Would you like some topic tags for your forum? What kinds of tags would you like?

Football (American) is a must. Probably an NFL one and a college one.

NFL NHL NBA MLB are the four majors, then whatever you guys like in Europe. Velodrome? ;)

I'm already trying to figure out how to make one of those ;) but you're in the wrong forum for that!

If we're going with one per sport, we're all big on hockey and football, Liz is big into soccer (word use cringe), and we have some baseball fans. Motor sports are pretty popular, too.

Could get cluttered like that though. Would it be neater to have a few broader tags? One for US sports events, one for European sports events, one for world sports, etc? Or maybe "On the Pitch" and "Off the Pitch" to distinguish game/result threads from news/rules/sport politics threads?

Is there a way to track what thread icons get used and which ones are not? Then we could identify tags that could be redone or removed

Not that I'm aware of, no. It would just be a case of canvasing public opinion.

You can filter threads by their tags and see which ones were used the most I guess. :)

We could have an NFL tag and a Football tag. That's the way it should be.
