So, has anybody been following this?

First, the whole things still seems fishy. I am not sure if Fine is a pedophile. So far you have two stepbrothers and a pedophile who have come forward. I believe the third guy is probably lying since his father has said he had never been to Pittsburgh or knew Fine. The step-brothers, I am not sure about. They may be telling the truth. Of course, it doesn't look like they could prosecute him because of the statue of limitations, but he got fired. As for Jim Boehiem, I don't think he knew. This is very different than the Penn State case. Paterno was told about an incident and turned it over to the higher ups and it was covered up. Syracuse investigated the charges (along with the Police) and couldn't find any proof. So, Boehiem is clear of any fault. I think he won't lose his job over it.
