haha, eww...

Speaking of pool, though, I'm enjoying my longest winning streak ever :)

Since last Friday, I have won 25 straight games against 5 different opponents. I just need more competition, more people to beat.

You'll play a HELL of alot of pool in college. I know I have. I've had days where a couple of buddies and I would waste the whole day away shooting pool.

I haven't played in ages. I use to love it. My dad use to hustle people when he was younger. Even in his 60's he can still shoot a great game. My idiot brother-in-law once brought one of his buddies in to shoot my old man down once. The guy had his own stick and he and my brother in law were talking up a storm. After couple of hours the guy started to get the best of us was doing pretty well. My dad finally got fed up, looked my brother in law in the eye and told him watch what a real pool player can do. He practically ran the table on the guy for two games straight and basically shut everybody up. Everybody except me that is. I kept telling my brother in law to start hanging around some pool halls and so he could find himself a better ringer.

My next house will have a nice billard room. That's the one room of the house have any say in decorating. I'll let the wife have the rest of the house, but I'm getting my billard room!

Amen to that!!

We have a table here, so I play every day generally, usually by myself of course because I don't have friends over EVERY day, only 3 to 4 days per week and not all of them feel like getting killed at pool yet again. ;)

I hope I play lots of pool in college, that'd be nice.

Nah I can't take any dick off classes, haha. I don't even think LMU offers many classes like that.

My streak came to an end at 27 wins in a row versus 7 opponents. :(

Bryan took a shot on the eight ball, missed, and it was literally one centimeter or less from scratching, but the eight ball was left near the corner pocket on the SAME side as the cue ball, if that makes sense, so because of the lip of the pocket, I had to try to bounce the cue ball off the opposite wall, then into the eight ball, and the way we play, if you miss everything (table scratch), you lose if you're shooting on the eight of course. So, I had a pretty damn nice shot considering, but it was probably an inch off and I lost. That is such a stupid, frustrating way of losing my streak.

I think that's utter BS, but I'll get another streak going.

I play table scratch rules also. Yeah, that's a tough way to see a streak end, but all streaks must eventually end. :(

Yeah to lose on a technicality is a bit sad, really. I'd kind of rather have my @$$ kicked! Lol. That way at least I could say, "Wow, yeah, he really cleaned the floor with me that game, didn't miss a shot and I was just blown away." Instead, I can still say in 28 games I have not actually been defeated by my opponent hitting the eight ball in, though I did lose the last game. :)

I would personally say I have not been beaten in 28 games, but I did lose the last game. I don't consider it a real victory when I lose because my opponent scratches, either. That's just a default win, which is technically a win, but I prefer to win honestly...
