I was just curious whatevery body's favorite holiday movie is? I have difficulty chosing one so I will list my top 5
5 Jingle All the Way
A very funny movie that actually shows how some people act around the holiday.
4 Christmas Vacation
Another funny movie with Chevy Chase dealing with the problems of high stress around the holiday season.
3 Its Wonderful Life
The most famous christmas film of all time and morelikely than not it is shown every christmas
2 The Santa Clause
I loved this movie partly because it is really funny (Tim Allen does a great job). Also there is more too it because it deals with a father trying to be with his son
finally my favorite
1. Scrooge
It came out in 1971 staring Albert Finney as the infamous Ebenezer Scrooge and a Pre Obi-Wan Kenobi performance by Alec Guiness as Jacob Marley. I think it is the most underrated version of the dickens classic and I think I got hooked on as a kid. Its a musical too which makes it different but its not like Grease but more in the musical tradition of Sound of Music. Still it has become my favorite holiday film.

In no particular order;

A Christmas Story
"You'll shoot your eye out kid!"

It's A Wonderful Life
"Ma..Ma..Ma..Mary, are you on the nest?"

Scrooged
Cross "Something you nail someone to."

A Charlie Brown Christmas
That sad looking X-Mas tree just breaks your heart doesn't it?

Its gotta be a Christmas Story, I love that movie! Gotta watch it every year. "you'll shoot your eye out!"

A few others of note.

The Muppets X-Mas Carroll, very cute movie.

'It's A Wonderful Life' would be my pick.

Funnily enough it was never originally intended as a Christmas movie, it just ended up that way.

Its a Wonderful Life...

A Christmas Story (although it is played on TV so often that it gets kinda old...)

A Christmas Carol with George C. Scott... My personal favorite version

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer... I love the train with square wheels :P

A Christmas Story - Was watching this today during a Christmas party, pretty cool (never seen the whole thing)

A Christmas Carol - Just about any version of this one, actually.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas - Not the new one, the old one narrated by Boris Karloff.

A Charlie Brown Christmas - Gotta love the Peanuts gang in just about anything.

And I love just about all of those Christmas stopaction movies, lots of fun to watch.

The Nightmare before Christmas. OK, not exactly a real movie, but still feature length. :)

I'll have to go with Tim Burton's Christmas trilogy:
Edward Scissorhands
Batman Returns
The Nightmare Before Christmas
