Frozen Synapse - It's like playing chess, but with rockets and machine guns

So if you've talked for me for a bit, you know I am a big turn based gamer fan. I am a die-hard X-COM junkie, and in that vein, I'd been hearing a lot of Frozen Synapse, which is a simultaneous turn based combat game, where both belligerents plan their moves in unison, and then get to see how each set of moves interacts with each other. It's very cyberpunky and a bit like TRON with guns. More importantly, it's very forgiving on system specs. Even my no-games laptop can run it just fine.

What's even better? You can upload videos of your matches to youtube and troll your slain enemies over social media.

So basically what I am saying is that Frozen Synapse is awesome. Also Chris enjoys gentle massages from high explosives. We should, uh, all play this and kill each other. Or at least you should all join so I can kill you.

After an orgy of rocket blasts, I thought my assault guy was dead to rights as I was strafe-running the building in the lower center, yet somehow managed a double kill. Crazy game.
