Not sure if she had a relapse or if the drug use over time caused it but it sad. She was very talented and it is shame it ended this way.

Ultimately I'm not surprised...she was a very troubled woman despite her great talent. It's a terrible shame. :(

Very sad, but like Rutabaga said, not surprising. The results of the autopsy were put on a security hold despite the initial ruling of no foul play, etc, so I wonder how she died.
