Star Wars Uncut, the collaborative fan remake of Star Wars, has been assembled into the definitive director’s cut by project creator Casey Pugh. The project began in 2009, when Pugh divided Star Wars into 472 15 second segments and asked the Internet to remake the film segment by segment.

This is pretty neat to watch. There are some great and bizarre fan interpretations of each 15 second "scene" (see around 4 mins 30 secs in :lol)
