The A-Team movie

According to Coming Attractions the A-Team movie is a go they have hired a director Kevin Brodbin whose only credit is the 1996 film Glimmer Man staring Steven Segal. And acording to a scooper they are working on casting as we speak here is the scoop


"In the midst of all the recent A-Team buzz, even more juicy tid-bits seem to be storming into our scooping compound. As this project appears to be picking up speed, we've managed to uncover what very well may be a few possible yet solid casting potentials for this resurrected television to big-screen feature. From what we've heard, Brendan Fraser, Taye Diggs, Mel Gibson, and Owen Wilson may be the new and improved members of the elite squadron. But wait, there's more...at this stage of the game, Bosnia may be the top spot for the film's backdrop."

I love the idea of Mel Gibson in the film probably playing Hannible, I am guessing Taye Diggs would play B.A unless they are going with a white B.A. Fraser and Wilson I have no clue which one they would play either one of them could play Murdock or Face. Hopefully we will get an answer in a few days.

Thats true reaper ,I know they made him out to be taller ,and bigger in the green mile(than he really is )BUT DAMN that son of a gun is HUGE anyway .and he is the only one in hollywood that I could think of to take MrT's place.
If tye diggs or brandon Fraiser was to come up to me and say Hey fool!!! Id slap em.If duncan clark or MrT (at the time) said that to me Id go YES SIR I AM!BA has to be intimidating.(but yes to get back to what you said It would be hard to imaging him saying that(sorry bout the rambling :(

I actually like the idea of an A-Team movie as long as it does not stink. I enjoyed the A-Team as a kid and feel if they get the right cast they could make a great action film which is what the TV series really was just a light action with some comedy mixed in. I think Mel Gibson would make a great Hannible but I do disagree with the casting of the other parts I do not think the actor they are casting for B.A. I would rather have Ving Rhimes or Michael Duncan Clarke this actor does not seem big enough to pull it off. For Face and Murdock I am not really sure, the actor that plays Murdock would have be a comedian of sorts I guess they could hire Ben Stiller or somebody else of similar stature. Face would just have to be good looking I've heard Pullman's name mentioned before but I am sure they could fine somebody else who is just as qualified.
