Car Accident

So I just got in a collision today and I wanted to let you guys know that taking care of the paperwork might delay me from writing for a few days, or weeks, or whatever. I've spent most of the day filling out paperwork, calling my insurance, and trying to get everything done. This is the first real accident I have been in other than one fender bender bump that was insignificant.

I'm fine. Really sore, depressed, and a little sick to my stomach. Thankfully the accident was not my fault and was observed by a police officer who was driving behind me at the time. The other drive shot out of a two way stop sign intersection right in front of me and I T-Boned the every loving crap out of the side of his car. I was going downhill, on wet pavement, and the guy literally pulled out just before I entered the intersection. No chance of stopping in time. My car still drives apparently fine but the damage is likely to total it (Damage to bumper, hood, grill, side panels)

So just a heads up. I'm pretty sure I will be able to make it on now and then. We'll just have to see how I feel in the morning.

I'm been through it myself, so I know how it feels. Hang in there with the paperwork, and I hope that, if you have to work with an insurance agent from the other driver's insurance company, they end up being way smarter than the one I had to deal with.
