I`m a bit like Daniel Day Lewis and the Oscars when it comes to this sort of thing. We have such a talented circle of writers putting out such wonderful work that it`s impossible for my wee mind to vote. ^_^;

well if no one cares to participate anymore (which since no one's said anything since the last time we did this, in sept? is most likely the case) I suppose that's what'll happen. Whoever updates the wiki first gets to pick.

I kind of like highlighting a character or RP that other people think is important though. Something to bring attention to for a purpose and not just 'because.' If that makes sense.

edit: Scratch that - only admins of the wiki can update the Focus Character. *sigh*

This sort of thing requires a bit of thought, and I have to take time to deliberate who and what has impressed/entertained me most, and right now I don't really have the time for that. I'll see what I can rustle up on the weekend, but it seems there is an overwhelming lack of interest in this sort of thing anymore, I can personally take it or leave it, but perhaps we will have to go the way of random rotations in the future.

Edit: Although I do like the idea of highlighting relevant stories from that month, I suppose the big one this month would be the Rally thread, simply to draw attention to it so people know what's going on in our roleplaying universes.

Maybe instead of feature characters, we just do a feature roleplay from each roleplay setting, so the focus is on the story.

Then again, I like that the character of the month thing forces the lazy bums to whip up comprehensive wiki pages, perhaps we should vote tactically so that those who have empty or out-of-date wiki pages are forced to update them for our reading pleasure!
