Windu and Yoda figures.

My parents just came back from Calgary today and they went to this comic book store, they talked to the guy there. He sold them a Mace Windu figure and a yoda figure, both 3 1/2. The Mace figure is the Episode 1 sneak peak figure, and the yoda is the normal Episode one version, with his council chair. The Yoda was $32.95 and the Mace was $20.95, are these figures that valuable?

Your parents got ripped off. With some patience you could have found both of those figures on ebay for under $20, COMBINED! You might have even found better prices at some of the online retailers who sponsor sites like www.rebelscum.com or www.yakface.com . Comic book stores are never a good place to get SW figures. Just about every SW toy they sell you is an item they scalped from a local WalMart or TRU and they're selling it to you at a ridiculous mark up. Sorry.

$52 dollars for 2 figures that were often found at times found at clearance prices in the U.S is decent price?! How I pity you poor Canadian collectors sometimes. :(

That's what I'm talking about! Those figures are out there and can be found cheaply. ebay isn't a bad place to look because you probably have some people trying to unload their EP1 stuff.

I paid Canadian, and I am Canadian. Well even if they over paid, I'm still happy to have them in my collection. Thanks guys.
