Episode II Voice Actors Needed...

Okay made you look, but in all actuality it is true. I'm trying to help cast a fanfilm which is basically Episode II, built by hardcore star wars fans like yourself.

If you would like to be a part of this film, reply to this message. These are the parts I currently need to get cast right away, but more and more character voices are needed as the animation department keeps on working.

NEEDED CHARACTERS:
Mace Windu (male voice)
Jar JAr (anyone who thinks they can do it.)
Boss Nass (anyone who thinks they can do it.)
Aura Sing (female voice).

You don't need to be an experienced actor or anything, you just need to be able to read and record .wav files.

If your interested, please rply to this message right away... and we can get you started right away...

BTW- I'm more interested in getting aura sing, and mace windu casted pronto.

If you don't think you want to do a voice job on this project, could you at least spread news of this to other boards you visit... we are having a hard time trying to find people for these roles.

To record wav files is really easy... all you have to do is plug a mic into your sound in port (most sound cards now have a little pictures of a mic under it.) If your using windows go into your accessories\entertainment folder from the task menu bar. And click on the Sound Recorder Icon. If you computer works like mine, click double click on volume on the lower righthand corner and uncheck the mute checkbox under Line In balance. Say the line, and record it. Then save it. There is your recorded .Wav file.

What it is? More information... you can click on the link in my first message to see what it is about. Really it is a script that was written by hardcore fans after Episode I based on rumors and speculation on what they wanted to see. It is being done by animation, no real actors or anything. The animation style is based on the Star Dudes/etc that was approved for the making. There are various actors already participating including Nathan PTH which is a really good actor for FanFilms. Any help you can provide will be great.

Great, but is there anyway you can cut out the background fuzz?

Check to make sure of these properties...

1. You mic isn't near a speaker.
2. In Control Panel, hit Sound in Media-Audio Tab, and under recording device, hit advanced. Make sure that the two things are set at full and the best.

this should help cut out that fuzz.
