Right now? With ease! Since I'm living at home, I give £200 out of my grand a month to my mum, spend about £100 a month on the cost of getting to and from work, so that leaves me with roughly £700 to spend on whatever.

When I was house-sharing / living away from home... I would spend about £500 a month on rent and bills, £180 on travel to work, £100 or less on food... I didn't have a lot of money left over at the end of it all, but it wasn't like I was scrabbling for cash. My salary isn't high, but I don't have the social life I used to so v:)v

It just amused me that this self-entitled customer thought that they were being asked to live on a pittance, when £200 a week is actually alright.
