Damn these POTJ Prices

Sigh....seen quite a few POTJ figures I wouldn't mind getting ahold of, the Speeder Bike Driver, new Leia, Vader, Porkins, etc....but at $6.74+ a piece I'm still not buying. I was at the mall doing X-Mas shopping on Saturday and saw the SW Guys, they're cool and all but not for that price, so for $0.14 more I bought a few more 2 Packs of the new G.I.Joe figures, can't beat twice the figures at the same price(especially when they're higher quality).

Damn you Hasbro...lower the price and I bet these things will sell in droves.

Your willpower would save me tons of $$. I've heard of some stores lowering their prices to $4-$5. There's the price range these figures SHOULD be at. This must be a great time to be a Joe collector!

Nah, just annoyed at Hasbro for not lowering the prices after a lot of the TPM excess had so much trouble selling, even without the Commtech chips!

Besides I just assume add to my G.I.Joe collection, the new HISS 3 tank just came out, for only $10 you get a classic and awesome Joe vehicle with a fig....wonder how many I'll buy :)

High prices and lack of availability have effectively put me out of the collecting hobby. It's not that I'm choosing to boycott or anything; I just haven't found anything for 4+ months. Pretty pathetic that I want, nay I'm BEGGING, to spend my money and I can't.;)

i hear your crys.
i was at my local target and found them for $5.05 with not a single potj figures on the rack. plus price varies from target to target, so ive been seeing them for 6.79 at other targets. i hate target for having different prices. plus all the good ones are always gone. so far ive been chilling on collecting and spend my extra cash on beer and girls.....BEER GOOD.
but anyways im sure the potj prices will go down. im patiently waiting for that day.

I just went to a mall today and I was looking around and they were selling figures for $1.99! I got an Adi Gallia and a Jedi Padawn Anakin. But they had all this huge stuff, Yoda's Cave, Vader and his sphere tank, Scene diaramas and all this stuff from the release of the original trilogy a few years ago were $4.99. It was a joke how cheap those things were going for.
