Michael Fassbander is going to be playing the lead in a film version of the Assassin's Creed video games. His production company will also be helping to produce the film.

On the one hand it is cool that he would star as Altair and/or Desmond in this but they will need a lot of CGI for him if he wanted to star in a second movie as well since Ezio's story is taking half of his life.
So now the big question is who will be playing Lucy? I would love to see Kristen Bell return for this role or they could replace her with Charlize Theron. All in all thanks to Fassbender we now know how Altair turned the templar Lady around: He must have shown her that other hidden blade.

Surely they've got to cast Kristen Bell. It would be ridiculous not to, if she's available during the time they're filming.
