OT--Asking for prayers

Hey guys, sorry to burden you with this, but my girlfriend's going in for an operation tomorrow -- more a preventative measure than anything else, and shouldn't be life threatening, but anytime there's general anesthesia...

Well anyway, I'm asking for anyone who prays to pray for her to make it safely through tomorrow.

Kind of off subject (sorry DOc) but I encourage everyone to pray and pray daily .I pray atleast 2 times daily.Its amazing how good it makes you feel.Hey Im an awlful christian ,I say bad things and thing bad things But I know the lord is always there to forgive and answer my prayers,and he will anyone reading this.

Well said Buff. Praying really does make you feel better, as if you got someone else looking out for you, others now. Admittedly, I don't do it enough, but when I do, they're usually answered.

Thanks guys. Much appreciated. She's in recovery now and has made it through the operation safely -- although in a lot of pain.

Thanks for all your prayers, guys. She just got back from the doctor's for a follow-up and everything is healing fine. She still gets some pain -- but that's to be expected. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. I know they helped.

Yes, Buff, thanks for asking. She's healing pretty quickly, and should be returning to work next weekend.
