I've been looking around and like what I see here, I'd like to be a part of it. I'm specifically looking to join the Rebel Alliance *shakes fist at the Empire* and was interested in the Infliltrators. Anything specific I need to do?

If you're dead set on joining the Rebel Alliance, a rag-tag group of crazies set on getting themselves killed by scary Inquisitors, Big Ol' Star Destroyers, legions and legions of Stormtroopers and TIE fighters ranging from the short rangers to those really fast and deadly TIEs with three wings, head on over to the Rebel Alliance forum and read So You Want to Be a Rebel? Get yourself a backstory and idiosyncrasies, goals and motivations; maybe he doesn't like cheese, and the Empire force-fed him and his entire family that for a week, and now he's on a deadly cheese-based vendetta against the Empire. Or something not as silly. Whatever you want. Really, if it's written well, whatever you do gets a lot of leeway here. Work all that out, and set up an introduction thread, I suppose. There's others (JACE! JAAAAACE! WHERE ARE YOU, O REPOSITOR OF INFORMATION I ALWAYS FORGET!), who can tell you more than what I can, mainly because my mind is a sieve and information that isn't related to "Oh, this actress is purdy!"; "Commas, grammatically speaking, separate clauses and phrases, and aren't necessarily used where a person would pause speaking"; "Numenorean language, otherwise known as Adunaic, is based on bi and tri-consonantal word-stems, much like Hebrew and Arabic" seems to drain faster than light disappears into a black hole.

If you're looking to get started in SpecForce, I can probably help you out with that. Torrsk is the General in charge of SpecForce, so if you need orders, assignments, debriefing, dressing down, or someone to leave fur all over your couch, he's your guy.

I also play Major John Glayde. We've got a Marauder Corvette called the Novgorod which zooms around the galaxy doing pretty much anything the Alliance needs doing, and Glayde leads a motley assortment of soldiers and mercenaries (including Miss Tallen): think Mass Effect, and you'll be in the right ballpark.

On top of that, we're in the process of starting some activity on and around Corellia. This is starting off with an Alliance effort to liberate Duro, and will extend into an ongoing Rebels vs Imperials vs CorSec vs Black Sun vs Everyone Else tangled messy ongoing conflict thing on Corellian soil. The liberation of Duro involves a lot of sneaking and sabotage; and the more people we have involved in the Rebel cell on Corellia going forward, the better. If you want to jump in with the Duro stuff (which we haven't quite started yet), feel free to chime in at the discussion thread (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22877), and we'll work out how to get you taking part. :)
