Not to toot my own horn, because it was actually Loki who made the thread super-awesome, but I want to vote for "The Wee, Small Hours of the Morning," for RP.

Droo did a masterful job of playing Loki up against a character whom Loki would no doubt normally avoid like the plague, and the interaction was brilliant.

Characters:

Mara Tallen - lately, I've seen a much different, more vulnerable, side of Mara, and in how she deals with the other side of her nature has kept me gripped and brought me closer to the character. Dee balances this dichotomy with skill, making both the human and the animal seem equally prominent and real.
Morgan Evanar - in a landscape cluttered with Jedi, Morgan really stands out as an original and highly-relevant take on an old achetype: he walks a fine line between normality and Jedi eccentricity, which, from a literary perspective, grants him a refreshing view of the world around him.
Sanis Prent - reaching apalling new lows in vulgarity and debauchery, Sanis has been increadibly entertaining, lately. I love how his direction has become the polar opposite to that of his old counterpart, Cirr*, and in this new scenario, the first-person narrative flourishes with real colour and flair.
Wei Wu Wei - an effortlessly charming character, who I'm shamefully late to discover, and has provided me with plenty of enjoyable reads recently. A prime example of Jedi quirkiness, with a fascinating backstory and a great backlog of stories. It is in his dialogue with others that he really shines, for me, and I look forward to seeing him about the Wheel.
Zeke - another character who has been keeping me entertained this month, and another example of a Jedi who seems to be rooted firmly in reality, thanks in part to his supporting cast of family members. I have to give real props for that, juggling the numerous characters while keeping their interactions fresh and amusing.

Roleplays:

The Vanguards: Rapture (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22491) - great ensemble piece, full of atmosphere and tension, a sterling introduction to an epic story.
They're Only Called Hookers When They're Dead (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22689) - plunging into new depths of vulgarity, this is hilarious and drips with character, and the guys involved bounce off each other so naturally.
Untamed lands, untamed heart (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22711) - a sensory thrill, and something totally refreshing, carried by authenticity of the tenderness between both Mara and Morgan.
TERMINAL SURRENDER (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22605) - this has been a highly-entertaining read, full of surprises, plenty of laughs, and snappy dialogue. Between them, the guys managed the building tension and action with real aplomb.
Form IV: A Dangerous Dance (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22650) - the coming together of these characters against a wonderfully nostalgic backdrop, and the consequent fallout, is vibrant and gripping. Love the escalating action.
