Luke Rendar or Dash Skywalker figure?

I found this figure. It seems to be basewd on the Dash Rendar figure. Has anybody ever seen one like it? Is it worth anything?

I don't recognize it. It's either a very bizarre bootleg or a custom figure. The best part of it is the art on the back of the card. Because it's most likely a custom card it's worth whatever you're willing to pay for it. But don't expect anyone else to share your opinion of the figure. If you pay $30 bucks some might say you overpaid by $25, others might say you'd gotten a bargain. I'd be inclined to say you overpaid, but that's just my opinion.

I don't think I'd pay anything for it, but that's just my opinion as well...on the other hand, if you like custom figs, go for it.

Someone just stuck a random figure inside an already discarded Luke Skywalker card to try to increase the price it seems. Did a good job though.

The figure is store bought though. Not fan-made. I got this figure, with a bunch of other bootleg figures, including a Watto, with "attach them yourself" wings, at a store here in Germany.
They looked like they had all been molded off the real figures. They are badly painted. Even the cards are reprints.
