website design help?

Ack...I usually post here under a different name, but I don't want everyone to think I'm some kind of dummy! I'm trying to convince one of my friends that he needs a more simple layout for his page. He runs a big business, but still, it's waaaaaaay too complicated for the little folks (Namely me) to figure out. Do you like it the way it is, or do you as well think a more simplistic layout would be for the best? Auuuugh! Links! Links everywhere! Some links repeated elsewhere, but some are not! I have to look at each list of links to make sure there isn't something different. I don't mind if they have a small set of links in the sidebar which match the links spread around the main page, but there's links everywhere I look. Most confusing, I agree.
