before him.
"Both installations' communications have been 'jammed,' sir. At current range, accuracy for the Fire-Class Light Frigates is 99.7%. Accuracy for the Vengeance... Reporting 99.5%."
