Two different sites say they know the title for Ep 2. According to Episode X the title is The Rebellion Rise Forth. AINC has a differnet title The Shadow Falls. AICN claims their title is just a rumor while Episode X says they have the title. Theforce.net, today disputed both of these titles, saying that their sources says that no annoucement is eminent. First off I doubt Ep2 will be called The Rebeliion Rise Forth that title sounds stupid and makes no sense, since the rebellion won't occur till EP 3, now the Shadow Falls doesn't sound bad, I just doubt its the title even AICN says its only a rumor which makes me doubt it even more. Personally I doubt we will know the title until this summer at the earliest.

AICN normally says it is only a rumour

Well, I think a dead give away on "The Rebellion Rise Forth" is that it isn't even gramatically correct :)

And I usually don't put much stock in anything AICN says.

TRRF doesn't make any sense at all. Who knows if will even see a hint of the Rebellion in EP2 or EP3. All we may see is The Rise of the Empire. There's a decent EP3 title!

Isn't it obvious that some poor sap is trying to provide us with a little pre-episode 2
humor?

"Episode II: Better than Episode I...we promise!", would be good enough for me.

The rebellion mentioned in the supposed title is not the same one which occurs in the OT - it's one that brings about the fall of the Republic, led by Dooku. So it's perfectly feasible for it to be the title.

Feasible but still a lousy title.

The Shadow Falls I like a lot though.

As I said before, The Rebellion Rise Forth is not feasible simply because it isn't gramitcally correct.

To make it correct the title would have to be "The Rebellions Rise Forth" OR "The Rebellion Rises Forth"

Either the noun "Rebellion" has to be plural or the verb "Rise" has to be singular.

And either way it's a lousy title. :)

The word Forth doesn't have any flow.

:p

Plus, the Rebellion won't really rise until the Empire is established.

Right?

As another poster says this Rebellion deals with another one that arises challenging the republic Christopher Lee's character i think he is either a sith or working for Palpatine. Still even though it is plausable the title makes no sense and I doubt we will see it for EP 2.

Yep, that would have been me, then. ;-)

The Shadow Falls does sound good, imo. As others have pointed out AICN aren't exactly the most reliable source, but hopefully (for once) they're onto something.

According to the rumormill, btw, Lee's character is a Sith. His main role is the building of the droid army...and then making sure Obi Wan discovers it. Leading to the Clone Wars = leading to martial law = leading to the Empire.

The title used on the shooting script was "Jar Jar's Big Adventure" - so maybe Hart isn't that far off the mark. ;-)
