Joining the Wheel, but not as a Jedi

I have a character (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?p=358542#post358542)who is ready to join the Wheel. I have her posting here (http://www.sw-fans.net/forum/showthread.php?t=21751)for an arrival, but I didn't know who to direct it to.
