What's your favorite 10 scores of all time? I mean scores, not soundtracks. Someone puts up Top Gun and Force frying pans will be flying all over the place. Here is my list:
1) Star Wars (Critics may call it derivitive, but it's a film score, it's SUPPOSE to be derivitive you morons! The title explodes on the screen, the music fills the theater, and I'm in Nerd Nirvana...
2) Jaws (Damn Williams and Spielberg, I had trouble sleeping the first time I saw. The damn music kept haunting me...)
3) Empire Strikes Back (Vader's Theme, Yoda's Theme)
4) Batman (No camp allowed! It was edgy, it was dark, it was perfect. Thank you Burton and Elfman.)
5) Pyscho
6) ROTJ (The music begins to pick up the tempo, Luke jumps off the gang plank, the music explodes as he catches the saber and once again I'm in Nerd Nirvana.)
7) Raiders of the Lost Ark

10) Once Upon a Time in The West

11) Halloween (Yes Halloween, the music was damn creepy and that "kill, kill, kill, kill" scared the beegezus out of me.)
