Well CCnet instituted a 'rule' that everyone browsing had to post 1 new topic.

That went pretty well for a while - until the server got full.

Yeah I haven't been for a few days...and most of the topics are still the same. Whats up with that? A few months ago a topic would stay up for maybe 2 days.

And I violated it repeatedly. No way I was posting some useless post due to some useless rule. :)

In other news, Battlefield Earth hs opened in Australia, and look set to disappear rather quickly (yeah, we hate it too). :)

Problem with a rule like that is you get quantity over quality.

True, but you also might get stuff worth respondidng to that you might now get otherwise.

Of course it'a not really a RULE. There's no sanction for not posting anything.
