I'm having problems with my pics...can someone help?

First off I have a cool he-man pic under my name and because of some technical problem it doesn't appear, it work for about five posts and suddenly it didn't work anymore. I change the size a couple of times and nothing. And now my lenny kravitz pic in my sig isn't working??? Any suggestion?
