Lazy Lightsabers (the Return thereof.)

So there's a "Build Your Own Lightsaber" stand at the Star Tours ride in Disney. As me and Sarah were there this past month, we obviously had to build our own! It was about as difficult as actually constructing a lightsaber, in that we had to slot a bunch of stuff together that didn't really seem like it wanted to go together - but in the end we had lightsabers! Naturally, I got a red one with some badass Sith parts.

They make noises and glow. Here's mine: a video in which I hit myself in the leg with a lightsaber.

Sadly, we did not film ourselves duelling with them. Maybe that can be rectified in Miami with... lazy inflatable omni-blade fight?

I made a swanky purple saber... where the sounds seem to be kinda broken as it makes the wooshing noises when I hit it against something and kinda crackles randomly. lol

...maybe I'll post later. :p


HOWEVER... as much fun as the one in Disneyland is... I have heard that the make-you-own-saber in Disleyworld actually uses (little plastic) crystals to color your lightsaber rather than the blade being colored :o
