I watched this for the first time a couple of nights ago and it was actually really funny - and sad! It has the same look about it as Kick-Ass, in that it's an average guy becoming a vigilante, but thematically they felt very different.

Also, Kick-Ass didn't have Ellen Page :swoon: or Nathan Fillion as The Holy Avenger :smug:

It's available to rent on iTunes for about 3.50 or to own for about 7 quid. Worth it :)

I thought it was a fun movie, but I would not give it more than 6/10.

I have added it to my Netflix queue, will post my thoughts after seeing it. Although it might be a while, because it's showing as a "very long wait." Looks like a lot of people are checking it out.

I immediately noticed James Gunn's name on the credits...he did Slither, which I think it one of the funniest, goofiest horror comedies I've ever seen. If you've never seen it, you should check it out!
